I ordered a banner for my husband who comes home next month from deployment and when I went to pick it up they surprised me and handed me a paid in full receipt. I cant thank them enough and it was super sweet of them to do that!

I will never shop here again. They are an unorganized mess. Order showed up 6 weeks later and incomplete. Not to mention, their items are over-priced. You can get the same, much cheaper, elsewhere.Football season is nearly half over and still dont have all my items. For the record, not everything is COVID-19s fault. Sometimes its simply poor management and the lack of a plan...

I have been coming here for YEARS!! My shirt designs have always been top notch. The staff is not afraid to recommend just the right shirt styles/types for the occasion. Recently, over the holidays I had new guest towels and pillow cases monogrammed. I could not be happier. They turned out so lovely... Everyone who comes over wants to know who did them. Thanks for helping to make my home a showplace. :)

I am a small business myself (a custom seamstress) and the staff collaborate WITH me to help me make my products a step above spectacular. I cannot say enough about how well the technical staff work seamlessly with the design staff, and of course I love my rep, Loyd. Wouldnt dream of taking my embroidery projects anywhere else.

I was reminded of this place as we walked by it today. The exterior of the building looks bad & really needs a lot of work, its filthy! Before we lost our business, the red headed woman up front did a phenomenal job taking care of us & overall they made our employees look great. Id give them 5 stars but took 1 off for the bald man who sits up front. Hed forget about getting back to us & would just apologize time & time again for doing so, it got old.

These guys are the real deal. They had my order ready a few days earlier than projected and the items were on point!! I will be back for more!!!

They ignore you when you walk in. . You gotta tap on the counter to get there attention. (they sit 3ft away!) I placed an Order took them 2 weeks to even start it. Once the deadline came they made 100 excuses why they could not complete it. I asked for a refund & that actually made them try to rush and finish what i asked for. In the end not a good place. Embrodery Tech leaves at odd hours so orders are never certain!
