My Mom and I have been taking vehicles to Alex for over a year. Great price on changing an alternator for my daughters Chrysler 200 (quite a chore) and had it done within the day. Fixed my Mom’s old 1996 F 150 not only to pass inspection, but runs better than it has in years! About to take him my 2015 Taurus to fix a low oil pressure issue.

I used this company since 2000 and moved away. I keep coming back to get my mufflers and duals. Fair price good warranted work. I reccomend this place highly!

I got a y pipe welded there and the guy basically made it look like if it had been welded with boogers. Dont take you car there if you want nice work done to it. Overall a very sloppy mechanic that doesnt care about the quality of work he puts out and to top it off takes too long. There is no point in taking it back to fix since I had to garbage the y pipe. I understand that you dont appreciate the comment but thats what it is. You shouldnt be asking to repair the mistakes you make the first, you should always strive to provide the best quality work. I hope people understand I am not just writing this review to badmouth them but am actually giving them an honest review.

Alex takes care you and gets you back on the road quick. Real down to earth guy and wont rob you blind. He will tell you straight up what is going on and what he is going to do to fix it.

My grandmas truck was taken in for a motor swap and after it was installed the truck wouldnt run. They thought the transmission was bad but it turned out they had put in the wrong motor.They did finish the motor swap but it took a lot longer than expected due to this. I am really disappointed with their service. I dont recommend taking your vehicle there unless it has something simple to be fixed. I saw that some other people left bad reviews below and now I know why. If the shop owner is reading reads this I hope he or she learns from this and hopefully doesnt cause this type of headache to any of their current or future customers.

I looked all over Houston to fix my truck no one wanted to touch it since a screwed got broken in the power steering pump assembly Took it to Alex he had my truck ready next day and didnt take advantage he is my new mechanic!!!

The guy in the shops and ass had me run all over the place looking for O2 sensor bungs told me was gonna be 20 bucks to do the work then whenever I got back with the sensor bungs told me it was going to be 40 or I could take it somewhere else theres way too many muffler shops in this area to deal with these guys
