I’m tired of Tina answering the phone . She’s rude and hangs up on me and other people I know that call . I called for the last time and asked to be transferred to HR & she said “no ! They’re not available” & hung up again. Unprofessional .

Everytime I call to inquire about something and Tina answers the phone , she is rude . I asked to speak to someone higher than her and she said “excuse me , I’ve been working here for more than 40 years” yea? Well I’m surprised because she’s rude, mean, and hangs up on people . TOO MANY TIMES !!!

Had 7 am delivery appointment. They were way behind. Finally got into a dock at 11:15 am and not done until after 12 pm. Missed next pick up time I had scheduled a few miles away due to the extreme delay.
