Shield healthcare especially Angie and Sheila the dietician is the best! My son needed a hypoallergenic formula due to his milk protein allergy and these formulas can only be bought through special healthcare stores. I called Shield healthcare since they were in network with my insurance and they helped me get all the info necessary from the doctor’s office and insurance company to claim insurance. It was truly a no hassle process through a difficult time. They even shipped out the formula first so my son could have it while they were working on the paperwork with insurance. Truly the best!
