We had a very good experience with Window World. Most of our neighbors have replaced their homes (all built in the 1970’s) with Window World windows. We received quotes from 3+ reputable companies in Houston. I read every bad review on Yelp and Google and we proceeded to choose Window World because of our neighbors in person positive reviews. Our windows arrived early and I called about installation and they made time to come within 3 days of my call. Due to Bad reviews we spoke very clearly with the lead installer about wanting to make sure they covered our child’s nursery well. They covered the entire thing with plastic plus the usual drop cloths. We also checked for manufacturing defects such as weep holes in the windows (Because of other bad reviews) and they all looked great. They installed on a sunny cool day, and the day after was also sunny giving all the sealants time to cure. Only 4 stars because it would of been a highly professional job if they would have washed every window inside and out before leaving after install.

I scheduled all of the windows in my home to be replaced in 2 sessions in the spring and fall of 2020. We upgraded from single paned windows and these are so much more energy efficient. The installation process was quick and easy but unfortunately we were supposed to have our patio doors replaced as well and they never got around to it.The first time they came out to quote us on the windows, they told us that they would need to contact their supervisor to ask about the patio door as doors were a newer offering. I accepted the quote on the windows without the door and they never got back to us. We asked when they came to install and were told they were just installers and know nothing about sales.Then in the fall we had someone come back out to quote the remaining windows and we pushed for the door as well. We were told that he needed more information about the door and would email us the updated contract to include the door when he knew the price. We never received a response back so we reached back out to the person who quoted us about the patio door. He came back out to take an other look and quoted us for the door, the frame, and moldings and again said that we would email us the contract to sign. But we never got the new contract. I reached back out and never received a response. Then, I reached out to the information on the website but also didnt get a response so I gave up.

Mickey was thorough in his explanation of the product and followed up throughout the period our custom windows were being produced. The windows were installed yesterday, they look great and, remarkably, the installation team put 24 new windows in a two story home in about 3 hours. If you are looking for new windows I cant recommend them highly enough.

The price and service were perfect with Window World. No sales tactics, straight forward and no hassle. The window installation was great, Scott and his team were on time and make quick work of installing the windows. They look amazing! I would highly recommend Window World!

We had all of the windows in our home replaced. The windows themselves our good quality and well installed. Most importantly was our contact person, Dan, he walked us through the process and stayed in contact with us through the wait (which was several months due to labor and material shortages) to get the windows. Dan, being the face of the company that we saw, is amazingly patient and well informed.

Great experience from the beginning with the salesman to the installers. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Were here on time and got the job done and our new windows look great. Would definitely recommend this company, great experience.

We had ten windows installed in our home this past summer. We have some issues with those windows, crooked grids that need replacing as an example. Ive been trying to connect with the office staff to have someone come out and look at this. I call and setup an apt back in the summer months. Service person never made it out and when I called the office to inquire and express my concerns about the poor customer service I was receiving they proceeded to tell me well our prices are lower than Anderson so this it the level of service youre going to receive. I was appalled, left a message with someone in customer service to have a manager reach out and nothing ever happened. Fast forward a couple months later to October. Requested again to get a service person out and let them know I need something Mon - Fri from 9 am - 5 pm. Someone called the day of to say they would be there after 6 pm. I let them know that it was not acceptable based on my schedule. Then called again to setup again, same requests. Last Thursday the service person called in the morning (Oct 28) to say they would be there around 3 pm. I confirmed that timing would work and then no one showed or called. As per the office there was another call in their notes the day after trying to schedule. I never received this call.A week goes by and still nothing. I called this morning and the rude customer service rep was unable to escalate my call to a manager, stating they were busy.I cannot believe the level of service I am experiencing. Weve since had the other order of 10+ windows installed and the crew was great. Still missing one of those windows that was apparently broken but at least the crew was friendly, efficient and cleaned up well.I am happy with the quality of the product and havent had issues as of right now.

