We got a nice umbrella for our backyard, 5 months later and having it used only 3 times, the fabric is torn. We always keep the umbrella covered, and had been careful when using it. We reached out to customer service seeking for a replacement of the canopy. It turned out our warranty did not cover replacing what was obvious to be a problem with the fabric quality (damage is on the hem of the canopy). We are extremely disappointed, this was a costly umbrella and the poor customer service just makes us realize how not always the most expensive option comes with the best customer service. They did not even try to accommodate. Our only alternative was to pay for the repairs.

Absolutely HUGE selection of patio furniture, I was amazed when I walked in and they told me everything they sell can be used outdoors. Super friendly woman helped me and at the end a young guy helped me carry my chairs and table, load them into my car. Quality ranges from pretty good to extremely nice/expensive, but prices in general seemed quite reasonable for the quality. I wanted a simple type of wooden chair and they had a couple that were absolutely perfect, incredibly comfortable. Great place, hard to imagine you won’t find what you want here

You have to wear mask here.. no exceptions. There are plenty of other places to shop for patio furniture in the area. Just said no thank you.. walked out.. and went elsewhere. Dont give in to this BS.

We purchased a Teak dining table and six armchairs for Patio One. The customer service, delivery experience, and quality are all 100% top notch! We shopped around Houston and couldn’t find anything as stylish or well made as Patio One’s offerings. And when we compared pricing- we paid a tiny bit more for their customer care and warranty knowing we purchased something that will last us for many years to come and we wanted a company that stands behind their products.Management was incredibly helpful and Sales staff really knew their products and inventory.So happy we decided to do business with Patio One!

If you are looking for cheap furniture this is not the place but quality & design this is the place to go to. Michael was a good salesman - not too pushy, willing to help us out and we ended up picking this gorgeous teakwood set. Our furniture has been delivered and I cannot be more pleased.

About 8 years ago we purchased some patio furniture from Patio 1 on 1960 (aka Cypress Creek Pkwy). We decided this year to purchase new cushions for the love seat, swivel chair and lounge chair. I contacted the store near uptown and was able to talk to B.J., the Product Specialist, who very graciously guided me through the process. Since I was not able to drive to the store, he found our original purchase receipt, knew exactly what chairs I needed cushions for & when I told him I wanted cushions that were thinner this time, he gave me the choices I had and recommended what thickness I’d probably be happiest with. He answered all my questions of why? and why not? each step of the way. I sent him pictures, he sent me pictures of the color I was wanting and we worked out the rest of the details. We were able to take the old cushions back for recycling, pick up the new cushions in only about 7-10 days after we placed the final order. I could not be happier with the results. We have done business several times over the years with Patio 1 and have always had a good experience. Thank you B.J. and Patio 1.

You need to come here if you are looking for quality furniture and great service. The selection is HUGE with a wide range of prices. They have some of the best patio brands known for their resilience and the amount of information they provided about the construction of the furniture and the quality of the wood is amazing. I learned so much on the visit. We compared Pottery barn, Crate and Barrel and Restoration Hardware and we easily chose a set from here. We couldn’t be happier with our furniture set and it will be delivered in 2 days (not 6-8 weeks like RH told us)!!!!Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else and check out this place!!

Awesome experience! We purchased teak and wicker furniture plus accessories for two outdoor patio spaces. B. J. was extremely helpful and patience. He has a great eye for design, color and scale. We appreciated that he made suggestions of options that we had not considered. They keep a lot of furniture in stock so we are not having to wait 2 months to get it. The custom pillows that we chose will be made in 10 days at their facility. We felt very comfortable because they are taking Covid precautions and asking for everyone to call ahead to make an appointment.

I have been waiting on a table that is almost 2 months past it’s original delivery date. The staff is surprisingly unorganized and can’t seem to offer any information whatsoever as to what happened or why only the one table of my entire patio set has not been delivered. Huge warning to future customers, they do not offer refunds on back ordered furniture. So theoretically they can run, and in my case HAVE, run off with my money. It’s understandable that we’re in a very precarious situation with covid, but plain and simple don’t sell furniture if you can’t stand by that promise to deliver, and if you can’t deliver they need to change their refund policy. Very very disappointing...

We purchased patio furniture from these guys over 23 years ago. Both sets still work and look good. We just had some fabric on one set replaced and another set repowered coated so they will last another 10+ years. Our neighbors purchased a truck load from another company 6 years ago and just finished throwing half of it away. Patio 1 sales top notch items that look outstanding and last for many years. You defiantly get what you pay for even when purchasing patio furniture.

Without a doubt the best furniture collection in town. I have been to both their Katy and Galleria locations and received great customer service each time. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that are willing to spend the time to help you find exactly what you need.

Be Careful...Patio One has a policy of not allowing customers to take pictures.I found this out at their galleria area shop when I was trying to take a photo so I then could later look at it while in my back patio. I was instantly screamed at no pictures allowed!. When I answered with what?, I was told its on the front door...meaning theres some notice about it on their front door. I would bet this person (Michael) $1 million U.S. dollars (if hed be willing to put cash or equivalent in escrow) that he never reads (aside from opened or closed) the front doors of shops.I then asked their Katy store about this policy and was told it was only the price tags with the bar codes and not the furniture itself. I was told it was secret information.I had to check myself to see whether I was in a nuclear development facility or the Center for Disease Control...but nope, I was in an outdoor furniture store in Houston, Texas.They arent selling secrets, they are selling furniture. And these items are generally high ticket prices; people want to take pictures so they can think about such a high dollar purchase, look at the pics in the place where they want to put the furniture. This is not rocket science.Are these people at Patio One afraid that you are going to price shop? If thats the case, you KNOW they are trying to rip you off.I was also told by the Katy store that theyd write whatever information I wanted down on a piece of paper. Huh? Doesnt this provide the EXACT SAME information as a picture except I dont have to worry about losing a piece a paper and always have the picture on my smart phone for whenever I need it.I get a shifty feeling whenever I walked into these places and these instances about not being allowed to take pictures of their products, being told it was on the door or theyd write the info down for me just confirmed things.Patio One has been around for a few years so they must be figuring out a way to make a buck (perhaps because they dont allow price comparisons, or make it unreasonably hard, or perhaps something else)....but personally, there are too many options for quality outdoor furniture in todays world...their policy of no pictures is not very bright, very short-sighted.

They have a really nice selection but are way over priced. The website is poorly done and tells you very little. You would think that they would want to display their exclusive collections of furniture but they dont. The store on FM 1960 has horrible staff and they dont even speak to you when they walk in the door. I guess their image is very snobby which is not pleasing at all
