THIS. PLACE. IS. AMAZING. I had a bad experience with America’s Best Eye Care after three times I told them the prescription is off, slow shipping of glasses, contacts never showed up. So we cancelled that order and went with my bfs parents suggestion. At Penn Eye Care I was able to file out my form online, seen by the first eye assistant within 8mins (and we were early so we got in I believe even before my appointment time) I got actual pictures of my eyes (only an extra $40 and it shows if you even have diabetes or not! Technology!!) the gal, I didn’t catch her name but she was so sweet. She and no one else there shamed me for how old my contacts were, unlike how ABEC did… and Dr. Penn was amazing. They all could see I was struggling w seeing and confirmed AB gave me completely wrong prescriptions. I got DKNY glasses and eye care (w no insurance) even cheaper than AB and their non designer glasses and long wait time) my glasses came in the mail in, I kid you not, 5 days. And that includes weekend days. Going to pick up contacts and a pair of sunglasses (which if you get before the year end is 50% off even if you don’t buy it all at the same time) Richard Le helped us out with everything and was suuuper incredible. Hands down will never go anywhere else. I’m so happy to be able to see again and I won’t be missing those headaches lol. THANKS AGAIN!!! I’ll post a review on Facebook sometime after the contacts get ordered.

Definitely do not recommend. Had to get my glasses redone as doctor Penn keep making them way to strong. Could no longer see signs on the road. And terrible headaches. Had to get old lenses back in glasses. He then was very rude about it.I also have 2 friends who have had problems with their prescription as well.

Easy to get an appointment, they were very thorough, and the price was reasonable for the services provided. I liked their COVID protocols, too. Jeffrey Penn is very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Ive been coming here for 20+ years and will continue.

Vaccine passport or mask crazy people. Help their unamerican company go out of business. I had a serious lung injury about 8 months ago from work. I have ct scan showing a have ground glass syndrome in my lungs because of this I cannot wear a mask. This company cares not for your health or civil liberty. Please move to 🇨🇳 China and enjoy all the authoritarianism you please. This is America and all that is not going to fly!Thanks for not helping someone who cant see.

I have only recently begun to need help with my own vision, but as a family weve been coming here for quite some time and I cant say enough good things about Dr. Penn and his crew. They are friendly and easy to talk to - I hadnt been in for a visit in about two years but they still asked how my son was because they remembered me (and him of course). The doctor is sharp, knows exactly what is going on, and can explain whatever questions you may have. They make sure to get you what you need and there is no pressure to get something you dont want. Quite a pleasant experience, as health related visits go. I highly recommend Dr. Penn and his staff for your vision needs.

I have taken all my children and myself to Penn eye care for over 10 years it’s a great place the Doctor is amazing and kind, All the workers have great customer service however sometimes in the 10Years the front Desk can be a little rude not always maybe just on a bad day but not enough for me or my grown kids to not return. Penn eye care feels like home.

Whenever I have an appointment I never have to wait. Service is timely and my prescriptions are always correct. My husband also uses Penn Eye Care. We would recommend Dr. Penn anyone that needs a first rate optometrist.

Ive been doing business with this place since February and I have to say theyre so helpful and polite. They have the best prices. The Asian guy served me coffee and even helped me find the right glasses for me. Id definitely recommend this business to family and friends who are looking for great quality glasses at a low price.

GO SEE DR. PENN. Dr. Penn is wonderful. Id been seeing the same ophthalmologist for 20 years. Literally. I thought there was no way I could find a better eye doctor. But I just needed to see someone that fit better with my insurance plan, and was referred to Dr. Penn by my ophthalmologist. Dr. Penn is absolutely fantastic. Hes very thorough with the exam, he isnt rushed, and he takes the time to explain how your eyes are, why they have what they have going on, how it will impact you in the future, and what can be done to treat it, and how the treatment will help. Hes great. He is always on time, hes very nice, his office is gorgeous and very homie, and his staff is great. I live 40 minutes away from his office and still think hes the best optometrist in Houston and worth the drive to go see. He comes with my highest recommendation.

Brining my son here for years they have great plans I pay cash they allow me to put half down on my son glasses or daughter contacts and pay the rest when I comeback to pick up classes or contact. Helps me out so much.

This place is AWESOME!!! I went to several different eye doctors who could NEVER get my prescription right before I came here. Dr. Penn got it right the first time. Hes really good with kinds also, I started taking my son when he was 5 (7 now). I moved from Willowbrook out to Fairfield and still make the drive. Highly recommended!

Weve been going here for years and have never had one single complaint. Dr. Penn even helped get me to the right specialist for ICL surgery since I wasnt a candidate for lasik. Great with my kids too (who can be a handful) - regular glasses, and even contacts and swim goggles. Fair selection of designer frames.

My wife has gone here for years now and the people are great, service is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. I even stopped by when i had an eye injury from work and they took care of me right away!

I had a positive first experience at Penn Eye Care. Between filling out forms, seeing Dr. Penn, and ordering new glasses for an astigmatism, I was there for no more than an hour. I would recommend this business to anyone who lives in the Willowbrook area.