I had a couple of windows installed only a month ago.The good:1. Sales person was professional, and showed up on time for the consultation - explained the differences between type of windows and showed a couple of samples.2. The installation crew lead was considerate and communicated well on the day of installation and was kind enough to put my installation in the front of the day.The issues/concerns/challenges I had:1. They kept delaying the window installation as a result of delays in manufacturing - about 2-4 week delay.2. The window installation crew (a group of 5 people) entered my home without my permission, while I was talking to the crew lead outside my home. They left the front door open they showed themselves to my bedroom and other spaces in the house trying to figure out themselves where the new windows are to be replaced.3. They installed the windows on a rainy day despite me mentioning that I was uncomfortable with the caulking being applied on a high moisture rainy day, and they said it would be fine. I called the service rep a few days later, and he didnt even check thoroughly and said its fine.4. They damaged the drywall around my windows and just put caulk over it. It looks BAD.5. MANUFACTURING DEFECT: A month later, it rained pretty heavily, and I noticed that the water in my window sill was collecting and not draining at all. I have an inch of water build up on my window sills without any drainage. On calling their office and asking for scheduling to send some asap, I was spoken to very rudely saying We will send someone tomorrow or day after. You are not the only person who has window leaks. I had a customer who got their windows installed a week earlier and their caulking was done in not the right atmosphere and they have leaks too. You are not the only one, so our crew will prioritize accordingly. The only respite was the technician who visited the next day who was able to help out. He did agree to it that there were no weep holes in the window and ideally the frame should be replaced. After speaking with the supervisor, the supervisor mentioned that there is no need to replace the window frame and drilling holes to create weep holes should work fine (they do, but theyre a bad sight).

Service was outstanding from the sales person (Dan Trader) to the installers. The windows came earlier than expected. Installation was flawless. Cleaned up and then explained all the features. They even made sure we were aware of the warranty.If you are on the market for windows you should look up Dan with Window World. He will get you taken care of and then follow up to make sure you are happy.

Eric and the installation team were great. Pricing was straightforward and competitive. Installation was great they were very fast and efficient and left my home clean.

The installers came 2 hours late with no courtesy call to let me know that they were late and check and see if it was still okay to come. They left glass shards throughout the house and did not put tarps down at every window to prevent glass from getting on the floor.They installed one wrong window and one broken window - they did the original install on June 7th. I have not gotten the correct window and the broken window fixed since. I have not been able to in contact with a supervisor or manager to get this matter resolved - WHICH IS RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING HOW MUCH MONEY I SPENT ON 9 BRAND NEW WINDOWS.Joe - the sales person who originally sold me the windows has not even reached out to see if the matter had been taken care of. Its almost like after the salesman gets their money they dont care if the job is finished or even done correctly. VERY UNHAPPY

Weve been waiting since June 7th for windows. Thats when our deposit check was cashed. We were told it would take 6 to 8 weeks for installation due to Covid delays. At the 8 week period, no one had called with an update. We called and were told there was a shortage of vinyl. A month later we called and were told some of the windows were broken and reordered and it would be the end of September before delivery. Then we called Friday and left a message for the General Manager - so far NO RESPONSE!UPDATE: Windows FINALLY got installed Oct 13. Yep, 4 1/2 months later. The Escalation team did reach out to us after this review (and a couple of phone calls), but communication wasnt much better. It was still sporadic until Tuesday Oct 12, when Window World called to say they were coming the next day!The installers were nice, clean, efficient. However, one of the windows was defective and the installers forgot to caulk the inside of one of the other windows. Cant someone check all the windows before sending the crew out?! Hello, how long have you been in business? This should be a fundamental. Now well have to wait another eon till have the defective one replaced. We called immediately to report the caulking needed to be finished and they stated a technician would be out to finish. Still waiting for that guy!

We had 29 windows installed recently. From the team who installed to the service tech who came out to our home when I noticed an imperfection on one of our windows. James Skelton our service tech went above and beyond to make sure everything was right before I signed off on anything. A big shout out to him for fixing things that I didn’t notice. Window world is very fortunate to have James on their team!!

One of the BEST experiences Ive ever had with home repair. Cannot beat price on product. Professional crew .. they called @ exact time and arrived at the exact time they said they would.. if you have EVER had to schedule a home repair, etc. you KNOW how important this is! If you are looking to replace your windows. Stop looking and call them.. only negative - we wish they sold and installed storm doors too!

Larry is an amazing person he helped me with my order, very patient and helped to get the best deal for my budget, also very patient when I asked him 2 make 2 estimates… Larry is an easy going guy!I just have to wait to get my windows installed but I know it will be worth the wait.

