I requested for a quote the beginning of this week. I then received an email saying they would call me within 24hrs, or if I like I can call them directly. I waited for 4 full days and decided to call I was informed that Bradley supposed to call me and that he will reach out to me soon. He did call, I explained him what I am searching and all he is asking for the measurements of the doors I like to replace. I than provided it to him via email. I than thought he may will ask me via email when would be the best time to come by my house to take a look, but that was not the case instead he listed out the product type they use, without prices, and also not even telling me what he would recommend. Call me old fashion, but I am a sales rep myself, and if I have someone who shows interest in my business, I would give them everything they need before they get the chance to ask about it, and then I would follow up on when I could come by to take a look at the doors myself to make sure the measurements are correct. I dont have time for someone to list out all the products without explaining the difference nor giving me the price. If this company wants to do better I say start having your rep step up their game and try to be more efficient for your potential customers and current customers.

I did a lot of searching before deciding to call Houston Window Experts for a quote on windows. Had prepared myself for a high pressure sale and the big cost of windows. Calvin came out to do the quote for, what I thought, was going to be a very costly job. Calvin was very professional. He answered all my questions and told me the pros and cons of changing windows. To my surprise he told me my windows really didnt need to be changed and the couple windows with issues, he gave me someone to contact to take care of for me. When it is time for me to do my windows theres not any other place I will be calling. Thank you Houston Window Experts and Thank you Calvin. So refreshing to know theres still honest people out there!

Houston Window Experts have great staff to guide me through the processes. From consultation to installation, and after sale services, they are professional, honest and trustworthy. It’s almost nine months since our townhouse window project and we are so happy seeing these beautiful windows every day.

The installation went very well. The personnel were very accommodating as there is two of us in wheelchairs. They were very good with our handicapped daughter. They were so careful to keep things clean . The windows turned out great. About 12 out of 24 windows were triple pane to reduce traffic noise, this worked great. The traffic noise reduction has been wonderful. This is a great group to work with, from no pressure ( but pacient) sales, to the most knowledgeble sales rep. of all, and finally a super installation crew. We highly recommend Houston Window Experts.

The most amazing thing happened today. A service company came out to give us a quote -- Josh Ludy showed up on time, was very informed, professional, and courteous - and then, and Im not making this up, he RECOMMENDED SOMEONE ELSE.We thought we needed to have four large trapezoidal windows replaced, frames and all, but Josh told me that we really only needed to replace the glass. His company doesnt do that so he recommended Apple Glass as a company that does good work and will save us about 50% of the cost of replacing the whole thing. The first two companies we had out for quotes recommended all new windows and frames, not a word about just doing the glass.Im a little bummed though. With service like that I want to give them my business, but they gave me a far more cost effective alternative and made exactly $0 on the job.I can tell you this: if we ever do need full window replacements, Houston Window Experts will be the only company well call.

Perfection. Phenomenal. These guys were amazing from the initial meeting to the last window installation. We never felt pressured like other salesmen that came to our house. They gave us the truth. Their pricing is fair. There was a delay with the windows, which they were upfront about, due to Covid. Once the team arrived, Raul was the foreman on site and he was the best! His whole team was. They were kind and went above and beyond good customer service. They left the space clean, made sure to double check the work as they finished and just left us feeling great about our choice. Houston Window Experts exceeded my expectations. I was dreading having to find a window company that I could trust. Everyone I spoke to was kind and friendly. Wasnt pushy, didnt send me 5 text/emails a day or call me every hour. Josh was friendly and very knowledgeable. Even told me he wasnt 100% the issue I was having was necessarily a window issue and advised me to look into other issues that might be the cause of my leaky windows. I was surprised and appreciative of his honesty. After weeks/months of meeting with different contractors re: my leaky windows. I found out that it was a combination of issues and replacing the window would help. Scheduled a window install, crew arrived early. They were courteous and covered my floor and furniture. Okay so Ive gotten windows from here for two of my homes now and yes these are top of the line expensive windows (about a 25% more than the big box companies out there). I giving this company 5 stars because the quality of the windows is fantastic, built in texas, aaand this is a must, the warranty is fantastic. First about the quality, Im sorry but when you see and feel these you just know they are better quality. The smooth easy glide and and unique styles, they just are of better quality. Second the warranty, when I say fantastic I mean fantastic. We were mowing the lawn and bang a rock hit the window and broke only the outer pane broke and no questions asked they are replacing it, and were going to send out a tech to board it up. So in summary, a bit expensive but worth it in this case.

