This Shell station is a disgrace! They are taking advantage of the public by charging over a dollar per gallon more for gas than any other station in the area. I have a bad habit of not looking at the price before I fill up but when I saw that it was $82.02 to fill up my truck I looked and realized that they charged me $3.89 per gallon. I went inside thinking that they had typed in a 3 instead of a 2 and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude! I also tried to call two days later to see if there was a mistake on the price and was hung up on before I could could even ask my question. I advise everyone stay clear of this store. I cant believe a company so pathetic can even stay in business.

Taking advantage of people who dont pay attention to the price of gas. Started the pump and came out to see that it cost me $85 to fill up which is $25 more than normal. They are charging$4.99 a gallon when gas is $2.89 everywhere else. Price gouging at its finest. I will be contacting the state to report them.

The vending machines at my job arent working so I went in to buy something to drink. I saw a sticker that said 2/$3 on 20 oz. cokes. I took them to the register and was charged full price. I told her about the sticker and she walked to the back to make sure. She was about to charge me the correct amount advertised when the owned snatched the drinks away and said they arent for sale. There was a mistake. I just looked at him and said the only mistake was coming in here. Bad business

Price gouging!!!! Couldn’t believe what I paid. I though it was a mistake called back to ask what the price was for paying with debit. Woman who answered phone stated they do not disclose that information over the phone. I kindly asked again to make sure I didn’t make a mistake and accidentally pumped diesel. I’ve called over 10 times they will not answer phone.

I went in to purchase gas. The cashier rushed the customer in front of me and tried taking my order while she was still paying- even with covid restrictions of maintaining a healthy distance. When she left I proceeded to purchase gas, using both cash and card. The cashier was extremely unprofessional and gave me grief when his card machine stopped working. I continued to advise him that his machine was frozen and that it wouldn’t allow me to use my debit card. The cashier cursed under his breath and told me I was taking too long, despite me expressing that the card machine was frozen. He then proceeded to throw my cash back at me and on the floor. I calmly expressed that his actions were rude and unprecedented, before he walked around the counter to pick my cash up. He continued to belittle me before I gave in and told him to just use cash. After walking back to my car, I realized that he didn’t put any money on my pump. My partner had to walk in on my behalf to get him to add the money. He was also rude to her and the customers behind her.

Good service but a little pricey

Went here as it was a quick stop to work, didn’t know the price was about 50 cents more than anywhere else. But, lucky me the fuel would not come out very fast as I only got 1.5 gallons in 5 minutes. Didn’t cost me much, but I didn’t get the fuel I needed.

Not only is this place over prices on its gas, but everything inside is extremely up-charged. I just bought a six pack of truly for $15.14. That is unacceptable. Ive always been a fan of Shell but this Shell is now on my blacklist.

Clerk doesn’t wear face mask. No social distancing enforced. I felt disgusted when I was in there I had to run out. Customers walked in without a mask and they were told nothing for not wearing them. This gas station needs to shut down or follow guidelines.

Pulled in, looked at the price, drove five minutes to another Shell station and saved $1.30 per gallon.

Their gas prices are very high. They charge $3.10 per gallon for regular grade when there is another Shell station 500 feet away selling for $1.95.

Decent store. The kind of location that makes you want to lock the doors when you get out. Large homeless presence near the store.

Expensive but convenient. Very bad problem with panhandling and homeless hanging around entrance. Not apparently safe after dark.

I pull up to get gas, 2 pumps tell me I can only pay inside. I go inside to pay, theres no line, and the owner is sitting behind the glass, acting as if IM NOT THERE. The wife comes out and starts cursing at him for not helping me, and I pay and leave. Just left from here. Did not spend a dime. I almost started fueling when I noticed that when I pressed regular, it would select plus! Not only are they robbers for having such high prices ($1+ more than elsewhere, they try to scam you for the more expensive gas! I thought maybe it was a mistake, so I confronted the owner and clerk. The said, I dont know what to tell you. Its the machine. We cant control it. I told them they could mark it off so others dont use it. I guess that didnt make sense to them. They walked me to my car and had me leave. Im at the cheaper, better quality valero down the road now.

Gas is way over priced and it is usually slightly dirty looking both inside and out, I have never had an unpleasant experience with the attendants. They have always been nice and friendly!

Went in tonight and the owner was there. So I was curious as to why they charge more for gas then anywhere in the city of Houston. His wife says you dont have to buy gas from here. Well be making a call to the shell corporate office about this and make a complaint about this cause where I come from we call this price gauging

This place is at LEAST a dollar more expensive than everywhere else in the area. Theres other gas stations on Memorial and 6 or Barker Cypress and Park Row if you need gas.
