This place is gone.

I am appalled at the lack of full service integrity. Ordering equipment over phone was handled well and smoothly. However, delivery was appalling. Equipment in a box was dropped off at the door of a woman who cannot open big boxes due to non-weight bearing status. If you can open and unfold or assemble equipment for yourself - this might be a reasonable company to use. It is not okay to provide equipment to someone who lives alone. Shabby delivery service.

I called today May 14, 2019 around 9:15 am! And was awaken to horrible customer service from a lady. I called about something, the first time she put me on hold, then hung up, the second time she lied and said it was her who answered the phone and hung up, the 3rd time she got on the phone and was like we dont have it. But how could she have know! Horrible customer a service! Anybody who purchases anything from must be a fool, they are not even a legit company! I will make sure google and help hears the complaint!
