I highly recommend IGranite for countertop and backsplash installation. Everyone involved was very professional, and the process did not take long at all. We were on a budget and iGranite had just what we needed to meet our budget. I was impressed with the quality of work.I will be using them again in the future for projects.

Our experience with iGranite started as a positive experience, but ended up being incredibly frustrating and disappointing.The granite installers did a great job. They were quick, professional, and our countertops look great. We dont have any real issues regarding our countertops.The backsplash was another story. We purchased a white subway tile backsplash installed in a herringbone pattern (and paid extra for the herringbone pattern). Our installer was scheduled to arrive around 11 AM. Our installer finally showed up at noon and consisted of one lady. She worked until 9 PM when she finally stopped. And the project still wasnt done. After she left around 9, we got a chance to inspect her work and the quality was completely unacceptable. Every angle (other than around obstructions) in a herringbone pattern should be 45 or 90 degrees. I think she eyeballed every angle. The cutouts for outlets, switches, and other obstructions could have been made with a hammer (not literally, but this is how imprecise they were). The corners and edges were uneven. Our spacer-less tile install had gaps that ranged from 1/16 inch to 1/4 inch or more. If we wanted this sloppy of a job we could have done it ourselves.She was scheduled to return and apply grout at 8 AM the next morning. We got in touch with Hector, our salesman, late at night and heard back in the early morning. I asked him to cancel her work for that morning, since grout would only make the re-work more complicated. I asked for someone to come out and inspect the job to plan the remediation, but he refused. He told us he only saw two things that needed to be fixed, but all the other things are pretty standard. This level of quality is apparently their standard. He also told us that one of our design decisions is something they dont recommend doing, even though it was suggested to us by both him AND the estimator who came to take measurements.I did finally hear back from the installation manager, Jacob, who said he had called the installer and asked her to fix everything in the images. He asked us to show her anything else that needed to be fixed. He was courteous and professional, and I appreciated him getting in touch with the installer.The installer fixed the worst of the issues, but the backsplash still looks like it was installed by a first-time tile installer. When i tried to re-install switches and outlets, we still found that some of the gaps were visible beyond the cover plates. I also had trouble fitting most of our kitchen outlets because the tile cutouts did not have enough clearance. I ended up spending a decent amount of tile with a file trying to grind back enough material to allow the outlets to fit.She also left our house a mess. Our front door handle was covered in thinset inside and out (which ate away some of the finish). I found a streak of thinset on the back of our leather couch (no idea how she managed this) but I found it early enough I could get it off before it completely set and caused any permanent damage. I found drips all across the floor. Our day-old granite had a white cast in the dark patterns because all of the little pores got filled with mortar/grout that we cannot remove with any amount of scrubbing.. There was still a pretty decent layer of grout on top of the tile as well that did not come off with her sponge. We spent 4-5 hours (not exaggerating) on clean-up work after she finally finished the job.Looking through some other reviews, I see others have had a similar experience: great countertop work, awful backsplash experience. This could have been a great project, but the backsplash absolutely ruined it for us. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and hours of clean-up. Until these guys can find some professional tile installers (with AT LEAST 2 people to a crew), take your project elsewhere.One last piece of advice if you do go with iGranite - check your invoice for items like sheetrock/sheetrock installation. If they do not use sheetrock, be sure you ask for that to be credited back at the end of the project.

This was such an easy process to get exactly what we needed, and their delivery and installation was super fast and very professional.We ordered a custom slab from them that was cut into a square and we are absolutely happy from beginning to end with their service and quality.

I would suggest taking your money else where. If there was a no star option, that would have been my choice. This company has absolutely no customer service skills, and to be exact Im speaking about Hector as he is the one we have been dealing with who is also very condescending. Just to list the major problems 1. Our counter top has numerous cracks 2.the double oven cabinet is completely too small (36 inches appliances and the cabinet is 25 inches) 3 my fiance called Hector to inform him, with no apologies or concern he just told him he cant help him and gave him an email address. He also sent him a message asking if there was a number to contact that department and its 3 days later and we still havent heard anything.

