Mike is a top bloke and great mechanic! He provided advice over the phone free of charge when I was stuck on an issue building my BMW R75. When the bike was finished I took it to him to balance the carbs and give it a fine tune, the bike runs great! He is very knowledgeable and is willing to share it with you which is rarity these days. I will use him again for sure.

First impressions mean alot. Called the first time as soon as it got picked up and let the lady finish talking as soon I was going to talk she hung up. Ok cool I understand so I called again and I mentioned what had happened to me it sounded like she had an attitude and didnt even decide to be curious or tried to apologise or say a simple sorry about that sir.. how can I help you so I was like ok I told her my issue with my motorcycle and asked for a price. She just said we dont do those bikes. Ok

I dont personally own a Guzzi or a car that they would work on but I know a bunch of people that do and have received fantastic service from them. Great motorcycle mechanic and top not Euro car techs. And its fun just to go up there and gab when they arent to busy. Great place to go.

Mike Heaven is a passionate motorcyclist and mechanic. He knows his stuff and takes care of your two wheel machine. He recently moved his shop to his property located in Hempstead. Took my Mercedes benz 550 s class for an oil change and ended up with a $1400 invoice, Mike was to do the wheel alignment and discovered that the tie-rods are bad, but Mike still went ahead and claimed that he did the alignment!! I was mad. Who does alignment when the tie rods are bad. I specifically told him not to do it, but he said he did it anyway just to overcharge me. I think this people have a trust issue, and are fond of creating unnecessary repairs on your car just to overcharge you. Will definitely not recommend. I had a nasty experience with Mike.

They are very good and honest people. I bought my Hyosung here. These people were nothing like typical car salesmen. They are very straight forward. Literally took about few minutes to make the deal.

This was an awesome place. I called to ask if they did inspections and I was told what time to bring my bike in so I wouldnt have to wait. I thought that was a nice touch of courtesy. I didnt have to wait, and the price was super-reasonable, I almost felt guilty so I felt compelled to leave a good review as well.

I called this place at 9:00am and the lady told me to email the mechanic. I never heard a reply so I called back at 2:00 pm she said that he would reply back to me by the end of the business day. never replied

Just called these people and this guy Mike answered and was kind of rude and tells me we dont service japanese bikes.... Why the hell would you have a picture posted of a gixxer then!!!! All I needed was a godamn light bulb!!!!

Would not change a front tire because I got it online, I was willing to pay. Does not work on any Japanese motorcycles.Response to owner: You could have let me know rather being rude on the phone. I would have signed a liability release form if you asked, just needed a tire change.