From the salesman to the installation team, Window World has been great. They notified me through mail and phone calls of progress, appointments were on time and they worked quickly, measured twice when placing the order and again before installation, made sure to check that all windows operated the way they should, walked us through all the details regarding use and cleaning, and cleaned up throughout the installation, so no mess was left for me. This is the second home I’ve used them for and have recommended them multiple times to family and friends over the years.

If you get a chance to have Dan Trader as your sales person, you will be lucky. He is polite, thorough, helpful and detail oriented. He did so much more than sell a product. He continued to be available to answer questions and facilitate the city permit request. Love my windows.

Amazing work. From start to finish 100% great people and great work. Rep explained things very clearly, measured properly.The install crew were quick and fast and clean. I had ~20 windows ordered and they knocked it in about 5ish hours.During the install I suffered an accident and had my face go through a window (one we werent even replacing). I went to the ER and when I got jack they were just finishing up the install.The crew boarded up the window I broke for me and cleaned up the blood for me without even asking. Thats something I would never have expected and something they absolutely did NOT have to do. It made my bad day a little better.Their prices (best prices BY FAR. Around $400 a window turn key with LIFETIME WARRANTY. And thats for a double paned energy efficient window. Everywhere else was quoting $500-600)And customer service got me in as a customer. But the experience I had made me a lifetime customer.For every other window I will do, I will be sure to use window world! HIGHLY recommended

Randy Els was my sales rep. He did a fantastic job explaining my options and showing me how sophisticated the windows were. I had no idea how many features came standard on these windows. The support staff was outstanding as well. I was notified when to expect the crew with three separate phone calls. I received a phone call the day of the installation and the crew arrived on time and were very efficient executing the installation. Very very pleased.

First I want to say Robin Ryan, the man who came to give us our quote is amazing! Hes so humble and honest and was available to answer the phone even after we signed the contract, he is the main reason we decided to use Window World. I should also mention we had estimated done from Storm tight, Power home remodeling and Renewal by Anderson who all quoted atleast 10 thousand dollars more for the same job and all said not to use Window World saying that you get what you pay for and that the job would be done badly,but I decided to go with Window World anyway and Im so glad I did. MARVIN and his crew arrived on time, and replaced all 7 windows and also replaced an old rotten back French door with a beautiful 3 part slider within 3 hours. They cleaned and swept the areas of install and there wasnt any glass left behind! The windows and door look great and are the same Window rating the other companies were going to install. I saw all the bad reviews for Window World but they definitely didnt have the crew I did! I am by no means an easy to appease person, I have high standards and value the money I work hard for and Im so glad I used Window World, if you are skeptical ...dont be, save a bunch of money and use them! The caulking was done beautifully, I had no damage to any surrounding paint and they even put the window frames and everything back on! These other companies cant beat their pricing ..and thats why they talk down on them! Dont be fooled!! THANK YOU Window World!!!

It was the worst company I have ever had working for me. They didnt come when schedule they did not contact me on the delay the workers could not speak or understand English and the project manager never shows up on this site.

My home is like 40 plus years and the windows Ive had I believe were the original when my home was built back then. Getting new windows really help my home look more updated and gave it a great look for sure I am very impressed with the outcome of them and how they turn out. The salesperson was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and sweet. Getting scheduled for the window installation was not a problem. The crew walked around my house without masks on. I asked if they were vaccinated, and he boldly said no and acted like there was a problem with me asking his vaccine status during a pandemic. I have three immunocompromised people in my home. Anything could have happened. That is the reason I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I called them about this and the lady said it was illegal to ask about their vaccine status or to make them get vaccines. She was of no help. I called the guy we got the windows from, he said he would talk to his manager, but that was two weeks ago, and I havent heard from them.

Just had our our windows installed and we absolutely love them. Our house had 40 year old windows. The new windows have really upgraded our house. Best part, they are energy efficient (double pane) and we can already tell a difference. Everyone from the sell to the install was awesome!