If I could give negative stars I would. I Visited this facility today excited to see the showroom especially after some good reviews online....boy was that a complete disappointment. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the young man at the desk I already knew this was not the place for me. Just very unprofessional and very dry. We were asked to sign and we could look around or have a seat while Hector got to us. We decided to look around and as we were waiting I was leaning on a cabinet there. Hector approached us and the first words out of his mouth in a very rude tone, were Dont lean on the countertop they are not secured in A please would have been nice, or a hello how are yall, Anything. HUGE lack of customer service. Even better, why do you have plenty cabinets in waiting/showroom with countertops if theyre not secured in. Me, not being the one to keep my mouth shut responded. Im sorry, there are no signs anywhere that state do not lean or display only not secure after that I honestly was over the visit but at the end of the day I wasnt gonna let an unprofessional employee ruin that for me. He asked a couple other questions like name, email, number, which was annoying because they took that in order to make my appointment. Anyway, we proceeded to the large showroom, he had no interest in showing us around or asking us if we liked certain color or style. He just stood in the center of the room as we looked around. I asked questions and he answered but seemed very uninterested. At that point I knew this was not the place for me. We finalized the visit and I told them if we decided to go with them I would get back to them. I have been in customer service for 16 years and Im huge on voicing when there are good experiences but even more when there are bad experiences. Very sad because they have beautiful Granite options but theres better out there. My advice... Dont waste your time or money here.

I will say that the process when getting a complete kitchen remodel is tedious. The team from sales team. to installation crew did a very well job and fixed any small things that came up. attached is a picture of the work done by the crew. We love it!

BEWARE......Where to begin, they have been a DISSAPOINTMENT from the very start. The office is not professional, the work is well below par, it is very difficult to get ahold of anyone, and the customer is always wrong. They decided it would but professional charge me per my invoice for sheetrock, which they did not use, and then lay backsplash tile over holes in the wall and sunken in sheetrock that should have been replaced. They will not take responsibility for anything and they treat women poorly. In my opinion they are a complete scam and are wanting a quick buck with concern for final product, customer satisfaction or I guess reputation. I made the mistake of trying to save money with going with them which in the end has ended up costing me double. Lesson learned. I will be posting pictures.

They can do anything you need in modern style. It can be a little pricey, but so worth it. We couldnt be more happy.

After getting multiple quotes and shopping different materials iGranite was able to provide exactly what I was wanting. I would recommend to visit the showroom to view all materials available (great selection). The install process was smooth for both countertops and backsplash. I wanted to wait a while to write my review, so I could test out the granite. We did a kitchen remodel in our home 3 years ago and used this company. It looked and still looks amazing!!! They have granite that I haven’t seen before and the quality is great. We picked our slab and the guys were prompt and professional. We are now selling our house and the main thing all the buyers said was how amazing the countertops looked! Needless to say we got the home sold and they get to enjoy this lovely granite! We will be stopping by soon to make another purchase as we are renovating our new home! I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

Recently I had this company remodel my kitchen. They where very professional and assisted in everything from helping me match colors to kind of styles that would match decor in my home. Your in great hands with this company.

Ive used this company twice, the 1st time I was happy with the product, the 2nd time, I am not happy with the final product. I have a single cracked tile, Jacob said they would send someone out to fix it, after a week of no one showing up to fix it, I spoke with Hector he said they didnt break it and sent me a picture of the exact tile (that was weird🤔) all I know is I waited to wipe the powder off like they said and found it, go figure🤷‍♀️, Ive also messaged a couple times and I have just been ignored. Also they did not level the granite top on the bathroom vanity and the overflow drain is scratched up. Also be watchful of the amount they charge your card. I was suppose to have around a $300 dollar credit for work and material they didnt use, I got it after me having to tell them about it. Good luck out there and be careful, people will rip you off if youre not aware!

They installed my kitchen late July. They where super cool about helping me. This was my first house so I was kind of clueless. I was scared I would make a mistake on hiring the wrong company. I even thought something would go wrong. Luckily I was able to get a fair price and great feedback and suggestions from iGranite staff. Not to mention the installers did a quick and clean job.

This place is full of hard working individuals. Every Person I had spoke with gave it 110% The technicians visiting my property, the installers doing the work. The sales team assisting me in picking colors for my house. I am color blind so buying a nice counter top for my home is a challenge. But that didnt stop the people from igranite helping me every step of the way! These guys know how to do a job well!

I would not suggest using iGranite. They did a decent job on the actual granite install however the backsplash is a disaster!His crew told me outright that they were granite installers and not tile guys. His tile guy called in sick on the day of install so the owner asked his granite guys to install the backsplash instead of rescheduling.They didn’t have the proper saw and installed unevenly. I had them redo several pieces but the end result is crooked and uneven. They didn’t even show up with a shop vac to clean up properly.Needless to say they were frustrated with me and vice versa.Then on top of everything their customer service rep working that day was so rude and condescending.The owner didn’t even have the courtesy to follow up or apologize.Do yourself a favor and stay away.

