I had quite a handful of quotes on shower installs in the area and ended up with Shower Doors of Houston. They are reasonably priced, fairly quick and very professional with their work. We had Mario come out and handle the job; he is very detailed oriented, precise and personable. We ultimately decided on the ultra clear glass going taller than the standard size and also had them install our mirror. Very happy with the installation from start to finish. Highly recommend.

They show up on time, follow-up to ensure that you are satisfied, and do not recommend things that may compromise your shower base or cause leaks in the future. They worked with me while I was remodeling my bathrooms one at a time and always made me feel comfortable throughout the buying and installation process. We still have our master bathroom to go, but the two upstairs bathrooms that I completed so far look awesome thanks to their product.

Great communication and service. I reached out to other shower door companies and Shower Doors of Houston were able to price match the lower quote I received elsewhere. I was scheduled for an install 7 days after accepting the quote. Install took 3 hours and now our bathroom is complete!

No follow up customer service. I called the technicians as they were leaving, no return. Emailed them- no reply. Left msg with secretary - she said well your husband signed off on the design.. no call back. Now our shower door opens into the wall instead of the bathroom. There was a handicap access bar which was there for a reason. And now if you open the door fully the glass hits it. Any day now the glass will shatter. Did I mention there is no room to hang towels so when youre done with your shower you have to walk around the door trying not to slip to to get your towel. Slip and fall and were back to the use of the handrail. Why would you install the door backwards? You are the professionals. You should know better that you dont open a site into a wall - doors open towards the room not into a wall.Id give then zero stars if I could for customer service and design ability!

We needed a shower door in our new home. So we got several different quotes. This company had the best prices, warranty, and great reviews. Were glad we hired them. From the quote from Mario to the installation about 10 days later, everything was great. The new doors are very nice. We would definitely use this company again!

We had a shower door installed a few months ago and cost 900.00. Even though they were more pricey than the other estimates we recieved, we decided to use shower doors of Houston because of the positive reviews. However, we have had nothing but issues after issue with the shower door. When we called a few weeks ago to try and get the shower door repaired we had to wait 2 more weeks before someone could come out. Many of the hard pieces plastic on the shower door has been coming off. The technician came out and said he fixed the problem, but water has been all over the place when we shower, even on the walls. We called again Tuesday to inform them, they said they would send someone out only to call the day of and cancel. So unprofessional! I would never use them again for anything nor recommend them to anyone!

I HIGHLY recommend Shower Doors of Houston for new or remodeled showers. They were the very professional in both the measurement and install process of the shower door. I provided some dimensions in an email and they provided a estimated quote. Upon coming to my house to measure, the final price was actually lower than their estimate, so no bait and switch. I also want to note their price was no higher than the local glass & mirror companies, and I would rather have the experts in shower doors installing.The most impressive part of the process was during installation, the installers determined the door was about 1/16 too wide and may occasionally touch the tile on the entry to the shower. Instead of just oh well, thats what they gave me and installed the problematic door, they contacted management who instructed them to take the door to their facility for trimming, then return and install. This added a few hours to the install but they were happy to do it.As you can see from the pictures, the door not only looks great, but functions excellent by rotating both inward to allow the water to drain into the shower when exiting, and open outward for easier entry if needed. After we approved the work, it took a couple of weeks to get to us.They had a very polite, efficient crew to do the job. We had a barn door style installed. The installers arrived after their window time of the two hours given to us. Then they took over 5 hours to install. They left my brand new shower floor and bath covered in mud. The glass not clean. The shower bar all scratched up. They said oh it came like that, “we’ll get you a new one.” They had it all installed and said they were done about two hours in and then closed the door and realized it was scratching the door so grinding tools went on for 2 hours. When we used it the first time after waiting 48 hours it flooded the bathroom because it’s installed incorrectly. We have texted the sales guy and received no communication back. So they came back to “fix the leak “. The guys said it was installed incorrectly. They were 45 minutes late for their 2 hour window. No one at the office could find where they were? So three weeks later we still have a scratched bar, leaking shower, no communication from the sales guy or warranty guy. He went on vacation we’re just told so we’re out of luck! Stay far away from this company. We just installed a shower door 10 months ago in our old house no problems. Way cheaper. No customer service with these folks.

