DO NOT order online.. horrible communication, actually there is no communication… they just don’t answer any emails! I ordered cab lights it’s been over a month and I sent three emails and got no response with that last email I asked to cancel and they did but still didn’t get an email saying they canceled it.. such clowns 🤡

Retrofit headlights were good in the beginning. Have had a few issues with them now and have tried to reach out and contact about the warranty they have to get some replacement parts for them. But no one will return an email or phone call. Have had them since December.

I had my reflector headlight housing retrofitted with Morimoto MLED projectors. I asked for something that looked OEM but with the performance needed to see better at night. They delivered and so far I am happy with the results of the workmanship and product. I will update this review if anything changes with real world use in the next 6 months.

This place is great. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Competitive prices and good warrantys. I had a Morimoto HID kit on my Altima which was awesome. Bought a new truck and couldnt get HID this time because it voided factory warranty. Purchased a set of Morimoto 2 stroke 3.0 LED bulbs and honestly theyre better than the kit on my car. The brightness is amazing and the cutoff and distribution looks like it came factory.

I never got around to adding a review fromA while back. Looking at get HIDs on another car then I remembered this nightmare. I went back 4 times to replace a bulb. The last one burned my headlight and part of my hood on my infinity G37S. When I tried to talk to Travis about it he got all defensive recommended me for the repair at a shop down the road, I thought he would help with the burned parts and repairs and nope, said he wasn’t responsible for it. What a little snake. This happened a while back I’m sure he remembers seeing my car at that the “recommended” shop for weeks, after his bad installation burned my harness , part of my hood, and obviously my headlight.

The place seemed very clean, and organized, the guys were quick to help and seemed honest about how they treat their customers, but there was one thing that I wasn’t too happy about. I’m a man that I like to see when and where my car is being worked on, even from afar, I don’t necessarily have to be inside the garage with the mechanics, BUT when my car was taken from the front of the shop, they drove it into the garage to get worked on, and I was out side the garage looking at where my vehicle was taken. being a first time customer there I wanted to see how they worked etc, “from afar” and someone closed the garage door for no apparent reason and my car was out of my VIEW for a good 30 minutes.....I was not too excited about this since there was no reason for that garage door to be closed. When I got my vehicle back, they had checked the issue I took it in for and I checked and made sure everything was in place and IT WAS, but they should give the clients the option to view what’s going on with their vehicles and not place them out of view.

I visited Hid Factory with a pair of led bulbs I purchased online. Travis installed them and told me to see if they were bright enough. He said the brand he sells were 4 times brighter. I tried them and he was right! I could barely see the lights on the road! I went back and had him install his brand. Wow! What a difference? I highly recommend his shop for any lighting modifications or upgrades. A little pricey, but he makes them work properly!

Very professional, came in about 5 weeks ago with my duramax the factory bulbs were halogen very odd especially for the highest trim so I decided to switch to full led, they made sure to answer all my questions and even labeled which bulbs go where. They asked me if I wanted them to install but I was on a budget and decided to do them myself, I later ran into a problem installing them and they told me to send in a pic and called me back with what I was doing wrong, that means a lot when you deny installation and a business is still willing to help. This goes to show that customer service goes a long way and will definitely be coming back for more projects.

Very satisfied with the services provided. I went to HID Factory to have an adaptor installed for daytime running lights on aftermarket headlights that I installed. I was satisfied with the work so I returned a few days later to have an HID conversion kit added. Their work was completed in neat and professional manner. They didnt rush through the work which results in great quality. I would recommend this spot to anyone needing lighting service done their vehicle. The guys that work there are cool and communicate well with their customers.

Giant improvement over old halogen bulbs.Something was up with my lights to the point where they were hardly lighting up the streets at night.Whatever it was, getting the replacements installed here made my car much safer, and also much cooler looking.Easy, inexpensive way to spruce up a 10+ year old car.

This time they refused to send the correct parts without first receiving the stuff I had in my possession back, so I cancelled my order and returned everything for a refund. They received their parts back on 1/13/21 and I still have not been refunded. Ultimately, Im now forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.This is nothing more than two guys trying to seem bigger than they really are hoping to make a fast buck off of cheap Chinese parts while screwing their customers.EDITED TO ADD: Regarding the this is the first were hearing of this response -- between 12/18/20 and 1/25/21, I called your place of business on three separate occasions and sent two emails (one with the tracking number and a second requesting a status update). I shouldnt have to post reviews, contact my CC company to file a dispute, and submit a compliant to the BBB to get a response. At least your customer service is consistent.

