Our A/C went out on us . We called Air Rey on Thursday they came out Friday and Saturday we had a brand new unit. Carlo & his team did a outstanding job.

Air Rey A/C & Heating just installed a new A/C and Heating system, including ductwork, vents, and thermostat. The guys started working at 9:00am and were finished right after 4:00pm. We had a great experience with everyone, but especially with Felipe Foronda. He took his time explaining and answering all our questions and doubts. I look forward to calling on this company again.

New unit was installed at my mothers house.. every year there an issue and they claim that it’s not covered under the 10 year warranty. Now they can’t even return a phone call. They lied to my mother about their “warranty “ they screen phone calls. The absolute worse customer service ever experienced.

Had Air rey service install all brand new Ac system in July since then my air vents been leaking water and not cooling properly in almost 3 rooms. Been having a hard time getting in touch with them. They send 2 tech to do the exact same non sense work on my ac and still leaking water after I ask them why are u trying to do the same thing over and over. They rep who sold me the service does not wish to give me his supervisor phone number so that I can get help with some else to come fix my problem. It’s almost October and still have not gotten my ac properly installed. I will report them them better businesses bureau and make a letter to the radio station who is promoting this company. I will go beyond what I have to do to report this company bcuz $8,000 has already been paid to them and they insist on failing to fix my brand new Ac installation. Will not recomend this company ever again.

My house was on remodeling when they came and install new ac unit thru out the whole house it was empty . Now I call them back to install the air vents and the thermostat. The numbers they have me the same lady answers and tells me the office will call me to give me a date for them to come and finish , but I been waiting the whole week for a phone call from them . I call them numerous times and now the phones going to voice mail I left 5 messages and they have not call me back . I’m very disappointed with A Rey air conditioning company . Will not referral them to anyone else . I’m just worried when my ac goes out I will have to call another company to fix it . Which they said I had 10 warranty on unit .

Don’t believe the reviews written by employees. These people only care about themselves and their money. They could care less about people with family’s. If they can rip you off they will. They will sale you something and then not fix it when something happens. And they don’t like Americans which is why all their ads are in Spanish. Most of them don’t even speak English!

They went above and beyond to service our AC, because it was leaking freon. Went 2x to put coolant in, so we could be comfortable before changing out our coil that was leaking. Would definitely recommend.

I do not recommend it! I am already a year old and the machinery along with the thermometers are out of control. When it was hot it had to go down to 57 to make it cold and it was direct without regulating. Those who came to put the insulation forgot to put it in a room. Then the sales person comes to verify and he does not know anything. I dont recommend this service
