Friendly office staff, helpful hands outside, and fair pricing. Only part I didnt care for was the wait but it was more than fair considering the help we received loading the material and the price we paid for what we received.

They are selling 28 gauge r-panel as 26 gauge. The owner started cursing me out when I confronted him and wanted what I paid for, I paid for 26 gauge not 28. I apparently need to go back to kindergarten he claims. I will never give them my business again. These pictures dont lie.

Attention Truckers! Avoid this place as much as you can, I went for a pickup, the load was not ready. I talked to the manager, he told me to wait, I waited for about 3 hours later to simply be told that the load is not ready and to come next day. The manager was gone and he didnt even bother to come inform me. Ill make sure not to be ever a customer here either.

It is slow but they do get orders measurements colors correctly. Which for me its best bc i live far and wouldnt want to come drive back bc of a mistake.

They are not very organized nobody seems to want to help you when you get there and they advertise certain items but they dont want to cut to unless the spool is already on machine. Security Guard was the most helpful person there, at least he seemed more interested in helping, I waited almost a hour just to get my material.

Cheap if your time is worth nothing. This place will waste your time, tell you order will be ready and never work on getting ready. Placed order on Wednesday and told it would be ready for pickup Friday. Called Friday around 10am and told would be ready at 12. Showed up at 1 still not ready. Waited till 1:45 and still not working on my order. Finally had to get a refund because they dont care about your time. When talked to owner he asked how much my order was. Told him price (less than 300.00) short answer was that my order wasnt worth company time. Will not be going back.

I wasnt pleased at all, the lady at the counter, the window as you Walk in was not friendly at all.. she didnt make me fill welcomed at all I end up not buying anything.

I dont recommend this place because they didnt allow me to buy the metal without it being in cash while I had the card and check in my hand. The service is also horrible they were not nice at all.

They sold me Materials days before then when I get there to pick it up, said they made mistake and I could not have the metal I already Paid for! Owner was Completely unprofessional and didn’t care about me! Will never go Back...

Will not be going back. Wait time is obnoxious unless if you’re used to waiting for hours just to pick up an order you have already placed days prior.

They have good prices . However you have to contend with rude and obnoxious sales ,especially the old man. All of the guys outside are really cool and easy to work with. Sometimes i pay higher elsewhere not to deal with the hassle.

Cant believe big company like this with on person in the front speak English.

BUYER BEWARE! Very dishonest! I have cought them twice putting rejects/damaged material in my stacks. When I mentioned it to the guy loading he uses the no english excuse and acts like thats all they have. As soon as I tell him NO Im not taking it cause I payed for prime and I walk away to get refund he gets a call on his phone from owner and majically good prime material shows up. The owner sits in a office and watches everyone from cameras and then calls his croonies to hide bad material in the loads. Typical dishonest crooks. Dont buy here.

I asked for a quote and I got it on a yellow paper and it was handwritten. They couldnt email it to me like triple s steel does but the prices on the gates are reasonable everything else was allot higher then triple s steel thats just around the corner. Im gonna stick with triple s steel

Somewhere near I-59 near the exist and between two cities there will be scourges like never seen before: famine within plague, people put out by steel, crying to the great immortal God for relief.

Check the material before you pay because theyre not refund the money if you buy 20,30,40,50etc.panels if you miss one or more they say is your problem you need to count it before you leave is not easy when you buy 60 panel and they put all together

Great service, low prices!

I went to buy steel pillars on a Saturday, they couldnt cut it to the size I required.They cut the steel for you Monday to Friday only. Otherwise the prices were quite competitive and social distancing was strictly enforced with No mask no service policy.

The customer service is really bad, the ladies at front desk are so, so rude, should give them customer service training.

Called about some White R Panel and got a quote and they said I have to come in person to place the order. So I drive 40 minutes and get to the counter to place the order and I am told they are out of the White R Panel and it could be a week and a half before they get more. They also couldnt tell me anything about a warranty on the painted tin. So I took my business elsewhere, I did end up having to pay $400 more but it also comes with a 30 year warranty.

Prices are very reasonable and affordable

The service of the office and manager is very bad the owners should talk to them to give a better service and I am not the only one who thinks that way because I was talking to more people when I was there waiting for 2 hours for my material that should be ready 2 days before because he had already paid for it and it turns out that at that time he told me that they did not have the measure that I ordered when supposedly it should have already been ready.
