Ive been donating clothes and decent items here. This one old lady was rude & told me they dont accept stained clothed items. She was very rude about it & asked me to remove any unacceptable items. Her BA should be grateful people are giving Goodwill free shyt! If she wasnt rude about it, I would understand. But she has no people skills at all. Lady, your lucky you even have a job! I could picture you standing on the street corner begging for $$$. I wouldnt give you a penny if I had any. I would just toss you stained items instead. Happy Goodwill MF!

Wife and I have been making donations for 20 years and always had a positive experience. But yesterday was totally the opposite. The lady at the donation receiving area was very rude and had a malignant attitude. We were so bothered by her meanest we left in the middle of unloading our donation and drove to the recycle center instead. She kept saying it was corporate policy this and that. We wont ever go back if the GW corporation is condoning such policies and using such disagreeable staff

Reeks of febreze When you walk in which is highly toxic and on top of that they still require masks which are dangerous to our health. We breathe in oxygen and out carbon dioxide which can cause carbon dioxide poisoning. They are given inventory for free and they mark it up more than what the product is worth. Who are they helping ? Not GOOD at ALL.

I have a legitimate HIPPA exemption, and was even willing to abide by an ADA authorized exception, had they provided one. Nope! Was told to leave or theyd call the cops.

The sales rep today was rude and disrespected me today . Then tried to over charge me her employee number is TR524 . Ive never had someone be so ugly to me. I had my receipt but she wouldnt take the pants back because they didnt have any tag on them. Ill damn sure wouldnt shop here again

Clean, organized, and the beautiful people who worked on todat...Kudos!!! Felt welcomed. Felt safe. Donate to good will. No do it! Creates jobs, helps those of us who never walked in a Goodwill growing up. Get over your insure feelings. We all arehete to help each other, no matter how things have tragically changed for so many lovedones-gone. The positive is we as re rembering we are the same and none better than the other. We all have a purpose, even an unknown purpose. Have faith. Its not in our control. Praise Jesus. Glorify God. Do it gor you, no need of explanation, bend the knee & accept Jesus into your heart. Oh & hey, God knows your issues. Knows you wont change but will try to take care of you & yours. I love you God, I love you Jesus 😍& I will BELIEVE, Amen

I cant remember ever being treated as badly as I was at this store. the first time I set foot inside I was reduced to tears after being mistaken for someone else by an employee who screamed at me & ordered me to leave..another employee apologized for the others behavior & I assumed everything was okay until I returned to exchange a pair of jeans that didnt fit. I had the receipt, the tag was still on the jeans & I was well within the approved time however I was still told they couldnt exchange them.. I left & made a call to the store to ask why & I was hung up on... good will? yeah right.

Not many people. They do give you a heads up that they dont wipe down their carts and the hand sanitizer smells nasty. All that aside very nice employees.

Good sales

Dont buy anything here. Their electronics dont work - they wouldnt try it for you in store and they wouldnt allow you return it. And they are unnecessarily expensive! I wouldnt recommend this store because the people here are not trustworthy!!! I wish I could give 0stars

Best place ever.

This is one of worst goodwills in Houston. The rudeness of workers here is borderline hatered. Prices are very high for some items. There was a tray without a price tag; when a cashier saw our interest, she made up a very high price.

They have lots of stuff on the shelves, packed in too tightly.

Garbage for Sale!! Literally! The manager is obviously taking the decent donations, and putting out the over priced trash. She shows how she cares for people, by ripping them off. I mean, its plain to see, shes still eating Really, Really Good. The truth is: The manager only cares about the mighty dollar in HER pocket..... Pitiful & Discusting at the same time.

Amazing customer service. A young woman named Louisa paid special attention, and really helped me find what I was looking for.

Very expensive for being a thrift store! My grandma really liked some tennis shoes there. They were in good condition but discolored. They charged $21 for them! Thankfully my sister is a teacher and we were able to buy them with a 30% discount.

Someone is loosing goodwill original message of helping people. overprice junk thats untested. everyone needs to start donating to salvation army. goodwill is lining pockets and paying overpriced rent for junk.

Cant go wrong at a thrift shop... certain days of the week theres a extra little discount on specific colored tags...

One of the most expensive Goodwill Stores in Houston. Very High prices!!! Selection is OK. Any other Goodwill or thrift store is better than this one trying to make a profit from a non-profit business.

This store is very nice and clean. The priced are very very high. A lot of the clothes have strains on them.

Some unfriendly associate very rude on closing time. I was trying to check out one item on Sunday at 5:54pm (store close at 6:00). The cashier is very rude and refuse to check out my item.

New bargains everyday, including extra sale days throughout the week. I make a habit to stop in several times throughout the week/ month

Very friendly staff but legit the worst selection of any goodwill I’ve ever been to.

1 cashier at a time even if there are over 10 people in line. Seen this several times. If asked for back up cashier, manager will take over for cashier in leu of opening another. Books over priced.

Disorganized. Prices are horrible for the quality of the merchandise. Faded and dated dresses for 9.99? Pshhhh. Not the best customer service either.