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful and impressive job Houston Window Experts did on our home. From the initial quote from Patty, the pre-installation visit by Jeremy, to the final install with Raul and his crew, we could have not asked for a better experience. Being that the windows were original to the home when built (mid 1930’s), the steel windows and very old asbestos siding were quite the challenge. Jeremy took the initiative to be on site personally having seen the potential issues that replacing these windows presented.Raul and his crew arrived early and were very polite and professional in all aspects of the job. They covered everything to minimize the mess and took a great deal of care to make sure that everything was spotless when they were finished. After clean-up, it was hard to tell if they were even there.He even took the opportunity to have another crew assist after lunch to make sure that the job finished on time. Both Jeremy and Raul communicated the issues that came up during the install and gave us realistic options to consider. Only one window had a small amount of siding damage when removed, but Raul devised a plan to cover the area and it looks great.Just as a point of information. I got several bids before contacting your company. Houston Window Experts were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. No one had the range of options that you offered. After watching several of the video’s on your website by your owner Jeff Ludy (13 to be exact), I felt that I became better educated as to what we were looking for. Knowing of the main issues of having to work with the asbestos siding, and wanting to get the biggest and best window that we could afford with minimal damage to the house, it was very comfortable contracting Houston Window Experts.

HWE are the chick-fil-a of window companies. Raul and his crew were exceptional. Their attentiveness to detail and customer care are second to none. They post a lot of YouTube videos that help educate their customers and provide guidance during the selection process. I was really surprised by the installation crew with how professional they all were. You can tell HWE takes care of their employees because they each carried a joy in their work. We visited with Bradley Swenson at the HWE showroom last week to learn more about the many window options they carry for a new home we are building. Unfortunately for us, we learned that HWE does not service the city we are building in. Bradley helped us anyway....he was professional, very knowledgeable, and happy to answer ALL of our questions even though we wouldnt be able to purchase our windows from HWE. We just had 31 Marvin windows replaced by Houston Window Experts and I cannot recommend them more highly! We are very particular and wanted the job done right - the first time. We met with 3 companies prior to taking on this project. Josh won our business by a landslide with his commitment to quality and promise to see the job through to the very end. Josh explained that they use their own crews, oversee it all and stand by their work. He did not disappoint.From the design process to ordering and then installation and painting - the job was done with professionalism and quality. The entire process - start to full completion was 5 days. They installed all 31 windows in a day and a half and then spent 3 FULL days fine tuning and painting. After Harvey, we unfortunately needed to replace windows on the first floor of our home - obviously due to extensive flood damage. After reaching out to several companies, I settled on Houston Window Experts. While they werent the least expensive, they WERE the most courteous, professional, and personable company I came across. To me - that far outweighs the added cost...Besides, I looked at the reviews, researched the company and felt I could trust what they were going to be doing with my home.OMG...from the very beginning, the staff at HWE were a God-send. Patty (my sales rep) was professional & punctual, and was able to provide me with the service I commanded - all without hesitation. She was able to get me what I wanted within budget, albeit expensive - and communicate design choices and options clearly. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Josh in 2 home projects now in the past 8 months or so. One, we replaced all of our windows in our home, and most recently, we knocked down an exterior wall and inserted a 16-foot sliding door and windows to go into the backyard. What can I say! From the start Calvin was a rock star! He showed up on time for my quote and gave all the details of the windows and answered all of my questions for me to decide the best windows for my house and my budget. He also provided and accurate time line of when my windows would be ready to install. Install was scheduled and the guys showed up right on time with masks. They send enough guys to install all windows in one day! They take down curtains/ blinds, move furniture, cover your house with plastic and floor coverings and then put it all back (no extra charges for this service). I love my new windows in my 1978 house north of The Heights and highly recommend this local business for your window needs. You will not be disappointed!

