We have always had great service from Northwest Fastener. Whether by phone or by email, they get back to you promptly. If they dont have your item in stock they will usually get it by the next day. Depending on your needs, they will either ship or place your items in will call. These guys always get me out of a bind.

Had same bad experience as other reviewers. First question...what company are you with? Told her no company, just an individual. Then the restrictions: Must buy a $50 minimum...the bolts you are looking for are not a popular size, so dont have them in stock...must order from my supplier and must buy the whole box. None of this is on their webpage. Advice: Dont waste your time unless you are buying bulk!

I have to agree. They have great customer service, competitive pricing, knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. I have been buying from them for years. I would highly recommend them for your fastener needs.

Walked in the front door and was told they dont take walk in business, they have a $50.00 minimum order and I would have to come back later to pick up the order. I told the lady no problem and then was informed I would have to wait as she needed to finish some paper work first. Decided at that point to go else where. Bad customer service.