IGranite did a phenomenal Job on my cabinets, the attention to detail from the moment of design to install. The Install guys are top notch, looking forward to placing our countertop and tile order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I regret not reading all the reviews prior to contracting them to do the work. The actual install is not professional at all. They rush through the work hiding the holes and mistakes they made. When trying to speak with someone they never answer the phone and if they (Hector and Jacob) do, they blame the customer. They had way too much material that they charged me for and tried to take it all until I asked them to leave it behind. This project almost doubled in price because I now have to find a professional contractor to fix their work.Please save your self the time, money, and headaches and stay as far away as possible.

Customer service is the worst. Yelling at me when I protest their price hike. They gave me an invoice and set an installation date in 3 weeks. Which is long but Ive decided to wait. 3 days before the installation they come and hike the price by about 20% and tell me that Im supposed to install the sink myself even though the installation is in invoice already. Btw their sinks that they claim is free is charged thru installation cost. Backsplash is free when you purchase installation. Then they complain that my kitchen is custom built and out of their usual. They got photos and measurements beforehand.Then they threaten me with 25% of I withdraw from the invoice. Im not they are. As a lawyer I welcome their legal arguments in the court. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AND MOST STRESSFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!Until the installation was over. Please see photos of their masterpiece.They hide under Jersey Village address for Better Business Bureau. That is definitely not Jersey Village, Spring Branch perhaps but definitely not Jersey Village. I will fix it and post photos after.Overall very shady business that operates under bait n switch business model. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

If no star was an option that’s what I would rate.This company lacks communication skills.The contractor they sent to our house was totally clueless as to what needed to be done (through no fault of his own) he was not aware that he was also to install backsplash and told us he did not have a wet saw. Our contract clearly stated backsplash to be installed as well as the type of backsplash it was. I Granite Rep that came to our house never mentioned that this would be a problem, I granite was completely aware that the countertops and backsplash were to be done at the same time.Phone calls to the office only made matters worse (no customer service skills and as a previous review states, very condescending) I had to go back to the store and return all the backsplash and buy a different kind of backsplash, so that the contractor could install and yes I was very upset and disappointed when I was given this information over the phone. I Granite turned what should of been a joyful experience into a total nightmare.Your response is not true. One little chip on one little tile does not constitute having to return all of the tile and replace it your company is such a liar

Superb job on the installation and fabrication, the techs that came out and did the install did an amazing job clean and careful with the demo. Got the option to select my slab with tech that knew exactly what he was doing and was able to suggest and help me with a perfect slab. I will be contacting them for future jobs and sending referrals.

I am very happy with Igranite. They installed in one day, called later to make sure I was happy. There was a small seam that needed repair and a technician was sent out and repaired. No hassles. I would post a picture but don’t an option to do this. I am giving a five star because of the no hassle and excellent customer service.

Igranite is great store i originally came in to re do my counter tops. But to my surprise they also did cabinets. Rather than find 2 different companies to work on my kitchen they did both. They where able to assist me in finding a style to match the color of granite I wanted. The staff is friendly. The installer very professional and the turn around time super quick! In spring 2017 we decided to replace our kitchen countertops with granite; my husband found iGranite online and we made an appointment. We quickly found the stone we both loved, and chose an upgraded stainless steel sink which was also included. We received professional advice, and a great price as well. We had extensive counters and an island to replace, and the entire job took about 8 hours or so. The cuts are absolutely flawless and our granite looks perfect- we could not be more pleased. I was so happy that the work was done in one day- and the results changed our whole house for the better. We are enjoying our new kitchen and have received many compliments from guests. Thank you so much iGranite- we are so happy with the look of the stone that we chose and the beautiful, custom installation. It could not look any better! I would recommend this place based solely on the quality of work and the price.The office staff is very knowledge and friendly and were a pleasure to deal with. However the workers installing the granite could use a course in customer service! The guys were very rude and gave a lot of attitude. One guy went as far as sarcastically asked my husband Do you want it perfect? When asked to fix an error they had made. The price you pay and the overall quality was great but I hope they would educate their field employees on giving better customer service.

Just heard a story of how they screwed my friends over. Since December theyve been waiting to have the cabinets that they ruined fixed. Avoid these people at all cost!!! Theres a reason they have a 3.8 rating!!!

