I got furniture from Home and Garden Outlet . Furniture was open floor sample and i asked new one that they told me this is the last one and due to pandemic new one is coming 2 weeks later but i cant wait and i got floor sample. they covered very well and delivered to my house quickly. before this store , i have experienced same situation on other stores too and it is normal in this pandemic time. Price was reasonable and furniture quality is very good. they are helpful.

I got bedroom set and TV with finance companies in Home and Garden store and I am very happy to know this store. They are very professional and knowledgeable with financing. I have jewelry store and I do financing too. Some customers have no knowledge about financing. Financing companies never check credit. They look at banking information and if any of my customer can not get financing they always blame financing companies or my jewelry store but at reviews only problem customers write reviews. I know this fact and I am giving 5 star for this professional furniture store.Alex Souza

These people are the reason you can’t get a PS5. They are scalpers trying to get you to finance $1,200 for a $500 gaming system.***editGood thing they are there to exploit the shortage so they can sell to you at a grossly inflated price and collect interest on the financing.Also, look at the positive reviews. Lots of the same first and last name. Looks fake to me.

Scammers!!! They aren’t honest with their contract. Went in for the deal they had with a PS5 and TV and they never delivered the PS5. I had to insist on a refund and they ended up refunding $700 but it’s still not right that they sway people in with lies. They also use Preferred Lease and Preferred Lease are also scammers they will not honor payments made. After 3 months this has been a horrible experience and I hope people stay far away from here. They make such an easy process into a nightmare!!Also if you pay attention all of their 4-5 star reviews are from accounts with only 1 review the accounts which seem real are all of the ones giving them low reviews.

FRAUD!! An account was opened with preferred lease at this store under my husbands name. We dont even live in Texas!! Now were dealing with identity theft. Clearly they dont check information well since they were given fraudulent information by whomever opened the account.

Stop by and have a look. Ask for Caren she was very helpful as well as the other sale associates.

If i could put 0 stars i would. Very dishonest place 3 months later almost finish paying my TV and still no ps5, the ps5 is supposed to be free but they charge you double for a t.v. then what they cost at the store and the sofas look good but break after a few months, avoid them at any cost, i really hope i get my ps5 i was promised. Be careful if u talk through offer up the sales man works for like 3 other furniture places and post the same pics with the same lady holding a gaming console. So far they keep saying the ps5 is not in stock but if u go to any store they been in stock since the beginning of the year.

Bought a 65 inch samsung smart t.v. for double the price but i didnt have a problem with the deal because they promised a ps5 with the t.v. now when i call they keep saying ps5 not in stock yet but on offer up page they have more adds offering the same deal with ps5 pictures not happy at all i will change my review when they come through with the deal, but so far it feels like a scam. Have been waiting for 2 months for the ps5 they PROMISED

I’ll change my rating once my issue is resolved they send in 2 recliners damaged . The delivery guy didn’t have the couches covered in plastic or anything. He just had them laying over each other in a small little van and that’s probably how he broke the couch. And then he had the audacity to ask for help to get the couches down. I PAID A 80$ delivery fee for you guys to send in 1 guy to deliver my 1000$ couches. I’m never buying from here again if I could post pictures and videos on here on how they send the couches I would

These people are dishonest. I wish I had read reviews before dealing with this guys. I saw a living room set online and told it was available and gave me a price. I Drove to the store just to be told they only have a floor sample and they try sell it at a higher price, luckily I had the conversation on chat. I Paid full price for the floor sample and requested it be boxed... the sales man told me it will be boxed as I needed to ship the set overseas. Not only did they send one guy to deliver the furniture he alone could not carry, the furniture was poorly shrink wrapped. Avoid doing business with this guys, they dishonest.

I purchased a light fixture on 5/30/20, and I was sent a confirmation of the order. On 5/31/20 I received an email that said they were cancelling my order per my request. I did not cancel the order, so I sent them a return email stating that I had not cancelled. I asked how the cancellation was received, the name on the email and the reason if any. I did not receive any correspondence, so I sent a 2nd email asking for an explanation. In the meantime I have tried to call to speak to a customer service rep., but nobody answers at the number posted. Worst Service!

The owner is very sketchy and is a liar. I was lied to when asked about merchandise and financing through the offer up app. When I got there, the entire application seemed very off and weird. When I told him I wanted to cancel the application he told me I needed to contact the financing company. The finance company told me that is not true and as an owner, he is the one who needed to cancel the application and anything else associated with the purchase. Luckily, the financing company was great and helped out. We also filed a complaint with the financing company on the store and they are taking it very seriously.

Beware. They say No credit checks, only an ID, bank account and down payment. But the finance companies they use DO conduct credit checks and you can be turned down. Also, beware of the final price you pay. For 70 or 80 inch UHD TVs, you could end up paying over $2000. Save your money and get the same TV at Walmart or Amazon for less than half of that price.

Paid for delivery just to help a poor old fella to carry my living room set. Forgot my ottoman and promised again to deliver next they. False promised as it was delivered 3 days later. Poor customer service and severely lacks of communication (does not respond) with the customers.

People dont buy a tv here its a high way robree.its been so many days having problems with this people and there not responsible with there materials they sale there they tell you to call the finance and the finance is very bad you buy a tv there for 2500 and with the finance is double 5000 what you pay please dont make the mistake that I did trust me its very terrible buying hear is cheaper at Walmart once again dont buy here Ill give them a 0 stars its not good