I received top notch service from the time I called HID Factory. I interacted with Diego most of the time and he was very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He helped me pick the perfect setup. They put them on my car in a timely manner as we had discussed over the phone. HID Factorys service was awesome. I got exactly what I wanted, installed professionally and I couldn’t be more pleased. Found the HID Factory through youtube videos and finally got my Halos installed. I couldnt leave my car at the shop, since I have to go to work, they gave me immediately and without any problems Loaner Headlights. Since I am not familiar with the area, Travis even drove me to a restaurant while waiting for the Loaners to be installed. A couple days later I had my Halo Headlights. Couldnt be happier, and will be back, for more light work. The staff is friendly and very helpful / knowledgeable.

HID Head light bulb blew out after 2 months going back for replacement!

I was looking for an OEM projector headlights for my 4th generation RAM 1500 and these guys had very clean used ones. They installed them for a very good price and took no time considering the job. I came back for some moist I had in the left headlight and they kept their 1 year warranty promise and took care of that by resealing the headlight while I waited for the truck. Later on, I noticed that the left side hotspot was not as bright as the right side so I went back and they changed the projector inside by opening the whole assembly. Their warranty is legit and they do amazing work!! I would highly recommend this business to anyone and I’m gonna take my wife’s care there soon for a headlight upgrade.

After waiting 2.5 months for my lights to show up(covid or not, completely unacceptable) they do not work now need to buy another kit so they dont flash and work on low beam. For 1200 bucks Canadian thats again unacceptable. Garbage customer service and little to no help would highly recomend NOT dealing with the hid factory again.

Just got off the phone with Travis and I will say I was very please with the customer service. Every question I had was answered with ease and was explained on a level i could understand. After watching numerous Youtubers back this company, I took the plunge and spent around $800 for new headlight assemblies, turn signals and cab lights. Quality stuff is not cheap! I appreciate you guys still making parts for the 2nd Gen Cummins crowd.

My experience here was awesome. Originally my cousin referred me here, then seeing that HID Factory had 4.3 stars already sold me. Now I see why this ace is rated high. I literally was in and out of there within an hour. The waiting room was very comfy I almost fell asleep so it made the time go by quicker. Travis was awesome at explaining the lights and showing me the end product once my headlights were installed.

Order some HID for 1982 GMC K10. Had them shipped up to the Dallas Texas area... BOY HOWDY the lights are awesome so much brighter then the stock replacement lights. very happy with these lights. I been telling all my friends who have the older square bodies get these lights. so much cleaner and brighter very happy with these lights. Thanks again for a awesome product you brighten up my night for sure lol.

Read great reviews so decided to take all 3 of my vehicles in to get HID kits. Sierra, Silverado, and a Charger it all went well, service was very nice. 12-15 months later the Silverado passenger side wouldn’t turn on. I had my brother take it to them to see what the issue was and the guy there stated that I needed to replace the whole hid kit as it was an old model so I told my brother to go ahead cost about $140..10 months later the exact same thing happened. The passenger side went out and I simply called to inquire about it and dude on the phone had the worst attitude and said I needed to go in and they would tell me the issue. I decided to do research on my own and try to fix it. Upon running a couple tests I realized that the only thing wrong was the bulb ($20) fix ...then I decided to install the old kits that were originally on there and I ran a couple tests on those and the only thing wrong with those guys was the bulb once again so another ($20) fix, meaning they completely ripped me off on the first go... I can honestly say I guarantee that if I had gone in they would’ve informed me that I needed a whole new replacement... really disappointed I could’ve been a long customer as I consistently upgrade all of my vehicles but definitely not returning.

The Team at the HID FACTORY installed a light bar on my roof and a new horn, speaker and siren under the hood. Their work was perfect, done on schedule and is still working great for close to a year. The installation of the control boxes in the interior was done with exquisite care. Only one hole was required and it will one day be repairable if required. Travis and his team went the extra mile for us. If you have an auto lighting job, THIS IS THE PLACE for it. Excellent work, priced very reasonably, they stand behind their work. These guys are good!

I stopped by the HID Factory during my lunch break on very limited time and got helped right away and took the time to explain the product that will work best for my truck. I told them i was leaving out of town for the weekend and i needed help fixing my headlights. So i was planning on making a appointment and coming back later after work but they immediately put my truck in the shop and installed my new lights within 10 minuets i was out the door. I highly recommend this place to others they were very helpful and will be coming back again.