I had such a pleasant experience with this company that I’d definitely recommend them to friends or people looking to install new windows in their house. Dan, our salesman, was so friendly and easy to work with. He knew his product and didn’t give any high pressure sales. Juan and Jose, our installers, were a great team. They were in and out in 2 hours flat and did a fabulous job. Juan was so personable and answered all my questions. Then Dan followed back up with me after the windows were installed to make sure I was happy with them and to let me know to call him if I had any problems. I’m already starting to feel a difference in the temperature of my house. This is great news, since summer is just starting. 😫

Great company. Easy to order. Dan was great and easy to talk to. We ordered windows through Gulf Coast and it was $8000 more for the exact product. Window world windows have the cool lock that gulf coast windows don’t have. Will order more soon.

Fantastic overall experience! Pricing came out WAY less than 2 large competitors, salesman was prompt and friendly, installer did a great job despite having to work in the rain, and quality of windows are top notch. Only got 7 windows replaced this time but will be getting them to replace the remaining windows very soon.

The whole process was great.From the consultation, to buying, to installing.The only issue I have is that the workers didn’t do a great job at collecting all the glass from the broken windows. I’ve spent about 3 days cleaning up glass and I’m still finding glass. Stepping on broken glass, I’m not a fan of.Besides that I love our new windows.

I chose Window World to assess my windows for refacing after researching many competitors. August of 2020 a representative Larry came to my home and was very knowledgeable of the product. I was impressed with him not being a “pushy salesperson” but with his ease of explaining the cost and time it would take to service my windows. I was not able to financially purchase that day but in May 2021 , I immediately thought of his great service and was ready to buy. The representation was the same and I am a customer now. We are really happy with our new windows. It really makes the house look modern and sets off the street appeal. Our neighbors walk by and look at our house.We first stopped by their show room in Houston. All the people there we talked to were really friendly, no pressure and answered all our questions. The salesman who came to our home was very professional, answering all our questions with no pressure to buy. He was good at offering up options that saved us some $$ too - much appreciated.The installation crew was great. They were conscientious of what they were doing, working efficiently. They were really nice to answer all our questions and concerns over the installation itself. Real professionals. Id have no problem for this crew to come back in the future. Great, hard working group of guys.If we were to do this again, wed have no problem on calling Window World again and would recommend these folks to others.

Had 13 windows ordered in March 2021. When the windows arrived for installation on May 28, 2021, the center window of the front of the house was 5.5 inches too short. The remaining windows were broken out of their casements. We cleaned up glass from carpet, furniture, the pool and deck for 3 weeks. The center window has had to be re-ordered 3 times because different parts showed up broken just prior to scheduling installation. It is now the middle of October and the window still has not been replaced.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the sales (Thankyou Ken Barzilla), to the price (I organized 4 quotes from different companies for the whole house), and the installation crew were impeccable. They were polite, respectful of our property and very clean. Other companies had warned us not to go with Window World and even showed us photos of shoddy work that they claimed was installed by Window World. Four neighbors also used Window World within the last 6 months and have had great experiences too. There was a broken pane and incorrect fly screen, and we were not entirely happy with the line up of 4 of the lower panes (double hung windows with grids). Everything was replaced within 3 weeks of the original installation, and we could not be happier with our new energy efficient windows.

Couldn’t recommend window world enough! Dan the window man had excellent customer service! I could definitely tell this company cares about its customers. The windows are very high quality and install was quick, they also clean throughly after install.

The windows are phenomenal! Great installers, only took a few hours for the entire house (10 windows), cleaned up after themselves, polite, professional. Price structure was very reasonable and Sales and support great,,, they said what they would do and did what they said! Not sure you can ask for more! From initial consultation to completed install was as you would want it to be! Had a learning curve issue on my end operating the windows....the installer left a tool and a different installer came by to pick it up the day after installation and that installer took the time to teach me how to operate the windows (again)!! Would use this organization again.

With 2020 being 2020, window order was delayed and this was understandable. My home was destroyed back in April by an F3 tornado and we ordered new windows from Robin Ryan with Window World. It took a few times of back and forth to get them ordered but we finally got there. I was told 4-8 weeks when we ordered and 10 weeks later they called for the installed. When they arrived the front windows had the wrong grid and one window was missing. After calling Robin and everyone else they found the Mr. Ryan ordered the wrong grid. They installed the ones they had and would swap them out when the other came in. Week 14 the replacement came in and they were replaced, however the one window was still missing. BTW: the new window look amazing! Week 20, I am still missing my window and after a call to Robin Ryan he told me that he knows that they have been ordered because he got back charged 3K for the mistake. Forget that I still have a hole in my home. Come on Robin!!! Then he explained to me that he is just the sells person and I need to talk to someone else. WOW! So I called the main office and a one of the operators looked up my order and said it would be in next Thursday and they will call for a install.How hard would it be for Robin Ryan to have check on this as a salesman that messed up my order and has caused my job to be delayed and now I have to pay additional money to other trades to come in and finish the window installation around it. I would order windows again from Window World but would not recommend dealing with Robin Ryan as your sells person.