DO NOT USE this company to install your shower doors. They recently installed shower doors for my dad, and in the process drove a three inch screw into a pipe in the wall. The company has a clause in their warranty (which was never provided to my father until after he contacted them with an issue) that does not hold them liable doe any damage done during installation. The install crew could have taken some very simple steps to ensure that they were not drilling into pipes. My dad had to replace the pipes in the wall and now has drywall damage in both his master bathroom and downstairs due to the pipe leaking. It’s unfortunate that they refuse to stand behind their labor.

Very professional and faster then I expected considering it is custom! I wanted my glass shower wall completely framed instead of the usual frameless style for a walk in shower and they were able to do that for me. From the initial point of contact, to the quote, to the installation each person was very friendly. This was the only easy process and company to work with during our renovation experience.

I ordered Polished Chrome, but they installed trim that looks like pewter. Their explanation was thats a normal color for the manufacturer without giving me the option to change it. They installation crew did a very poor job of cleaning up behind themselves and cut the metal inside of the bedroom instead of outside; leaving shavings in the carpet that stuck in my foot cutting it open.

Showers Doors of Houston is a very fine installer of shower doors in the greater Houston area. They arrived the day of the install with 2 men. They did the work fast and professionally. It has been about 1 month since we had a new Shower door and shower area installed. Since we had this installed there have been no problems. There is a lifetime warranty. We are very pleased with the install and the quality of the work. I cant see why anybody would have any one else do this install at there house. When you look at other peoples references left about this companys work everyone talks highly about them. I can see why. Highly recommended.

At this point Im not impressed. I made an appointment for today between 8 and 9am only to get a phone call at 9:15 and be told the guy is 45mins away. Unprofessional if you ask me. Not expecting much else from this appointment. Good thing I am getting multiple estimates.

The worse feeling in the world is being billed $2400 for frameless shower glass and not getting what you want. The company charges a deposit (half) before work is started, which is fine. When the installers came out and I inquired about the silver frame on top of my shower, they indicated there was no reason why I could not have frameless shower glass but no one from the company indicated I wanted frameless. I Immediately tried to reach management by phone, left messages with the rude receptionist, and sent an email. It’s been days and I still haven’t heard from management to correct the issue. I think if all goes well, it could be a good experience but I am utterly shocked at the lack of response to this huge issue.

He gave us sound advice, practical suggestions, took careful measurements and did not posh expensive options excessively. He setup our installation just three days later. We had to delay installation due to another contractor. I contacted theshower Door office and they rescheduled the install for the day after the other contractor left. Ismael and his assistant came the dat of the install they spent three hours carefully installing our shower glass. They did a masterful job. They worked as a team. So busy trying to make a sale that it wasnt explained to us the difference in the glass, high iron content gives the glass a green hue, low iron makes it clear. $1600 later Im stuck with green hue glass in a bathroom with no green anywhere in it. If BUCK would have explained to us that hey we have different options and this is what you will get, non he was wanting to make that sale so he gave us what he thought we could afford. Without explaining what we would end up with. I would suggest if you looking to get a new shower do YOUR homework ! Dont rely on anyone to be honest with you and your purchase!!!!

Shower Doors of Houston started out strong sent us an initial estimate and sent Scott out to come confirm measurements very quickly. He told us 2 weeks from that day for install. That he would get us the final quote the following day. When calling asking to speak to Carlee Wood and Scott we were screened every.single.time. by whoever answered the phone that day. Zero follow up when requested a call back from Carlee and Scott on our final quote so we could proceed with the order. Which was super disappointing because their initial quote and response times were great prior to this. My husband and I alternated calling them got 0 progress. After 5 weeks of nonsense we received the quote today and it was 225% over their initial bid which included the same materials in the write up. Super disappointed. Horrible communication and customer service. Inconsistency in bids.
