The food was great! So many different things to choose from. The young lady at the front counter was helpful. Prices are a more than any other meal prep Ive visit but its not to bad every once in a while!

Staff yesterday 10/1 at 1pm was not wearing a mask when I entered, not when he closely approached me to offer help, and not when I was trying to check out while he went on and on about their weekly subscription promo 2 feet from my face. Who knows how many people this guy is exposed to while working there. I am high risk with current health problems, which is why I am shopping for convenient and healthy food. I shouldnt have to complain about something like this at an establishment like this.

I’ve been a Snap customer for a while but I never tried their meal plans until now. The app makes it easy to choose your meals and schedule pick up! They also added Bison Shepherds Pie, Barbacoa & corn and kept my favs like Naked beef and Naked Salmon.I will admit that sometimes I used to suffer through a few of their meals but now I can’t find one I don’t like!

Used to be a great option for quick clean meals. Unfortunately the quality of the meat has gone WAY down and now they don’t even cook it. Not tasty, not safe, and just disappointing.

My family has been a customer for over 3 years and we order meal almost every day. Over the years we spent a lot of money here . It was good in the past but I believe for the last couple of months something happened in management or they might change the kitchen . I really don’t know. I am saying this because since the beginning of the pandemic in March, I experienced on few occasions ‘foreign items ‘ in my meals. I contact Snap Kitchen manager from the location that I purchased the weekly meal. The manager was very polite and nice and offered to refund the meal and cancel the weekly plan. I also had questions about : where is the food processed , washed , cooked, is the meat organic, where Is the place where it is cooked ( as on Snap kitchen website there is no information about that ). The store manager didn’t have info about all above but referred me to the general kitchen operation manager. I never spoke with him directly but he left me a voicemail saying that he closed the investigation case and found out the ‘ foreign item ‘ was a cleaning product from their kitchen and they took measures so that will not happen again. I had far more questions but I didn’t get any answers. I still don’t know how the meat is washed, cooked, the location of the kitchen and the cleaning process overall. I am very disappointed and I lost my faith in snap kitchen. I don’t trust to buy another cooked meal since I don’t know what I will find in these meals. For the expensive price I paid I had some expectations to know what exactly I am eating. The operation manager doesn’t seem to care or be concerned to much to give explanations to customers.

Very pleased with this gluten-free facility. Passing through on a road trip and this place was a great find for my celiac spouse. The whole family found healthy and delicious options, even mac and cheese for the kiddo! Everything is packed and ready to grab and go but there are also microwaves and tables if you want to eat in.

Food selection and ease of online ordering is awesome. I hope that on the future they are able to open a few more locations in the Houston area.

Ive been going to Snap for a few years in Austin. I place an order online, for a weeks worth of food, for delivery that same day. They called me to let me know the food wouldnt be good all week (due to a later delivery from the holidays), which I appreciated. They asked if I wanted to move the order or get a partial delivery, so I moved the order to the following day. Well, the following day, the food never arrived. When I called to check the status, after the delivery window was missed, I was told the order would be out the door in 30 minutes. That came and went, an hour passed, still no food. Called once again and they couldnt initially find my order, so I just cancelled. I will not be returning to this location nor will I be ordering from Snap again.

Snap Kitchen Kirby usually has a good selection of food in the store. The staff is very helpful and tries to be sure your food will last the week.

This is the flagship location for Snap, so their selection is always the best compared to the other locations! They also have a made to order coffee shop and super friendly service! Love Snap for all their delicious and healthy options. I always know exactly what Im eating when I choose to eat here.

Tried Snap Kitchen for the first time, while the food is decent and healthy its outrageously expensive for the amount of food you get. I understand its quality food but still overpriced. Dont think Ill return but love the concept.

Good solid menu items and quick and easy to get and pick up. For a quick meal this is a nice option with healthy choices. Nothing that blows you away, but pretty decent for a quick meal.Pricing is a pretty high for what one gets, but one can think of convenience.The staff are friendly and helpful. The eating area and establishment is clean, well lit and well kept.

Favorite place to stop in the mornings. TRY THE MATCHA SUA DA! It’s hella amazing.

My husband and I are staying at a nearby hotel and I googled vegan Resteraunt which lead us within walking distance to Snap Kitchen. The help greeted us friendly and explained how all the food was labeled for easy selection. My husband is not vegan although we both found meals that were absolutely delicious and cost friendly. We will be back!

I usually go to snap kitchen to get my lunch meals for the week. They always have so many items to choose from, and the people that work at this location are very nice. I like to go at the end of the day because some of the meals will be priced at 15% off.

I just went here on a whim on my lunch beak after a bank run. I havent even microwaved my meal yet (vegetable lasagna), and had to sit down to write this review because I was so incredibly impressed with their customer service. I took quite a bit of time scanning their options & was impressed with their labeling system. Everything was easy to read, including pricing, ingredients, & nutritional info. I took my choice to the counter & was asked if I had a Snap card. I told her no, it was my first time & she told me well in that case, your lunch is on the house! WOW! I went ahead & signed up for the card, which was totally pain-free. I didnt have to fill anything out, just told her some basic info. Basically, how the card works is, for every dollar you spend you get a point on the card. When you get up to 500 points, you get a whopping $25 off! Score!! I hope I like my meal choice as much as I liked walking in there & just my general experience. Even if Im not a fan of the lasagna, I will definitely go back & try again out of sheer excitement of this healthy lunch option concept.

Surprisingly good. The location is so wonderful bright and airy on the inside. The food is very good. Nutritionally sound and they have a great variety to satisfy everyone. You can get in and out. Its a great place to stock up on a few meals for later.

