Incredible service. Alta logistics helped me so quickly and professionally with releasing camera equipment from US customs for a shoot. They kept me updated continually and had it sorted in 3 hours. Incredible. Thanks to Peter and Michelle in Houston. You saved me big time.

These are fraud people and dont get trapped into their net.Worst (no) service. We had a shipment for which they charged us; but they did not do any help. We had to go ourselves, deal with customs ourselves and release it ourselves.The main guy Peter never answers and Wendy does not know anything. We had to spent 2 days with customs as these guys were useless. Beware and Dont ever use Alta Logistics for anything.