This company advertises on their website that theyll do the labor for $15 a square foot. Theres no charges for cutouts and removal of the old countertops or haul off. They give you a free sink and the faucet. I went in there this was all great I picked out of granite that was $12 a square foot and their labor so why were they charging me $70 a square foot. The average rate is $40 a square foot.

As General Contractors in Florida, we found ourselves trying to find a granite supplirr/fabricator for our second home outside Houston. We found iGranite on the web, and visited them when we arrived last week. After a bit of confusion on their plans to build the tops, we signed on the dotted line. They started the work on time, completed it on time, and their installers were professional, did a great job, and left a clean work area. We were happy with the price and the service. We recommend them 100%!

We called to get a tech out to the property to do measurements, he brought out small samples. My husband and I decided to go to the showroom once we got a cost for the job, we fell in love with the piece of stone at the showroom and decided to pull the trigger on the job. We signed a contract placed deposit and where static about the 4 day turn around after we signed. Installers showed up the day of the job 30 minutes late (i live in Richmond near Fulsher) over all I am very impressed with the quality and the speed.The crew was amazing and the recommendations from the sales rep paid off! Ill be recommending them and using them from my bathrooms.

We visited iGranite after a nightmare that was caused by a previous contractor not only did they fix the problems and issues, but they also went to extreme measures to make sure that I was satisfied. They had to replace a few cabinets and fillers as well as a cracked countertop from the other company that was not done correctly. Also worked with our budget (considering that we already had spend enough with previous contractor). Ill be posting pictures after we install appliances and fixtures.

We recently had granite counter tops installed in our kitchen. iGranite seemed to have the most reasonable price but we also wanted a quality installation. They did not fail us! The granite is beautiful and the installation could not have gone better. Jose Pineda and his crew were polite, considerate and craftsmen. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with a kitchen of which we can be proud. We can, without reservation, give them five stars and would recommend them to our family and friends! We will have them back when we remodel the bathrooms.

Everything was great until the installation and that is when things fell apart. I really enjoyed the helpfulness of the sales staff, but it was very difficult working with the installation manager, especially when the work needed to be fixed. A 10:30am Friday installation turned into a 6 pm Friday installation that wrapped up around 10pm. The installers were done in after a long day and in the light of night, it looked like the job was done. You have to sign a document absolving the company of any future fault after the install and now I understand why - because they are not going to come back to fix anything. The pieces installed were not level and I unfortunately did not put a level on all of the surfaces before the crew left. Many places are currently not calked well and Ill have to do that myself. The edging is separating on one piece. I made a rookie mistake and only said that I was using a 3 piece faucet that I was providing and unfortunately the 3 holes were cut for a Glacier Bay faucet that comes as one unit mounted on a bar provided by igranite. One sink has a 6 inch spread but the other sink has less than a 6 inch spread, so the cuts were not even the same on each side, which has limited my faucet options. Learn from my mistake and make sure to specify ahead of time. One piece is cut crooked. Because the install was so late, the cutters were cutting under garage flood lights, which is not ideal lighting. Hindsight I would have had them come back when they could install during the day, but I was hoping to keep the project moving. If you use this company, make sure to monitor the installation, use a level and a ruler on all surfaces and inspect the work with a fine tooth comb before signing or paying. Once you sign, they are off the hook.

The guy who I dealt with was unbelievably condescending. After reading all the reviews I am thank for I never went with these people.

The staff especially Hector are very unprofessional. Check out their Yelp rating where they only have a two star average. Hector is a pedantic know it all but doesn’t know everything. Was unbending in back-splash and counter sizes and could not accommodate a need for a 6” back splash among other issues.

My counter top separated and broke within a matter of a few short months. I contacted the company 3 times to ask that it be fixed. All three times I was told to send pictures and all three times I did. Once I was told that someone would be out to fix it. No one ever showed up. The crack in the counter top has now widened to the point that water is dripping into the drawers. Beware. This company does not do good work, nor do they stand behind their work. Now my new kitchen cabinets are also being ruined too because of their shoddy work.