This is the second house we build and we have used Houston Window Experts both times. They have been extremely helpful and always deliver outstanding customer service. The Project Manager that we were working with was exceedingly professional and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. I’m leaving this five star review because of their honesty and integrity, I did not end up being a customer of this company, at least not today.I recently had my patio French doors damaged during an attempted break in, and thought I would need to have my door replaced, and had concerns about the security of these doors.I had a phone/video consult with Calvin (I think that was your name, if I got that wrong, sorry buddy! If you see this, correct me.) and he was kind enough to let me know that my existing doors appeared to actually be of fairly high quality and secure, and that the damage could be repaired, and a replacement would not make sense for me. He was even good enough to pass along the contact details of a repairman he recommended.So, based on my positive experience, you can expect that this company will deal with you honestly and with integrity. We recently had the pleasure of Houston Window Experts install new windows. The experience could not have been better. The windows are great but the installation was perfect. We have watched neighbors have windows installed and we feel sorry for them. We had over 50 windows installed so we had multiple crews multiple days. Each and every person was courteous, professional and most important VERY respectful of our stuff. My experience in having 3 houses built and many remodels that doesnt just happen. That is a culture thing that is started at the ownership level. Each person was proud of their job. As we look at our finished product it is perfect. The salesperson, she was very helpful in pointing out options and not just to do a replacement. A small thing but very important is the quality of the caulking job that was done. I have seen none better. I could say more but I think that you get the idea of the service and finished product we got from Houston Window Experts.

While I didn’t hire this company, I felt the need to leave an honest review.Josh was our salesman and he took the time to thoroughly assess our windows and wants. I had Jeff install new replacement windows in our home about 9 years ago when he had just formed his company. His service and professionalism was exceptional then as it still is now. They priced us for windows way above our price range, and did not seem interested in working with us. The Houston Window Experts were different. Jeff and his team did a fabulous job! Jeff came to our home for the initial consultation. He was very professional and trustworthy. It was clear that he didnt simply want to sell to us and sell us something we didnt need. He provided his honest opinion and also addressed any concerns we had. After that first consultation, we knew that we wanted to work with Jeff. We were told the install would occur about 8 weeks after order. It ended up being a few weeks longer than originally estimated due to the flooding that occurred last spring. An opening suddenly came up so we changed our schedule in order to be home for Jeffs team. On install day, a huge storm rolled in but Jeffs team continued to work through the weather (only once they confirmed it was OK with me). They were clean and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Weve had a few questions regarding our windows subsequent to the install and Jeff has been very responsive. Overall, great customer service, great workmanship, and I would recommend them to anyone needing new windows.

This company stands behind their word. I had my whole houses windows replaced. There were a few issues, but upon me bringing them up, they came back and fixed everything. I would use them again because standing behind your work is huge! We had leaks during Harvey and this is why we got new Windows. Nothing has leaked since! They look great! Im completely satisfied! I recently used Houston Window Experts to replace 5 windows in my home. I highly recommend this company. The products are top quality. The advice that I got was helpful, and the installation was done professionally and at a time that accommodated my schedule. I really love my new windows. The previous homeowner replaced some of the windows, and Houston Window Experts was able to provide an excellent recommendation for a high quality window package with similar characteristics to the existing windows. Good quality windows are not cheap, but I recommend getting them done right. Houston Window Experts will get them done the correct way.