The installation was quick and we love our new windows. They make our house look newer. We had a category 1 hurricane less than a week after the installation with heavy rains. We had zero problems with our new windows. I would highly recommend Window World.

Dan Trader, the sales rep, did an excellent job of getting the measurements perfect. The install team (I apologize I did not get their names) was great! They were on time, professional and never stopped working. When the were done our new windows looked great! I would recommend WIndow World to anyone needing new/replacement windows.

Well, I am not sure where to begin. We had our windows installed at the beginning of November 2020. Every since the day of installation, there has been communication issues. First, the wrong crew came out for the installation (we had stone on the outside of our house that required special careful installation). We were assured that the crew that showed up could complete the job. Long story short, our 4 kitchen windows were made into 2 windows by the contractor crew from Window World. My husband had to allow them to use his power tools as well as go to Lowes and provide materials to get the job completed. A few week later, it rained heavily outside, rain water came pouring into the house. On top of the rain water coming into the house, our granite was cracked as the window was not placed properly. I have to place a pot by the kitchen window to catch the water every time it rains. Come to find out, the header flashing was NEVER placed on any of our windows. After speaking with Drew Burger (area manager) numerous times, he had a crew scheduled to come out on December 30th to take care of all the mentioned issues. January 30th came and went. That afternoon I contacted Drew and he said, the crew was off today. At this point I was furious. I told Drew we would file an insurance claim that I could not trust anyone from this company as we get told something and it never happens. Why should we use our insurance company to get this resolved? I had everything moved away from the windows, blinds removed and my husband took off work to be there for the corrected installation. My husband and I have been emailing Alyssa Terito with Window World since December 21, 2020 basically begging for someone to help us. At this point, I feel like we are being ignored. All of the issues at hand are the responsibility of the merchant. From the beginning, communication from this company has been an issue. The product is great (thats why I gave 1 star) but these damages need to be fixed. As you can see in the uploaded photos, damage was done and repairs need to be made. I write this review in hopes that someone contacts my husband or myself. (Tonya Miller & Troy Miller) to rectify this issue. I hope this review helps you make a decision on what window company to use going forward with your project.UPDATE: After making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, I received a call the next day. A crew came to our house, fixed the kitchen window, corrected the placement of the granite and installed header flashing in the windows that needed it. All in all, I am glad that our issues were address/fixed to at least 90%. Making a complaint to the BBB really changed everything. Window World sells a great product, just wish the other side of the business was easier to deal with.

Dan Trader our project estimator was excellent when he came out! He measured and explained everything about how the process worked. The installation crew was about 15 minutes later than what I was told, no big deal because they had all 10 windows knocked out and installed in 2.5 hours, including cleanup! Excellent service from the seller Mr. Hightower. Well informed. Did an excellent job answering all my questions, showing the product an explaining the whole process. He was in contact with me through the process. Installers did a very professional work. They installed 19 windows. Windows look very nice, they exhibit excellent quality and they have life time warranty. Excellent service from Window world. I recommend the seller, the installers and Window world.

Sales rep followed up timely and provided information. Installation crew was efficient and did a nice job. Will order from Window World again.

We recently had all of our windows replaced at a rental property we own. Gordon Carlson came and measured and thats who I dealt with for the purchase. What a great guy. He answered every question I had and was readily available by phone or text if I had other questions that popped up. When the crew came to install the windows, I was really impressed with the crew that was there. I think the leader was Jefferson, although I hate to say I may be wrong about that. The four guys that came were so professional. From the time they started to the time they drove off was two hours and 45 minutes for nine windows. When they left, the house looked exactly like it did when they got there, except we had new windows. They caulked everything and cleaned up every piece of anything that was laying around. They were so respectful and friendly, answered any questions that I had and were never standing around. They all had a job and it was really interesting to see them work. You should be very proud of the men that you have out representing your company, from the salesman, the employees that you speak to when you call the office, to the final install. We are very, very pleased with our experience with Window World.