Reliable and professional granite provider. Igranite installed granite in our kitchen and powder room. Fair prices. Jacob was really professional when there was a hiccup at the installation. I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Please go somewhere else. This place just tries to take your money and doesn’t care what they do. First they told me they had the countertop I need in stock and I told him I would come pay and pick up the next morning. Then when I came the next morning (before they even open) they tell me AFTER I pay that it will be another 2-3 days before they can get it from their warehouse. Then I asked if I could go get it from the warehouse they said no one works there and everyone is out on jobs already. So I was forced to pay my contractor for an extra 2 days of work since they couldn’t do anything. They even told me they’d try to get it that same afternoon and text/call me to let me know but that didn’t happen. Finally when I got the countertop and my guys started working on it they noticed these marks on it. Marks that looked old. Not just swirls or anything but it looked like rusted up marks that have been there for a while. When I called to speak to someone they basically said “idk what to tell u” and when I spoke to the owner he even didn’t want to help he just insisted that I signed for it and I am responsible. My workers told me they did not see this piece as it was covered in plastic and only saw the other piece that wasn’t. So either they purposely covered it so it wouldn’t be seen and put the blame on us.

Very easy to work with, great work! I was able to purchase and have a granite vanity top installed in my master bathroom at a great price under what my contractor could offer.

IGranite did a Great Job, everything on time and all promises Keep! I was in plumbing business for 35 years and iGranite did as customers expect . On time & great workmanship!! 10 on scale 1-10

They did great work, were on time and courtious. This was my second time of using iGranite and through pleased with every aspect of their operations.

I hot my kitchen counter top done through this people . As every one says poor customer service even rude .They deliver the sound that I didnt choose . Bar counter top 16 instead of 14.After I complained the owner said why you getting more granite for less. He was an idote . He need to understand that he has to respect people choice .Anyway. I wouldnt recommend this place .Thanks

Update Feb 9: They called and told me that none of his workers knew that I needed work done. They are writing out a check for me to reimburse me for my loses, so I appreciate that. Took a long time, but they are coming out and fixing it.This business was so unprofessional. I had called numerous times for them to come back to my house to finish the job they hadnt finished, but they never got back to me. Said they had to talk to jacob to set up a time. Over a month dealing with this company and its bad service. When we did set up a time, the crew never showed up. Took off a day of work, so they could come out and finish. Thanks for nothing, iGranite. Heres to not having my service again.

These are bait and switch artists. If you get an actual quote, their installed cost on the CHEAPEST granite is over $50/sqft PLUS more cost for backsplash and sink.AVOID!!

Install quick, looks great. Cant beat the price. They dont reinstall the plumbing on the sinks or the Fawcett, so be prepared to do it yourself or have a plumber ready to go.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. My sales rep Allen always very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. Price was lower than expected ,even with my extras.The install crew Gerardo and Selvin was very friendly and went out of their way to make our kitchen fantastic . As a homeowner in Houston I visitedmany places selling Granite. I couldnever find what I was looking for. I went tothe showroom at iGranite and they had just what i was looking for. I purchased the granite and it included beautiful travertine backsplash and modern fixtures. The installers completed everything in one day and were very professional and cleaned up after completion. My kitchen and 2 bathrooms look absolutely amazing! . The staff were helpful and deceitful. I dealt with Jacob.I am adding to this review. They promised me a $100 gift card for writing a review. I held up my end of the bargain and they never sent me anything. I am a person of my word as that is what I was taught as a child. They contacted me numerous times about the review. So, I guess, after all these years; I am still waiting for a gift card I never received nor will I ever receive!!!

A contractor recommend Igranite to me and I am glad he did because we got a great price for beautiful new countertops with a farmhouse sink. The customer service was great, not pushy or aggressive at all but always quick to answer any questions and help make decisions. I will be back for future granite needs!

Flooded my home and won’t take responsibility and they work they did was horrible. To top it off When I cancelled the back splash the sent someone to my house with some disclosure to keep me from posting anything bad about them. When I said no, they didn’t even refund me the money they owed me. They are thieves and anyone who uses this company, your are going to regret, funny thing was the guy told that my technician was his best and that he never had problems. Yet this man brought some random guys with him and they paid zero attention to details. From scheduling, to demolition[left the line leaking without saying anything] to installing horribly with cracks and no cauck. To never reinstalling my mirror and to top it off they won’t even give me the name to their lawyer or return any phone calls or text from the OWNER Hector. I financed and am being charged for this horrible job. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! You will regret it!

Great group of guys that came and installed our kitchen countertops.

They were very prompt to schedule a time to come out and measure and charge me $30 for the trip. The same day, I went to their office to make selections and also went to the yard to pick the exact slabs I wanted. That was as far as it went. First they gave me a quote for the wrong kitchen. It wasnt even mine. Then I wasnt able to get them to call me back for a week for the correct estimate. Finally he gave me one over the phone after I called Jake several times for a week then called the owner. I wanted an emailed proposal to have it in writing. Its been 2 weeks and still no reply or call backs. They basically TOOK my $30.
