I came in through a groupon voucher and very pleased with the overall experience.Luz at the front desk is an absolute angel and very patient. I didnt feel rushed at all while I was trying on glasses.As well as every other person that I came in contact with, very professional and personable.Also my glasses only took a day to have ready and I must say it was absolutely the fastest glasses order I have ever had.They have such a array of designer frames to choose from.Very pleased with everything. Really happy with my decision to come to Optical Illusionz for my optometry needs. Dr. Dao is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every detail in way the layman can understand. The entire staff was extremely nice and Kristtel was especially helpful in picking out new frames. Havent been to eye doctor in years, they were very friendly helped me very much, Kristel was a big help finding me glasses to my comfort and like... the doctors are very great! I will definitely be going back!

I walked right in and was able to pick out glasses with Jonathan. He was super patient, knowledgeable and helped me pick out the cutest glasses. I came back the next day and had an eye exam with the Dr. she was super sweet! Everybody was amazing from the front desk to the young lady that walked me back for my exam. They make you feel like family. And this is not a paid review. LOL I just had that much fun getting an eye exam on my birthday.

I’ve been wearing contacts for a while now and haven’t kept up with getting my eyes routinely checked over the years. I’m glad I saw Dr. Dao here because just 2 or so years can make a good difference in prescriptions. That’s something very important if you’re a photographer. Johnathan at the front was great and helped me pick out an amazing pair of glasses. I’ll definitely be coming back.

What can I say about this place.... hmmmm How about KRISTTEL! Shes amazing! Her wealth of knowledge is mind blowing and she made me feel so welcomed at the door. Kristtel was so patient with me when I asked her a million questions about the services Optical Illusionz provided and she even offered to adjust my glasses! Wow! I didnt realize I needed that. I wear my glasses daily and I didnt know that I needed to adjust them. When shes got my glasses back to me, it was perfectly framed to my face, AND SUPER CLEAN! They looked brand new! Dont get me wrong, I clean them, but the products she suggested to keep the life of my favorite go to glasses was the highlight of my day. I dont write a review, but for KRISTTEL.... I will. I came in for an update to my glasses lenses, and I was a pretty difficult customer, but they patiently worked with me to make sure I was happy in the end. The first prescription I brought in just didnt work well, but they were willing to remake my lenses after I had my doctor recheck my eyes and brought in a new prescription. We also very carefully went through all of the measurements on the new lenses, and checked that focal points and everything would be comfortable before making them again, and Im very pleased with the result!

First of all, I want to start off by saying that the store was really organized and clean and a really great environment. It was my first time getting sunglasses and thanks Johnny and Brandon for both helping me choose the appropriate ones. Would definitely recommend it, great customer service, will definitely go again!

I had an all around five star experience!! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location was very clean with a wide selection. My children’s glasses fit perfectly and were ready sooner than expected. I will without a doubt recommend Optical Illusionz to my friends and family!!

Amazing service!! Very nice employees, in specific Kristell, she was very considerate ,and social distanced, she also answered any questions that I had and made sure that understood.

Finally got vision insurance and had no idea how it worked. Luz nicely explained my benefits, and what my options were since i wanted both glasses and contacts but my insurance only covers either or. she was also very helpful when it came to picking out glasses, shopping for glasses alone can be kind of hard especially when you cant decide, but the girls are all very honest with their opinions which i greatly appreciate!

Went by after loosing my glasses on a business trip and needed a new pair before I left again. Jonathan saw me took my prescription and set me up. He helped rush the order so I got them super fast. He was also patient with me as I selected frames. Highly recommend this store

The pretty girl on the counter with the amazing eyebrows was so kind and welcoming to the store. Kristtel was self distancing while helping me pick the perfect glasses. which is a plus because of these current circumstances. Optical Illusionz has a great variety of high end brands. The Sales Rep Johnathan was very knowledgeable from each brand that I asked about. He took his time on answering every question I asked and made me feel very comfortable with his response.
