It was my second time coming here last time I came with my friend it was fastest service and I didnt have to wait that long. So I went tonight and it was bullcrap because I had to wait an 1 hour to get to my order the employees were moving slow and working on other orders thats why it took a long time took me an extra 20 minutes to order and plus wait for my ice cream be done my banana split was melting made a mess in the truck Im not coming back unless its service is better but Ill give it a 2 stars do to the delicious food treats to have

Great spot to come get snow cones nachos elotes and other delicious things they offer. You have to come early cause after like 2 or 3pm it gets extremely packed. Other than that its a great place to come get a snack. I highly recommend it.

I had a raspa (flavored shaved ice) and funnel cake here. The funnel cake was hot and delicious. I also love that the manager feeds the birds around his restaurant. Music is also played there. Latin music. Fans also on to keep you cool. Go get some to cool down in the summer.

This was a terrible place to go. They were rude and gave us cold food we waited almost thirty minutes just to end up getting a refund

The food is so good but the wait and the hours are long They don’t open at 11 they open at 12.

Everything is so good and and the price is hard to beat. Service was good. Drive thru line is always long and is like 15 minutes per car in front of you. Pro tip. Park and order at the window, but park where you wont get blocked in by the drive thru line. Its hectic but worth it.

First time there. I heard the funnel cakes were really good and they are we bought 2. The staff looked like they were mad one of the girls was looking at me ugly and all I did was smile bc hello it’s a new place and I’m excited. The manager or I don’t know what she is but she’s pregnant, she had the ugliest mood ever while making our funnel cake she was throwing things and handing them over at the point that I felt bad for even asking for a funnel cake. Sis if you don’t want to be there then don’t go to work. Todas amargadas. That’s sad because they were amazing funnel cakes.

Place is good and cheap. Their nachos are great along with their Aguas frescas. My 7yr old loves going for their over the top snocones and my husband enjoys their magonadas and corn!!! Overall you cant go wrong with anything on the menu

Dont come here if yur A germ freak. They cant afford newer tables. There all black and sticky! Dnt know if its gum or just mold caked on. The kids toddler tables look pretty new. Everyone like the food ND drinks tho. Small snow cones are worth the price ND flavor. Line is always long bt no one seems to care bout those. Havent tried the new section yet that sells more food.

Very disappointed with this establishment. My husband and I went to get snow cones and ice cream. The female employee handed over a sad looking melted ice cream cone. I told her to put more on top and she then stated that the ice cream maker isnt functioning properly. I felt like asking her would she eat that half melted snow cone?! I highly doubt it. To top it off the snow cones she prepared us had little syrup. This place has a bunch of young inexperienced employees that know little about customer satisfaction. Snow cone places come a dime a dozen. . I will not be returning.

Very disappointed in the service today. I’m a regular go three times a week today I went to the drive-through and I saw the owner leave. By the time I got around to the window my order was a disappointment. I ordered a Rossford that she only put flavor on the top so inside the cup was all just white ice no flavor down inside and when I asked for more at the window she put a little bit more but they were still white ice remaining We also ordered two corn‘s and both did not have much mayonnaise when you mix it it was just watery one of them had tomato and onion in it and both of them taste like onions. After pulling Ford I went back in to get more flavor for the Ross because it was still white ice she tried to charge me for something that I already paid for and I know how this should come it it was not being serviced correctly

Im honestly unsure why this place is so popular. I feel it comes more from nostalgia than anything else. The snow cones arent anything special, to say the least. The service takes forever, like a ridiculously long time. Again, I dont understand the appeal.

The elote en vaso is really good! And their nachos are always a hit as well. We have gotten the nachos 3 times and every time the chips are fresh and the cheese is hot! The prices are very good too! And they accept credit card and have a drive through. We love going here on Sundays for a treat!!

Worth the 30 minute wait the Hot dogs are very good. The funnel cakes are excellent need strawberry our chocolate as add on. The drink are super refreshing .

It was pretty busy today, but line moved pretty fast. I also want to mention the lady who has a wrist band stand there: loved the wrist bands I bought my daughter and I. Super gorgeous and she made them then and there.

The hot dog buns and nachos where very stale. I also had the mangonada and it tasted old too. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the lemonade. My honest opinion is this place used to be great but, they definitely fell off.

The food, sweets, and raspas are really good! Always fresh. If you dont know Spanish, good luck... bring someone that does. These ladies dont speak English and its rare when someone there speak some.

They only have drive thru, but they stand behind windows so its not like theyre not protected. They take to long with the drive thru. They should have it all open because the customers stand outside. I can say I have been here before and it was a good place to have your rasps, but not anymore I font know what happened to this place, we went here and order thru the drive tru and it was a very long line, slow service and finally we got to the service window and ordered the raspa flavor well my husband just got a little of flavor it was just ice and a little bit of the syrup the taste didnt last Im really disappointed

The tuna sandwiches are the BEST that Ive ever had from a restaurant! They taste homemade and I love that they toast the bread. Theyre so good that I want to hug the chef lol! My coworkers put me on to them and now Im so addicted! Everything Ive tried from there is good but that damn tuna sandwich is the best lol! 😁😁😁

Love this place. If you are looking for an inexpensive treat for the family this is your spot. Nachos, raspas, mangonadas, licuadoes, its all great. Cash only and there is usually a little bit of a line. During the Summer there is often a DJ and sometimes, live music.

Maybe I went too early. Maybe the ice cream delivery truck caught fire. I don’t know but what I do know is that I went here last Sunday and ordered something with ice cream in it. I was told they did not have ice cream. Wait, what? Y’all are an ice cream shop. Also, I found nothing that looks like what I see in these pictures. Lastly, the mangonada that I got gave me diarrhea. Never again.

Goood but the way the drive-thru is managed POOR. Waited in line 1 hr 15 min before reaching the order box! Thats not counting until I got to the window. Maybe a while before I come back until the wait times are better.

Love the ambience. Very affordable place to come and it is also family friendly. They made sure to distance all of the tables. The only thing Id recommend is maybe disinfecting the table tops after every use ? If youre coming during COVID time, be sure to bring some alcohol wipes to clean your own table. They have karaoke nights as well as kids movie nights with toys and games. There is enough space to bring the fam. Elotes and raspas are GREAT here. 😁😁😁

This place has gone down over the years. Let me begin, nachos were very stale and soggy with cheese. The mangonada was very eatery and did not have very much real fruit in it. The elote was okay and very basic, which was the highlight o f the entire order. Snowcones were okay at best.The plus was the price, but even being cheap the quality was very poor at best. There are many other options to go to here in the Northside. That also do not have a 30 minute wait. Waited 30 minutes to be le3ct with disappointment.

I love the design of the place. Its a nice place to hang out and enjoy high quality food and snow cones for a good price. Would be nice if they also took card but its cash only.