Window World installed replacement windows in our 30+ year old house. Our salesperson was very personable, friendly, easy to work with, and very responsive to questions. The windows were received and installed sooner than the projected timeline. On installation day, what we expected to take 2-3 hours was completed by a work crew that expertly installed all 9 windows in just 1 hour. The windows look great and considerably improve the aesthetic of our house and no doubt will dramatically lower our electric bill this summer.

Larry was very knowledgeable and straight forward about his product. He answered every question and was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I was scheduled to have my 8 upstairs windows installed today. The crew gets here and apparently 2 of the windows were measured incorrectly. The guy tells me they have to get the right measurements and reorder those 2 windows and they will be here in 2 weeks so they will come back and install those other 2 then. Next thing I know the crew is getting their stuff and leaving because the guy over the crew said “they had to replace them all at once” and he just walked out and left. That makes no sense because they could have installed the other 6 windows. I have been waiting 10 WEEK for them to install them and it was only 2 windows with the wrong measurements. I tried to get in contact with a supervisor SEVERAL TIMES today and NOBODY has contacted me to even attempt to fix the problem. This is such a huge INCONVENIENCE to us from moving all the furniture and taking all the blinds off to my husband MISSING WORK so they can install them. I am STILL waiting for a supervisor to contact me. They sure didn’t hesitate to take my money when we ordered the windows but I can’t even get a supervisor to contact me to fix THEIR MISTAKE!!

This is the second time we have had these people out and both were great experiences. They are quick, professional and a great value for the windows. We plan on using them again in the near future.

We had front and back doors (and framing) replaced and of course want all keyed the same so, 1) The back door knob was not keyed the same as the back and front door deadbolts and no key for the knob was provided. It has been 3 weeks trying to get this resolved, we are now at the locksmith point, which need the original door knob key to begin to change the locks. Locksmith tried unsuccessfully pick the lock. Now we do not have a door knob at all because the locksmith has to take it back to the shop to see if anyone else can pick it. What a mess!! 2) The front door install was not prepared to also replace the brick molding at the time of install and the crew stated it was not part of the order...so I had to show them in the paperwork that it was. They did come back the next and did a good job installing. 3) Caulking is uneven and messy. 4) Install crew cut their fingers during install and bled on the curtain of the window next to the door. The only highlight in this saga is the local Supervisor/Rep is receptive and has done what he can to get everything resolved...but the back door knob lock is still pending. We did our part...made an order and paid in full. All we ever wanted is what we paid for.

Very professional from the start. Dan was great with his presentation, and did not mind all of my questions. The install team was efficient and professional as well. Overall great experience!! If you are looking to replace your windows, call Dan at Window World.

Wonderful contractors of all that I have had. Cleaned up everything before they left. Chris was the salesman and helped with choices. Juan and his team were very professional. It took about 4 hrs to pit in 6 windows. And yes I would recommend them at this point.

This is my second installation. First one was for my home 3 years ago. Second one was for my son’s home this past week as a house warming gift. Julio is AMAZING! I had a hole in my window screen and Mickey came out on a Saturday and fixed the screen.He was very fast and knowledgeable, and didnt have to do the work but did anyway free of chargeThanks a lot Mickey!

I love, love, love these windows. This is my second time ro order from them. This home had 11 windows opposed to the 7 at our previous home. The installation crew is amazing putting down drop cloths clean up and so fast and efficient. I have referred them often. You wont be disappointed.

From the first meeting with the salesman to the completion of the installation, our experience was excellent. No high pressure sales, just presented a great product and options that fit my needs. I am glad we when when with window world. Eddie and his crew removed our windows and install new ones in less than a day. The only wait was for them to be shipped here. The quality of the window were far better than I was thought it would be considering the price. No touch up on the interior and very very spot for me to paint on the exterior. Also with my new windows I was able to set my heater from 75 degrees to 70. Its amazing what good quality windows can do. Window World quality and its lifetime warranty make my window experience simple, affordable and I look forward to saving money on energy costs in the years to come.

