Overly priced and unorganized.

I was referred by my sister n law to this place and she was absolutely right about the friendly service and good prices. The cashier was more than willing to help me find what I was looking for and gave suggestions to help enhance my event. It was very refreshing to get that type of customer service. I was able to get balloons, plates, napkins and flowers in 1 stop. That helped me save TIME which Idefinitely appreciated.

Whatever the occasion they seem to have something for it or can custom make it for you...invitations, balloon and floral arrangements small and large. Staff is friendly and they can deliver!

My experience was ok mainly because of the friendly cashier and her dedication to assist me. There were some plastic wine glasses i wanted but they were sold im a pack of 12 and i only wanted 2 of them. She actually opened the pack for me and gave me 2 of them. I thoughg that was pretty cool. Two of the balloons i bought wouldnt float so she went out of her way to try and create a center piece incorporating the balloons that wouldnt float and it came out to be the star piece for my husbands dinner. Unfortunately, the selection was not the best and a lot of the decor and things looked outdated. But somehow the service reduced the sting. I would recommend this place for more simpler party supplies.

Ladies were very nice and helpful

A group of young people from the Oak Ridge Church Baptist Church offered to clean the bathrooms of our free clinic in an act of community service, God bless and always use them, THANK YOU