From beginning to end, working with this company has been an outstanding experience.During the research phase, we were always given thorough information about all the trade-offs one has to make when picking a brand, materials, and features. There was never any bad mouthing the competition or high pressure. Quotes were clear and turned around quickly.Once the decision was made, tracking the status of our order was painless.All I can say about the install crew is ... amazing. We have a stucco house and were concerned about how much damage would be occur during window removal. In our case, with ~ 30 large windows, we didnt have damage. The crew was friendly, professional, and efficient.In conclusion, I simply cant think of how we could have had a better experience. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Overall awesome experience from start to finish. I had shopped around a lot, gotten a lot of quotes on several window manufacturers. It was an excellent experience since I and my wife walked in the place and talk with staff Jeff that we want a 14’x8’ sliding patio door. He is super nice guy, so does other staffs. They only care what you needed instead of selling you the most expensive products. Also, there were a lot of choices of different styles of doors and windows. We had no idea where to start when purchasing new doors but luckily we came across Houston Window Experts online. We gave them a call and Sara set us up a time for an in-home consultation and gave us a website to do some research online for one of their recommended door manufacturers. When Josh came by we still had no idea which way to go but he walked us though their company process and helped us gain some traction in which direction to go when selecting doors. We never felt pressured into anything and scheduled a consult for a week later to give us more time to do some research. After 3 contractors of varying pricing and quality we decided to go with Houston Window Experts. Josh made another stop by to walk us through the overall process and got things moving. Their Project Manager, Jeremy, scheduled a time to come by and take the final measurements to finalize the order. Once the order was placed Josh followed up with us to keep us abreast of the schedule and when the doors arrived Sara called us to schedule the installation. Rafael and his team showed up to install the doors when we scheduled and the process took about 6 hrs to install 3 exterior doors. I left the house because I figured they didnt need someone that knows zero about door installation in their way or standing over their shoulder. I wish I had gone to these folks when I first started looking to replace my windows. They have a great showroom so you can see what youre buying and the differences between the manufacturers. I ended up choosing Milgard Style Line. What sold me on HWE is that their installers work for them; they are not subcontractors. They did an outstanding job. Very professional and very meticulous. The sales team and installation team were very professional. The sales team ensured the order to be placed was exactly as we required and provided order updates. The installation team was on site every day and took precautions o cover all floors with covers as well as furniture. At the end of each day the site was cleaned. All furniture and drapes were reinstated as directed. On the last day, a through walk thru was made to ensure the job was complete and ready for our use. Excellent company with proven, hassle-free warranty process.Ive heard people say: a warranty is just a ticket to go fight with somebody. Unfortunately, that is often true in my experience. Houston Window Experts is the opposite, thankfully. This company stands by its product and workmanship.We have more than $45,000 in windows at our house and HWE was the installer. Thats a lot of windows. Some developed a slight defect which would get worse overtime. When I called this company, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and hassle-free my warranty claim was serviced! The repair was super clean, effective and timely. I highly recommend this firm because of its quality and hassle-free warranty practices.

It is unfortunately rare to have a company exceed your expectations, but that is what Josh, Jeremy, Sara, Ivy and a few others who either helped me select the windows, came & measured, confirmed the installation appointment, and/or installed the windows. The windows look great. The crew did a great job installing the windows, protecting our furniture, cleaning up afterwards--and even replacing a piece of rotten wood at the bottom of one of the windows! I cant say enough about Jeff and his team; from start to finish the process has been fantastic. We live in a townhome just a block from the seawall in Galveston TX.We decided after purchasing this property that we needed to replace the 7 windows and large glass patio door. This is one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with any company. They replaced 18 windows and two sets of French doors in our home and it was a smooth operation from the start. It took about three months for all the windows (Milgard) to come in, but once they did, it took one day. They were here at 8 am sharp, laid down protective floor coverings, moved furniture, and went to work. At 5:30 they finished, cleaned up and replaced furniture. Even the caulking was expertly applied and looks beautiful. We had a visit afterward from the company owner to thank us. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Wow...way better than any window company or builder’s supply in town. Really appreciate the wide range of option and the fact that they didn’t push me into a particular brand or lineup. Seems like they do a lot of business but they still have a “family run” feel to them. Prices for homeowners needing installing are much better than Pella. Pricing for contractors (I’m a contractor replacing windows in my own home) is the same as the big guys like BMC or Builder’s Choice...just with better service. Couldn’t be happier.

This is the third project I have done with Houston Window Experts (HWE) and I am very impressed with the people, their professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail. Other than having to spend a lot of time negotiating the price I would not hesitate to recommend HWE to anyone needing window replacements or new windows in a new build. All options regarding the accessories and styles to consider for replacement of our patio doors was fully explained to my husband and myself. We had two patio doors installed within three hours. Houston Window Experts replaced 20 windows in our Woodlands home. Very professional installation. However, the reason Im writing such positive review is how they handled the hick up. One of the windows was broken during installation. No excuses were given and the widow was fixed with in days. Good job guys. I highly recommend this company!

Jeff and his team installed 20+ new Millard vinyl windows in my home in early 2014. Everything went great and I have nothing but praise for the quality of the job done. Earlier this year we noticed unusual mildew/dirt attached to the caulk on several of these windows. I contacted Jeffs office and sent a picture of the caulk to Jeremy, Jeffs master installer. Without any hesitation or resistance, Jeremy advised that this should not occur, and said he would re-caulk all of the windows, which he did earlier this week. There was no argument as to fixing this issue which was done timely and well. I applaud Houston Window Experts for their high level of customer service....3 years after the instaltion I might add....and rectifying this issue smoothly and without any hesitation. Its good to know that you are there down the road as promised when an issue arises! Many thanks.