The sales person did his job, no doubt.. but the schedule team and installers just awful, the worst work ethic and customer service. Waited over three months for the windows and another two months for installation and never happened. look else where, don’t waist your time !UPDATE!so after two weekends waiting, I decided to take a vacation day and wait by the phone, the installer just like the last two times told me he had a “BIG JOB FIRST AND WILL GET TO ME BETWEEN 5 or 6pm”...after 6pm he texted me saying“I’M NOT GOING TO MAKE IT AND THAT I NEED TO RESCHEDULE”...no way!..I waisted 2 weekends and a vacation day waiting on this company.Now they want to play the blaming game.. they want to blame the installer, well you hired them so that make your management team even more incompetent!perhaps you should just do your “BIG JOBS”

We are using Window World to replace all of the windows in our home for the second time in 2 years (separate houses). We are very pleased with the service, quality and professionalism from the sales experience to the installation.

Ordered windows in January and that was the last time they have ever reached out to me voluntarily. Post sales communications, zero. I have had to constantly request updates only to be told it has been delayed, nothing else. I understand supply chain issues but all I am asking is for some level of communication. Recently I received a notice that my order was ready but no one has emailed me per my request. I dont want to take delivery until someone will discuss this experience with me. Dont make the same mistake I did, 15k for windows and expect some level of customer service.Whoever you are that replied, I have not heard a reply to my email to customer service, nor has anyone reached out to me. If you want to cancel my order outright go right ahead.

We recently had Window World install windows in our home. What a difference it has made to our older home. The experience from start to finish was quite easy and painless. The price was very competitive and the quality of the installation from my point of view was top notch. The installation crew was on time, communicated expectations well and was quick and clean. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Let me start by saying this will be the third home that I decided to have Window World replace all of the windows in our home. This time around has been terrible solely due to the poor expectations that we’re set for lead time and now the consistent delay of our shipment that takes another 10 days until they can call to schedule our installation date. I was initially told 6-8 weeks by our salesman. After calling to check at the 8 week mark, I was told that it would actually take about 12-14 weeks and that since reopening from Covid they haven’t even gotten lower than 10-12 week lead time. It’s been 15 weeks now and I have called in twice recently every two weeks to check and I keep being told that the estimated ship date is delayed another two weeks. Also, I have asked to speak with the general manager each time and I only get very long and strange texts from our salesman about all the industries affected by Covid. Taking 50% deposit for such a large purchase for 4 months is not acceptable.. When will our windows get installed? 2022? Who knows. This is a joke.

We had a great experience using window world to replace the original windows of our home. Our sales rep, Mickey, was very informative and made sure we had all the information about the windows and the process of having them installed. The day of the install the team that came was super efficient and respectful of our property. Mickey checked in with us every step of the way which was a comfort since this was a big investment for us. I have used Window World two previous times. Once on a business and once at a house. Both dealings had been great. This time around the sales guy that came out has been horrible!! I had scheduled an appointment on Sept 17th. On Sept 16th I received a call from the sales guy that he knows my appointment was for the next day but he was a few houses a away and wanted to stop by my house. I advised I was at work and could not meet him right then. We agreed on a face time call. I texted the sales guy on Sept 21st asking if he had a bid for me as I had not heard from him. I never heard from him so I called the company and scheduled a appt to have someone come out. The appt was for Sept 25th. The same sales guy was assigned to come look at it as he called me on the 24th saying he had my information but had lost it but then found it so there was no need for him to come back out to my house that he was going to cancel the appt. He called me the next morning asking me questions and stated he would have a estimate over to me within a couple of days. He sent me a bid on Sept 28th. I asked if I could add two more windows. He asked if he had the measurements in which I advised yes and sent him a copy of his paperwork where he had already measured and noted the windows. On October 5th I sent him a text asking if he had forgot about me as I had never received a revised estimate with the two additional windows. He called me immediately and said he had not forgot about me and would be sending me the bid right away. Just be honest if you had not forgot about me why wouldnt you have followed back up with me? I finally received the revised estimate on Oct 6th and noticed it had me signing off to reject a coverage that was marked on contract that I was paying for. Sales guy re summited revised contact to me. I asked if it was a good time to pay. Never heard back from him. I sent another text the next day asking if now was a good time to pay. He asked that I call him which I did. He took my payment and told me he would process half of the payment and get my order turned in. Fast forward to October 12th and I just received a call that he wants to come back out to my house to measure the windows. WAIT I THOUGHT YOU TURNED IN MY ORDER ALREADY? It hard for me to believe anything he says to me anymore. I called WIndow World to speak to a manager or supervisor and was advised someone would call me back within 30 min. As of this moment I still have not heard from anyone.

