First class customer service. We traveled over a hour to find someone who specializes in wood and custom trim & supply did not disappoint. I was 1st time customer with a small project but was treated like a long time customer. Highly recommended!

Very friendly customer service. You can tell there is a passion for their business here. The woman at the front desk (one of the owners) was very enthusiastic with helping me decide on a product and didnt just try to sell me whatever she could. In fact, I chose some things that were a bit expensive and because of the application I was using it for she told me I should go with something that was a less expensive option. Despite a good selection, they didnt have exactly the size of what I needed, so her husband (the other owner) came in and asked what I needed. He said No problem, give me a few minutes, went in the back made it for me on the spot using what they had on the shelf as a base template.If you are looking to add trim or anything wood in your house this is a good place to start. If anything else its at least cool to go look around at the product they offer. They have affordable pieces and high end custom product as well.