Of all the Snap Kitchens in the area, this one is by far my favorite! The staff goes above and beyond, which is much appreciated first thing on a Monday morning. I come in with my daughters, and the staff makes time to personally chat with them and talk about school and their morning. It is refreshing that their great customer service doesn’t stop at me!

Clean, simple meals. Only ordered take out once but the food was delicious. I got the chicken, snow peas, and garlic cauliflower. I love the packaging. Everything is clearly labeled for all those with health concerns. Seemed a bit expensive ($13 for small chicken and veggies) definitely a great place for on the go people who want to eat healthy.

Went there on a Friday I think. It has a good feel to it. Atmosphere and food reminds me of Virginia Beach.

Jacklyn (sp?) Made my snap experience so incredible. She took the time and helped me pick out 10 meals which so far have been delicious I recommend Dan Dan noodles for sure! DELICIOUS. HEALTHY. FAST salads and other meals packaged to go! The cold section has items packaged by colors, to help with the choice. The colors indicate the meal : Breakfast, lunch or dinner..You must try:Breakfast: The Maple Banana OatmealLunch: Blue Bison Salad or the Coconut Shrimp from the pre-packaged area!Snap also serves fresh pressed juices. All are fantastic but the Far East turmeric was my favorite.

This is coming from an overweight person north of 300lbs. Ive been a on a quest to lose weight for the past few months and as part of that process, I am trying to train myself to seek food primarily for sustenance and nutrition over taste. As part of that effort, sourcing healthy options for lunch at work has been a priority. This week I discovered Snap Kitchen. Awesome! The concept isn’t new to me. I am familiar with places such as My Fit Foods and local grocery stores that would portion out pre-packaged healthy meals. I was turned off of those kinds of places because of the small portion sizes and underwhelming food choices. For Snap Kitchen on the other hand, the opposite is true. I was amazed at all the variety of tasty options and pleased with the portion choices. I have had a Thai basil green curry dish, pickled vegetables, and the best egg salad I have ever had. I find myself going back every day (and will be back tomorrow) and what is drawing me is the taste! The fact that it is super healthy is an after-thought. In my effort to lose weight, I thought I had to necessarily sacrifice taste. With Snap Kitchen I am able to have my proverbial cake and eat it too!

Plenty of options even for a picky eater such as myself. The staff is very friendly and more than happy to answer questions about the food and their nutritionist. If they didnt have it on the label that their spaghetti with turkey bolognese was made with gluten free pasta, I never would have been able to tell the difference! It tasted better than any frozen dinner spaghetti Ive ever had. The prices are comparable to what youd pay for a lunch out (probably less, when you throw in a drink and tip), but you know youre getting something very healthy, with all natural ingredients and also stick to any dietary requirements. (Gluten free/dairy free/vegetarian, etc.).

Great place to get healthy food options!

Ive been a few times to pick up a list of things for the girlfriend. The employees are always super helpful with finding the items and deciphering the list when needed. The salads they make there are great and their water is incredible (I know it sounds lame, but try it).

Two weeks ago I went into Snap Kitchen on Kirby and bought several meals. A few days later while sitting at my desk eating lunch I bit down on something very hard. I spit it out of my mouth and in my meatloaf was a large piece of metal! Disgusted and shocked, I discarded the rest of my meal. I took the container with the piece of metal into the store and the manager apologized, took down my contact information and said someone will be reaching out to me. Later that day a woman from the corporate office in Austin called me and apologized. As an apology for what could have been a very bad situation, i.e. broken tooth or an extreme medical case if I had swallowed the piece of metal, she would credit my account $20. In reality I was only getting about $10 because the amount of my meal with the metal that I was unable to eat was never refunded to me. I was very disappointed that the company thought such a situation was worth only $20 to me. I shook it off and thought that it was at least something in good faith they were offering, even if I had received coupons in the mail in the past with more value than $20. However, here I am a week later and there still has been no credit to my account. So not only was it an initial slap in the face that Snap Kitchen thought finding a large piece of metal in my food as well as the time I had to take to go the store and inform them was worth only $20 with no refund of the meal I wasnt able to eat, but I guess $20 wasnt even suitable to them because that credit never came to my account. What a shame. I hope no other customer finds a piece of metal in their meatloaf because if you do, just know that this is something Snap Kitchen doesnt care much about.

Totally in love with the food! I have tried other places with the similar concepts but Snap stands out. I was driving down Memorial and just stopped in and picked up a meal. It was so good that I placed an order that same day for the week. I like the fact that everything tastes good and fresh. The place is clean and makes you want to eat. Staff was very nice and fast.The Banana Nut Pancakes and the Chicken Spring Rolls are my favs right now!

This is my second version of their review. Im editing it because I went back to give them a second chance and now Im hooked! Their smoked salmon snack and curry chicken snack are addictive! Their breakfast box is perfect with a tiny shot of cold coffee. And I also tried some of their larger meals and was very satisfied. So maybe you just need to be very careful what you order. Now that I am, Ive been very happy!Original review: They are super eco friendly and also use local and organic ingredients which sounded all great to me but... the taste of the food was disappointing. I got the breakfast burrito, since I just wanted a quick snack, and also the antioxidant drink. The drink has the ingredients at the front of the bottle so I was expecting to taste a hint of garlic but it was just WAY too garlic-ky. I couldnt finish it and had garlic breath for the rest of the evening. I did finish the burrito but I cant really say anything good about its flavors... I plan on giving it another try another day and will update my review if I change my mind...

New meals are added with regularity...keto, grain free, and are tasty even if a little pricey. They are prepared and can be warmed and consumed right there.

Snap Kitchens are pretty consistent to me. I like that they label ingredients, although many ingredients are repeated, making choices more limited. A little pricey for the quality, but it hits the spot, especially in a crunch. Staff is generally helpful and points can be accumulated with purchases.
