I recently engaged Tradewinds Custom Designs to create a fireplace hearth that I would transport and install myself. However, in the process the product was damaged. Upon learning this, Dave and team stood behind their product and created a new one for me in record time. The hearth was beautiful and a perfect fit. Dave and his crew came and each shook hands with me and introduced themselves. They immediately got to work and installed our granite countertops. They cleaned up after themselves. Im truly happy with our kitchen countertops. The price and quality are exceptional. They were meticulous.
