They seemed great with my first order of company shirts so I wanted to invest in some more shirts for myself for work and because they all were so nice. I requested a certain brand shirt which they did not carry but could order so I agreed to get some. On my order it did not specify what brand was being ordered but Paty stated it would be the brand I asked for. Two weeks later shirts are done and it’s something completely different. She goes on about she ordered what was first quoted and that’s why it was ordered, but I only said if she could do the brand I wanted and if it would be the same price and she insisted it would be the brand. She said it was my fault and I just do not agree being called a liar on what we spoke about and saying it’s not her mistake. Still my first order was good, but going back for something different was not as good. First impression helped but the second time hurt. I hope she is right about my wrong shirts being better than what I wanted.*I will update with the wrong shirt outcome shortly after using what I paid for.*Just make sure it’s down on the invoice of what you are getting and not just a style because that is where they get you.*** update***They want me to fix their issue by paying more to get it corrected. It’s still upsetting how they didn’t try fixing the day of the problem that first happened. They want to “help” themselves, but not help me in any way.

Valerie was great help to me. I needed a few bridesmaids shirts and tote bags made for my wedding and she was so helpful in helping me pick out colors for the font and style of the font. The price is worth it for the amazing work her and her team has done. The shirts came out perfect and so did the bags. My mouth dropped when I saw them. Even my girls loved both the shirts and bags. Great service, low prices, timely delivery, very good quality. I have done business with Jovi for over 20 years and dont plan on going nowhere else for my shirt needs or any other promotional product!

The person that did the design did a nice job. However, they ordered the wrong sizes. When I showed them he receipt with the correct sizes (it had obviously been entered incorrectly) they said they had to check the with manager and I never got a call back. After going multiple times and was given the run around..I lived with the shirts with the wrong sizes. (some were XXL - for a womens organization..lol). I will never use the again as they cannot accept their own mistakes and they made me pay for it.

They asked me two questions as soon as i walked in the door. 1. what can i do for you, in which i replied I need to get my scrubs embroidered. 2. how many do you have, in which i replied four. They proceeded to tell me that they only accept a minimum of twelve! You know what that leads me to believe, this business puts a price tag on their customers as soon as they walk in the door. I called other printing/embroidery business (about 5 others) to see if maybe this was just a normal practice and I was just not aware. Nope. Just this place. I took my business elsewhere and had my scrubs embroidered in less than 24 hours. Such as shame. As a healthcare provider for 100s of loyal patients and their families who are teachers, coaches, athletes- I commonly get asked for recommendations on restaurants, salons, movies, etc. Such a shame that I will not be recommending this business to my patients.If you are a healthcare provider like myself and wondering where I ended up getting my scrubs embroidered- Sand Oak Uniform and Embroidery. Very professional, courteous, and such a great price. 8 bucks a top. Done in 24 hours and they looked amazing.

Jovi was the only place local that would print the small number of TShirts that I wanted. I didnt want to go someplace outside of where I lived and I didnt want to mass market my design. I was releasing my debut book, and I wanted a special gift for the first, loyal fans that purchased the pre-sale copies. The first 30 people got their shirts and LOVE them.
