Mrs. Tiffany was extremely helpful in making sure i was getting the correct item and even had it ready and waiting when I arrived. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. As a full-time rver I will definitely be back anytime Im needing to do repairs or upgrades to my camper

Customer service from Tiffany was awesome! She caught a few of my measurement mistakes, and assisted w my purchase until we were both comfortable I got exactly what I needed (black tank pipping).

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are also priced better than the competition. They also have late model rv parts that are hard to find.

Showed up at 4:50 with ten minutes to spare until they closed. After waiting 3-4 Minutes at the locked front door, I Had a young lady come out just to inform me that they close at 5pm but it was still 4:56. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but if they don’t want the business we shall shop at the big stores!

Just left this place, customer service is terrible, asked for parts and response was “no got te” looking for vent, window, and awning… guy flipped a couple pages in his book and said “no have it” they were in the process of ordering Chinese food so they blew me off.

Ok so they have two colors of paneling but hey at least its in stock and ready to go.

This place has a lot of inventory. In the hustle bustle they get busy and you feel left out sometimes . The owner corrected my less than good service. I am am happy they were willing to step up to the plate to correct. Thank you.

I came in and said I needed a new water heater cause the old one kept throwing the breaker. It was over 450$ , the clerk suggested I try replacing the 12$ element first. I bought it replaced it and saved over 400$ dollars. This is my new store for parts .👍

I checked out their inventory online. Called to see it they had the item in stock and had one set aside. As I was checking out they recommended some screws and tape and I completely forgot about. Saved me a trip to the hardware store. All in all. Great people very helpful

The place was covered up, super busy! Had staff running in 10 directions. Didnt seem like anybody minded waiting in line, as everybody was getting really good customer service and treatment.

Excellent customer service

This place is totally worthless. I needed simple inch and a half 45s and Ts that every RV and mobile home uses and they were out of stock on everything. I needed one thing for an AC cover and of course it was out of stock too. The counter help had no clue what they were doing and had to continue asking for help this place is a total waste of your time in your drive.

I really wish you could give zero stars. Ghetto establishment. Was not greeted or asked if I needed help. The staff argued with each other the whole time I was there and when I walked to the counter after finding what I needed I had several associates just stare and me and look away. Finally one woman made a motion to the cashier who was sitting in a chair with her back to the counter!All in all. Order off line don’t wait your time going to rv parts stores In Houston.

Horrible customer service. Call ahead of time to see if they had the brand and product I needed. I even described what the can looked like. She was hurried on the phone and said yes multiple time they had it. Well I waste my drive because they did not carry it or anything in that brand.

I have gone there many years . They may look like they dont know but they are very helpful and knowledge of mobile home needs and problems. I little patience goes a long way. They are very busy in there and also helpful.

Outrageously over priced. Id suggest going up the road to Lone Star RV where it is 10 times cheaper.

Always recheck to make sure you get what you pay for. I payed 600 for a 78x36 door and they gave me a 76x36. Now Im stuck with a short door and paying extra to get it installed. They are closed on the weekend so I had no choice but to install it or go 2 days without a front door to my house.

Theyre friendly and they help you with all your needs for your house.