I had a great experience with window world. Brandon was my salesman and was very thorough and attentive in getting the ordering done for my home. The crew that came also worked very hard and came in and got the job done in a day. Very pleased.

Since the price is so reasonable for Window Worlds products, I assumed the quality would be a compromise. But they were recommended by friends with very nice houses, so I gave them a try in 2016. And again in 2018, and 2021...The most recent installation of 19 replacement windows went smoothly, with the team leader being very professional, efficient, and communicative. I watched them like a hawk and did a very thorough inspection afterwards. There were 2 very slight, almost imperceptible imperfections in 2 screens and they corrected those instantly. A good job was done cleaning up and, although I had high expectations as always, I was very happy with the entire process.

Joe was great and very friendly. They were one of the cheapest and have a lifetime warranty that can be transferred to a new buyer. Which is a selling point for when you want to sell your home. Installation was really quick and they were all respectful. The only negative things to say would be 1. They did miss a few very tiny shards of glass here and there and I had to leaf blower off my driveway. 2. A few scuffs on the window sills (which can easily be painted over) 3. Some of the frames were thicker than the thickness of our frames so the blinds will have to be adjusted (still not that big if a deal). But, they are nice windows, cheap, lifetime warranty, and quick (for us). Great job.

I am replacing all the windows in my home in two phases. The first phase is completed and the windows look amazing! Darren was here yesterday to measure the windows for phase two. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel confident and secure in my decision to a) replace the windows and b) use Window World to do so!

I had complete faith in Scott Thornton to provide us with excellent customer care. He made the trips necessary out to our home to make sure that we were choosing the correct windows for our renovation. We knew Window World would be the company to return to for our remodel, as we used them (and Scott) nearly a decade before for an earlier remodel. The windows are fantastic in quality and in appearance. Thank you to Window World and Scott Thornton, again, for taking such good care of our home.

Sept 4, 2021On June 19, 2021 we put down half the deposit for 31 windows. We are still waiting for our windows to even be shipped. Every time we reach out for an update, the ship date gets pushed back weeks further. Now we are being told, they are expected to ship September 28th and that Window World should get them in 5-7 business days. If that is true we are looking at an October installation. I have put off a week of vacation for this and still no windows. This has been and continues to be a very frustrating experience.

Thanks Window World! We love our new windows. They look great and have a good warranty. Customer service is what I love the most. When the sales rep came out he was friendly and knowledgeable- and the best part is he wasn’t pushy. We have had them come out on two separate occasions and the crew was fast and made sure we knew how to work the windows, etc. The did an awesome job of cleaning up after - which means a lot because I have children( our previous company left glass on the floors). They also assign a manager you can call to answer any concerns you might have during the installation. Definitely recommend for a quality product and great people to work with.

Great experience with WW. Custom made windows look beautiful and improve the appearance of my home. Everyone from the salesmen to the installers are top notch. This group is as unprofessional and as poorly run as any company Ive ever seen. They will over promise and under deliver.....if they deliver at all. In my case, after making several blunders in measurements, I am still going through the hassle of trying to get one of my primary windows replaced. On top of that, they did a poor job of the others.I would encourage any person considering a window replacement to look elsewhere. You are only going to subject yourself to frustration and misery if you choose Window World of Houston!

I love the look of my new windows ! Compared to other companies, they were very reasonable . My salesman Robin Ryan was excellent ! He presented a very clear and honest sales presentation! He said he would take down my blinds before they put the windows in and he did !!! He came exactly when he said he would and took them down then came later to put them back up ! I tipped himBut he gave me back $5.00! It was a great experience and I trust this salesman and this company 100% My friends who had their windows told me about their company and their friend and window cleaner recommended WINDOW WORLD and I do too !!

It was great..I got an email that told me I would get a call at 10am and by 945am I was called and given an ETA of 12p to 1 to show up. They got there at 12pm. They were done after 1 hour and 1/2. Great communication, great service great everything!
