Even though I didn’t end up buying the golf clubs (as it was slightly above my price range for the time being) they were extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. I can see why this store has great reviews, in the future when I do end up buying it’ll most likely be here!

Allowed me to hit some drivers to compare so I could make a more comfortable purchase. Even helped out on small tips for alignment that made a huge impact. Feel super confident going into my next round on the course and will be back to check out their used iron sets. They have very very good prices.

I had a bad experience ordering a new Titleist golf bag online through Golf Galaxy. I mean zero customer service. Thankfully Landon at this Edwin Watts saved my golf trip by sourcing the bag in no time at all and for a very fair price. I also found a beautiful used putter when I picked up my new bag. Landon was a pro, never said a negative thing about the other company, and called me as soon as the bag arrived. These guys are golf pros and it shows in how they handle themselves. This place is great! Stopped by here on October 2nd as I needed to upgrade my old Ping Driver. Club Fitting Specialist Jon Rossler couldnt have been more helpful and professional. He analyzed my swing and gave me several different driver options - including different lofts and shafts. I ended up with a King Cobra Speedzone and I couldnt be happier. I will definitely be coming back when I need to upgrade my Ping Irons.

Richard was amazingly patient and truly gave me his full attention while I was in the search of a new 3-wood. I continued to badly hook my shots on the launch monitor and he did not seem annoyed or try to rush me out. I ended up purchasing a Ping G410.Richard, if you’re out there, I’m extremely happy to tell you that during the first range session, I didn’t hook the ball once, and I love the new wood. The dispersion and confidence I get from the club is great. I don’t know what was going on in the store 😂

Brought my # 4 club to replace the shaft the guy said will be available next day but after 2 hours the guy called my club is ready for pick up. great service highly recommend this store for golf staff that you need . the best customer service compare to the other golf store in town. come visit their store for a lot of good selection golf clubs, shoes , apparel, etc very competitive prices compare to the other stores.

Haven’t revived my clubs yet but was just fitted for them by Jon he was very nice and helpful, I am not the greatest golfer out there but I felt completely comfortable swinging around him as well as talking about my struggles. Most definitely recommend for not only service but pricing and atomosphere as well. Fitting was free.

Great experience buying a new set of Ping G410 irons. Fitting experience with George Denos was great. He patiently worked with me to find find the best lie for me. Also, he helped me select a hybrid instead of the 5 iron.Also, George spent time with me finding the best grip for me. He diagnosed the oversized one I had recently regriped my driver with might be too large and was likely the cause of my slice. After changing to the same grip that George helped me select for the new irons my drives have become straighter.These are examples of why Edwin Watts Galleria location is a great place to buy clubs. I have also found them a great place to regrip clubs.

Better deals than Golf Galaxy.

I went in to the store last Friday to buy a new set of irons. I had read the other reviews and walked in thinking that what everyone said was too good to be true... fortunately, I was wrong! As others have written, the sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say before offering an opinion. I worked with Rod through the fitting process and always felt respected and never pressured. He explained what he was looking for in my swing and was honest about what clubs he thought were best for me and what he would do in my situation. Im have a 15-20 handicap and just moved to the area for a new job. Rod considered this when helping me choose a set of clubs and ended up recommending the cheaper TM Aero Burners over the more expensive M2s, saying I could always invest in a nicer set once I develop better feel and know what I like. Overall very satisfied! Will return in a few weeks or months to check out the woods.

I got fitted for irons as a birthday gift this year, and I had the help of Kyle. He was very nice, patient, and helpful. Id recommend this place to get fitted for sure. Great customer service. Price is one par with every other place on the market. So no change there, its all about the service.

Great store. I replaced my starter clubs last week at Edwin Watts with all-new, quality clubs. These guys were patient and knowledgable. They got me into the right set of clubs within my budget. When I found a small defect in one of the clubs, they replaced it without questions or paperwork, with no hesitation. Id recommend this place to anyone shopping for anything for golf.

I love going to Edwin Watts. I used to go to the chain competitors down the road but never again. Two years ago, I went to Golf Galaxy and Edwin Watts for new irons. GG actually told me my time in the simulator bay was up and would need to pay for more. At EW, the employee in the simulator was super knowledgeable and insisted I try different shafts then the ones I asked for. He knew they’d be a better fit. I played both and ended up buying the ones I first asked for. I played a few rounds with them and they felt off. No problem, EW accepted the irons back and replaced with a new set with his recommended shafts at no cost. Good luck with that at GG. About a week ago the club head came off of the shaft. I brought it back and of course they repaired it for free...two years later. This is the kind of service I love.

Jorge did a great job fitting me for an iron set, he helped me for over 2 hours including adjusting the loft and lie angles. I walked in wanting a specific iron brand, but after feel and numbers I walked away with jbx 921 hmp and couldn’t be happier. I can play any club off the shelf, but if you’re serious about your game it’s best to get fit without being brand biased. I highly recommend giving Jorge a call