We got 3 estimates to replace all of our builder grade windows(23). Jeff was very professional and told us about their quality product and installation process. I was concerned about glass being all over the house. The crew who did installation did exactly as Jeff described, tarps put down each day, steps covered, etc. The crew was pleasant and professional and did quality work in a day and half. I found no glass, house was vacuumed by crew and the caulking around the windows was impressive. This is a company we will recommend anytime. One project with no issues completed early. Fabulous Quality Windows, Great Crew and Top Notch Craftsmanship. Last year we had all windows on the upper floor replaced and this was done to such perfection that this year we decided to have all windows on the 2nd floor and downstairs replaced. We chose the Milgard Essence Series and right now Im sitting in a stunning new living room typing this up. Everything is completely cleaned up as well, not a speck of anything left behind. I had a great experience with the Houston Window Experts. For our initial quote they came out, measured our windows, and discussed our options regarding window brand and type. Once we had made our decision they ordered the windows and installed them about six weeks later. Several had the wrong measurements through a clerical error, but that was fixed on their end and the new windows arrived a few weeks later and were installed. Throughout all this I was kept up to date on the status of my order. The installation was a very professional job and after spending several months with our awesome windows I can report absolutely no problems with them at this time! Very happy!

We live in the city and can no longer hear the trucks right behind our house backing up at 3AM. Our only regret is that we didnt do them earlier.Sales: Very patient as we decided which type of window and how many. We cancelled our order at one point (within the timeframe allowed) and there was not any pushback. In the end, we purchased two more windows and the bill went up about 10K but we would not have felt comfortable doing so had sales not been so patient and willing to help us make the best decision for us.They came to our house an extra time to ensure they had the right measurements. They were not at all pushy. We appreciated honesty in questions about the sound proof window. They knew what they were talking about and yet knew limitations, not trying to oversell a product.Installation crew: Proud of what they do and it shows. We had only three windows placed but the crew gave us red carpet service. There ended up to be a scratch on the window. They were straightforward about the issue, process, and plan. They went out of their way after a long day to find a painter for us to paint the frames and had him there the next day. The entire crew was very pleasant, polite, respectful and did a great job with the installation.They came out to evaluate the scratch, were straightforward, and said that it cant be fixed. He didnt try to cover up something. We appreciated his honesty. While out, the crew member fixed another window latch and ordered the needed part.Office staff: Clear, concise and we knew the plan. Initial Contact:We bought a 20 year old house in the Energy Corridor with single-paned windows throughout and wanted to upgrade the windows to save on cooling bills and keep out traffic noise. We talked to friends and searched online to find window replacement companies with good reviews and testimonials. We had four or five companies come out to look at the job and that was when we met Josh. More so than other reps, Josh knew his products, competitors’ products, and most importantly what questions to ask us about our preferences that we didn’t even know to ask; such as, do we want mullions (grids) in the windows – more on that later. Josh taught us a lot about windows: UV treatment options, local code around which windows must be tempered, different types of operating windows, that in the U.S. the glass for all brands’ windows ultimately comes from only three companies, what a transom is, and much more. Josh also made us comfortable about Houston Window Experts as a company; local, not too large/small/new, have tenured and skilled installers.Negotiation:Comparing quotes, HWE’s was the most professionally presented with a separate price listed for each type of window and even a small diagram of the each window to illustrate the orientation and in what direction it will open. They did not offer the lowest quote to start with and even after “sharpening the pencil” they were still a little more expensive than other quotes. The process of discussing price was a low-drama affair and Josh communicated promptly and clearly. Taking all of the aspects into consideration, we decided to go with Houston Window Experts.Installation:Because the windows are custom-made, there is a few-week lag between when they are ordered and when they arrive. The windows arrived fairly close to the estimated time and were installed within days of their arrival. In my case, Jeremy led the installation crew. I made a special request to him that he get his best caulk-guy to lay the interior beads and they were indeed perfect! There was no damage to the interior or exterior of the house, which was a little surprising given the extent of the work that was performed. The only thing that I flagged after installation was that a couple of the screens on the larger windows were not 100% taught and Jeremy’s guys came back and addressed that the next day.Follow-up:Above, I mentioned how Josh had specifically asked us whether we wanted mullions in the windows. We had asked for no mullions, but a couple of months after the windows were replaced our Homeowners Association contacted us and informed us that mullions are mandatory. We were afraid that we might need to replace all of the windows that we had just installed! We appealed to the HoA, but they were inflexible. We reached out to Josh and he rescued us by sourcing some retro-fit mullions from the manufacturer (AMSCO). What’s more, he didn’t even charge us for them. And this was months after he had been paid. So I really consider that going above and beyond!Summary:If you are looking for window replacements for a rental property or an application where you don’t care about the final fit-and-finish, then there are cheaper non-custom options. But for your primary residence or where you do want quality work, we had a really good experience with Houston Window Experts.

