I promise that only 2 lights north you can get the same alcohol cheaper and also get people that actually smile at you for bringing your business. Also to the south I want to say about 4 lights down the Asian couple is so nice. If you see an older lady in this store when you visit know that she doesnt care about people. She has the worse customer service. Her son at least sticks to the prices unlike his mother that wants to triple the amount just because you come in minutes before they close but dont expect for him to in any way smile at you or say hello. This place doesnt care about customer service. Its all about their wallets. Again if you see the small old lady go 2 lights north. They will actually say hello and smile. Make this place your Im desperate for a drink spot and not your go to spot.

So you lied publicly on the review and said my card declined Ill be there tomorrow for another purchase ... wrong black guy... you also was not there she was there alone up front. If you want to discredit my review you could have done it in a much more honest way.

I believe in small businesses growing. But if you want an August 2021 opinion. This business mother will try to triple your price if you arrive 5 minutes before closing. And then will proceed to speak to her son in their middle eastern language as you walk out. I promise only a few lights away both south and north there is 2 other liquor stores that are cheaper. Example. I go in to buy 2 small New Amsterdamn shots. Every store has them for $1. This one has them for $1.50. No problem. All good. It was convenient while I went to Kroger. The mother or whom ever this elderly women is says $6.50... She cared about her anger more than the customer. Dont come to this place expecting customer service. Just come here for your drinks. But if you like a place that you spend your money on with at least 1 smile. Look on Google maps liquor store. Only one light away they are so nice and they are cheaper. And there is another place maybe 3 lights away to the south.

I dont know how business can be done. I called to see if they had a bourbon I was looking for and got hung up on 3 times. Lady answering did not speak English. Very rude. Just wanted to know if they had what I was looking for before I drove 25 min to go there.

Liquor barn has been my go to liquor store for all my needs. Very convenient located with the best prices. I highly recommend to visit the store especially with the holidays around the corner.

Very rude customer service. Walk in they were on the phone No greeting or nothing. Then I accidentally knock something over. And I dont even know how it knock over because I was no where near the bottle. And was very rude to me. Told to pay for it and leave and it was totally and accident. I apologize and they were still rude to me. I am not even from Houston that was the rudest customers service I ever had.. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LIQUID STORE..

Bought a hipnotiq bottle. Was told one price, then when i was checking out it was $5 more not including tax. And then realized they had the same bottle at Specs for $10 less. Good selection but overpriced.

The two people working in the shop (young male and elderly short woman) weren’t wearing masks and the short older woman was talking on her phone without a mask in the store. She coughed on me to make things worse. I won’t be back there.

Do not buy here. I bought a bottle of wine and the wine was rancid, smelled really bad. Even when opened and the cork was also black from the inside black. I brought the wine back and mentioned it to the manager at the store and he was rude and careless. We just wanted just to get a good bottle not even a full refund and he just told us it was our loss. Never again just go anywhere else.

The staff is always friendly as helpful. Close to home and they keep ice cups and shot glasses on Deck. Price and selection are pretty good.