I got my one of my HID light bulb replaced here over a year ago. everyone was super cool and it seemed like everything was all good. I left with my bulb replaced and they looked great. 2 weeks later the one they replaced went out. I ended up getting a ticket for having a headlight out as well. I then go get it replaced again.. a week later the light is out again. I tell them that its gotta be more than just the bulb. They tell me that its because whoever installed my lights did the relay wrong or something. That wasnt my issue, my issue was that they specialized in HID lights but couldnt resolve my problem. I had never had my bulbs go out so quick until they worked on it. Not saying they were the complete cause of it but I loved my HID lights and they couldnt get my problem resolved. After so many problems within 2 months time I ended up just taking it to my mechanic and getting regular factor lights put in...

Very good job done for a projector swap. The rep there are friendly and explain to me on all the details and technical questions. They are very helpful and guide me through all the process and stands by their work. Highly recommend this place for working with headlights. Will be their customer again for any future jobs.

I came in a year ago to get HID kit for my Toyota Tundra. A few weeks ago I began to notice an issue with the headlamps. These guys are top notch and stand behind their products. I took my G37 in to have the headlights and taillights blacked out. Gavin quoted me a good price for all the work. When the work was completed everything seemed fine and looked good. Then my right front headlamp was getting condensation inside, which means they didnt reseal my headlamp correctly. And to make matters worse my front bumper started to come off. So I took it back to Gavin and he said he would take care of it. He then takes off the bumper reseals my headlamp again. But tells me there are some broken brackets and bumper clips from the initial install he says was already broken. No sir you broke all of the brackets and bumper clips my vehicle was just fine. And he broke the brackets on my right front headlamp and tried to glue it together. That headlamp is 908.00 new from the dealer. Gavin you and your crew do some low quality and shady work. You should stand behind your work and know when your in the wrong. Maybe you should not be touching high end vehicles if youre not trained to work on them. You lost a customer and many to be in will let everyone know!!!!!

Went in an asked a few questions about HIDs and the kit installed, the front desk clerk was reluctant to help / make a sale. Won’t be doing business here again.Edit: After a respectful outreach, both Jason and Carlos have been more than awesome to communicate with me and make sure that I had been taken care of. I called Carlos last week, asked about a set up that they had on Facebook. he told me it was $360 but they were running a special for $280 installed and would take 30 minutes, so I scheduled a day to come in. once I got there the told me it would be 45 Minutes... about 30 minutes in he told me that if I wanted to do the full set up it would be $360. I told him that he said the full set up was the special $280 last week, and thats the reason I came in. At this point they had my whole front bumper off to reach the headlights, so I didnt have much of a choice but to continue. He claims that he never gave me that price, which I pride myself on being honest, and I promise that he said $280. They knew I was pissed, and then to make matters worse the whole thing took over 2 hours to complete the job. I made them show me the break out price, and asked one last time for them to honor the $280, but they wouldnt. I dont know if its because I came in dressed nice for work, or what, but I feel like they were trying to get as much out of me as they could.I would NOT recommend these guys, they are shady. Its a shame, because I have two other cars that need work done on, plus my company vehicles.Being a business owner, this infuriates me.

Only thing I dont like is there hours of operations. If they close at 6pm like discount tire I could make from the other side of town. Only difference is discount has multiple locations. Sigh. Not to mention Saturdays at 2pm. Im just saying can you have 1 day thats late for the folks that work a regular 9 to 5 and can use that extra hour so we wont get ticket for our headlight being out. They do outstanding work!!!

Initially posted a 5 star review, customer service was excellent when I had work done more than 8 months ago, they even stayed late to get my vehicle out as promised . Absolutely no complaints on their service.However, the 3 stars is for the problems I encountered after the install. Just a month or so later, after heavy rains, I got heavy condensation in both head lamps. I could tell they used an excessive amount of glue, and they were not sealed properly. Had they used better sealant, I wouldve never encountered this issue. The halos started dimming, and now only one headlamp works when it wants. I have to slam my hood, just to get both sides to stay on, and even at that, one halo is much dimmer than the other. I do not have the time to make a 45 minute drive, and go back and forth for them to perform warranty work.Spent close to $700 to get the halos & devil eyes installed, and will now have to pay the same amount to buy another set of lights, due to the poor quality of work. Really disappointed for the price I paid, to have the end results of cheap, eBay looking halos.

I came in for my 3rd bulb replacement i guess i just received a bad batch. But they swapped them out each time with out a issue under warranty still. So think yall for sticking to your word and conducting a good business. 3/26/16I had my high and low beams done price was good and quality was good and staff was knowledgeable would definitely recommend. Only issue was they didnt put my under wheel cover back on or secure my engine bay cover back on . I fixed it myself no need to drive all the way back being I live on the southwest side of Houston. I Recommend if you can buy from them but install yourself.