Jeff Ludy, the owner of Houston Window Experts, is a low key impressive business man. We had five quotations to do the replacement windows. Jeff showed us an option for windows that none of the other vendors offered. It was a type of window that would more closely resemble the windows that we were replacing. The other windows that we were quoted on would had have a chunky appearance in some of the transoms. This man REALLY knows his business. What sold me on Jeff, although he was not the lowest bidder, was the quality of the type of window he was offering in addition to the fact that he had a DEDICATED crew that only does window installations. He urged me to check him out on the BBB web site. I did and he had ZERO complaints or issues. One of the other vendors had an enormous number of complaints and he was summarily dismissed from consideration. The windows, all of them, were installed in one day and the installation was impeccable. The windows look great and were installed perfectly and without any necessary cleanup after the install. Because I am a retired engineer, I am concerned with not only the quality of the product, but also the quality of the workmanship of installation. Jeff came by about a week later to inspect the job and collect the balance due. If you have a replacement window project forthcoming, I recommend Houston Window Experts without reservation. You get what you pay for as the old adage goes. We have already recommended one person to him, and they too, understood that he is a top notch contractor, and ordered replacement windows from Houston Window Experts! I also had another neighbor who admired the windows!!

After having two estimates from two other leading door and window companies, Window Experts came in and gave us the assurance we were looking for and at a competitive price. When installation day came, Window Experts installers exceeded our expectations in professionalism, quality of work and excellence in service. They promptly installed a large sliding door window, cleaned up afterward and finished the job in less time than was promised. I am so happy that we chose to go with Houston Window Experts. They are a small, family-owned Houston business, and receive excellent reviews on Angies List. Among other reasons, we chose them because they sell several different brands of windows, so they are not locked into forcing you to buy their one brand of window.They were easy to work with, always available to answer questions and to provide various combinations of quotes (we had to split our project up into phases to manage costs) and though it took a few months to get the beautiful windows actually installed in the house, it didnt bother us because we knew that this company does not churn out windows and installations at the drop of a hat. They have just a few dedicated employees who work installing windows, and we were more than willing to sacrifice time for the quality of the work and product.I started looking at replacement windows in January of 2014, gathered quotes through the end of July, and we finally settled on Houston Window Experts by late November of 2014. I was in the market to replace single pane windows in an older home. I heard about Houston Window Experts from my neighbor who had a very good experience with them. HWE was not the cheapest bid, but they absolutely delivered the best value. I am very glad I chose HWE and would highly recommend them to someone replacing their windows. Their salesman was the most knowledgeable of anyone I quoted. She even pointed out some challenges with replacing the windows that no one else recognized. As for the installation, they were on time, fast and cleaned up after the installation. More importantly, the windows look great and are well sealed. The overall experience with HWE was extremely positive due to their product knowledge and exceptional service.

Jeff Ludy was very professional from the time he came over for an estimate until the project was complete. When he came over for the original estimate I did not feel pressured into buying the windows. Jeff gave me many buying options for the windows I needed. When I decided to go with Houston Window Experts and called Jeff he immediately ordered the windows and kept me informed on the progress of their delivery date. Once the windows were delivered I was called and we set up and instillation date for the next week. The installers were very professional as well, they showed up at 0900 and stayed until the project was complete, about 2000 the same day, only breaking 1 time for lunch.
