I called them before Giving a quote to a customer.i called and spoke with I think his name is Brandon but Brandon gave a quote of 8.00 per light strand. I left my information and he said he was going to work getting my order together due its size. I give my customer a quote and next day I get a call from David. He was telling me that m order is wrong he doesnt know what happened but its now $13.00 and some change per strand. Then as I was questioning him he started getting rude and unruly. Asking what was other places charging and tell him what I sold the job for. Very unprofessional!

This place is great. First rate service and great pricing. If they don’t have it, they can order it for you. But what’s more, is the first rate friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE customer service. Yes, if you have a question or need advice, they can actually help you here. The Best.

I live just two blocks from this business and love to support local; my husband and I have shopped here for years. However, we will never support this business ever again as they did not do their part throughout this winter weather crisis to conserve power. While our neighborhood, full of their customers, went DAYS without electricity to heat our homes and feed our families, they left EVERY SINGLE LIGHT ON. Simply disrespectful and disgraceful. I will never shop here again.

A small, family owned business.Had been in search of a certain light bulb. Several bulbs have been purchased and returned.I walked in Light Bulbs Unlimited, showed the burned out bulb, the correct bulb was put in my hand.They know their stuff.

Arrived at LBU at 5:34 this afternoon after driving halfway across town. Door was locked. About two minutes later a person who appeared to be the owner opened the door to leave and told me that the shop was closed. I explained the the Saturday closing time online shows 6:00 p.m. He annoyingly pointed to the lighted sign in his window and said We close at 5:30. Ive been trying to get Google to change that for months. l explained that HIS WEBSITE shows a 6:00 p.m. closing time. He didnt care.Ive lived in Houston for 28 years and have never shopped in this store. This rude, impatient man has ensured that I never will.

They over a greater selection of lighting solutions than your typical big box stores.

I have to say that if you are looking for a specialty lamp then they are your to go place. If they dont have what you need then nobody else will have.

They had bubble lights for Christmas trees I bought them all. The place looked like fun as I was driving by and I could always use another lamp or light.

This company has forgotten where they came from. Their bulbs are overpriced. They double charged my card and took months for the owner to finally call me back to straighten it out after multiple emails & phone calls. The son is disorganized and does not follow through. Save yourself time and money by shopping elsewhere for bulbs.

Been here a few times and they always have the bulbs I need. For that I give them 5 stars. But make sure you get there with enough time before closing because the middle age attendant is in a hurry to get you out the door. You are warned.

This is a great place for hard to get light bulbs, I have used it many times.The big boxes dont stock a lot of the unusual sizes or bulb types. I have always found the bulb I needed. Rated 4 not 5 as staff could be more friendly.

I was looking for good and reliable lights, this a great place I was greated and attended promptly. I tired of the online shopping they are not trustworthy you never know what you are going to get, when you order online your waiting for months and moths to get what you order. I found the especial light for my lamps that would had to order online and I found them here! Awesome place and strongly recommend them....

David waited on me when I went to buy bulbs. Another store in the Heights told me I had to buy converters for my cans to switch them to LEDs. Turns out the guy lied to me to up-sell me. All I needed were the new bulbs. Had I not gone into this store I wouldnt have known the difference. I will support this store forever. David is a great guy!

Amazing stuff & wide selection but some items are overpriced. Sadly 2 out of the 3 staff members are not friendly at all. Not very good in customer service. Best place if you know what you want and dont have questions.

Just went into the location on Westheimer near Montrose. When i entered the store there were no employees up front. Even after the door chime went off no one came out to see if I needed help. So I called out and an employee finally came out of the back. When trying to get prices it seemed like i was disturbing him more than he wanted to assist me. Horrible customer service. Will not be going back to this store again

Easy to get to, sells grow bulbs and salt lamp bulbs in a variety of colors

So, I just wanted to spend around a hundred dollars for some under cabinet lighting but was made to feel extremely unwelcome like I was bothering the employees with my desire to spend money. Also, you can find 95% of their products at any hardware store for 20% to 40% cheaper. what a joke.

Wow! Never again!I own a business and called in to order a very large order of bulbs and sockets for a big project. This guy would have sold me thousands of dollars worth of sockets and bulbs for this one order but the owner with the strong accent was such a jerk and so rude I ended up hanging up on him. I couldnt handle him yelling and telling meI spoke to you yesterday bla bla bla - I had never spoke to this guy in my life...guess he was fighting with another customer yesterday lol.What a poor way to run a business.I did call another location in bel aire - a guy named Keith was very nice.

When a young Hispanic Joshua arrives the first time. He took care of me very well and quickly my requirements. I bought some LED tube lamps but they will not use ballast. I got what I needed. Later I returned and was gone, I was attended by a man who fortunately we could understand each other since my English is not very good. To complete my order I had to wait a few days since they did not have all the material I needed.

Very little variety and they get everything but they take several days, in price it is the same as Home Depot there is no saving
