My old HP hit the dirt so I was shopping for a new laptop that I can do my work from and came across these guys. Awesome people. I came in found what I like and it was priced very well. I took it home and found out my audio Jack wouldn’t take connection so I came back the next day and the guy swapped it out For a newer model Lenovo thinkpad. I love the warranty they give and the service they provide. I even bought a monitor from them. I will definitely be telling my friends about this and I’ll be returning! Look for my review on fb.

Went in and talked to alex, I figured my AIO was dying since my cpu was over heating and cause to crash. He agreed checked it out and swapped in a new one and did me a solid used my old aio fans and put extra cooling into my case. Will def come again and recommend checking the place out for your pc needs.

These guys are rock stars in the computer business. When my 5 year old computer crashed during a move, I panicked. No one told me it would be as easy as it turned out to be. Most people said if the hard drive crashed, my computer was trash. Since I am not in a position to purchase a new computer, I spent time looking for something refurbished. It led me to this company and one other company near my home.The other place was pretty scary in a warehouse with no air conditioning and a folding table to greet customers. Top Tech Experts place was a bright retail storefront and it was clean, well organized, and staffed with two true experts. I looked at the refurbished computers (4 days after my current computer crashed because I was still panicking.) Undecided, I came home.At this point, I remembered an external hard drive I thought was disconnected. When I took my computer and the external drive to them, they were able to restore everything, including my Microsoft 365 account. Since my computer is essential to my business as a ghostwriter, there was a lot of data I was afraid to lose.Despite my panic, I follow the principle of Alls well that ends well. I will never panic about computer problems again as long as Top Tech Experts is nearby.

Update: after several months of perfect performance, my new pc suddenly would not start up. We took it in to Dan, and when he could not find the problem, he impressed me by exchanging the tower for a working one for free. This level of honor and consideration is so rare in modern business practices. I hope everyone who reads this gives Dan at Top Tech Experts their business, he surely deserves it.I admire this place. This computer repair shop is a great example of small business run right. I had a great customer service experience with Dan, a guy you can count on to be smart about computers and most importantly fair about price. When I brought in my computer he found the problem right away and, though my poor old dinosaur PC was too old to repair feasibly, had a great offer on a refurbished tower and monitor setup that was more than adequate. Im grateful for their care and drove all the way across Houston just to visit this particular store, and would do so again.

Took my computer to Alex because my computer had viruses and non stop pop ups that drove me insane. I procrastinated getting it fixed but I should of brought it to him sooner. What a great place! They didnt open until 10am but saw me waiting in the parking lot at 9:35 and opened the doors for me early. They were able to replace my kids Alienware laptop Hard Drive that same day with an upgraded SSD thats way faster at a cost that was a lot less than i was thinking it would be. Highly recommended!

They do excellent work at a very reasonable cost with a quick turn around. Ive taken 3 machine, 2 Pcs and a Mac. Ive very please with the work and how they try to safe the customer money in repairs or in the purchase of a new machine.

These guys are great. I dont take my machines anywhere else anymore. They give free estimates, they do great work, and for me at least, theyre close by, but Id still go there even if they were far from where I live. If youre having problems with your machine, take it to them. Theyll treat you right.

I have visited Top Tech two times in the past. First time I bought a used laptop and it has been working great for two years. The second time I had a problem with my primary computer - it would not complete the boot-up process. Yikes. So I called up and Alex said they would perform a complete diagnostics on the computer and call me the next day. I asked him how much for the service and he said the diagnostics is FREE. Wow, what a service. The next day he called and said my computer diagnostics were ok and it was booting fine for him. Hmmm. Maybe the car ride over to the shop shook loose some of the wires or dog hair. I dont know. But he was right and now it is working like a charm. And the diagnostics was free. Before leaving I looked at his repair prices and they were VERY affordable.So I give Top Tech my highest rating and if you need a clean, used computer or any computer repair service then they are a great option.

Wish I could go lower than 1 star. In the past I have used this place for 2 other repairs and they did ok, not perfect but acceptable. My desktop just spent 2 weeks there for minor repairs and a fine tuning and it came back with my administrator account missing - no way for me to sign in and access my files. Several other things were wonky and still need adjusting. Yeah, I spent my money and no, I dont want to take it back in. There was no reason to keep it 2 weeks for minor repairs - I had to call and check on it with them twice, getting the round around both times. Just be aware that what they were doing in the past to be an acceptable repair place, they arent doing anymore. And stay way from ALEX. His mind is on other things.

Had a HP laptop with screen damaged (ran too fast for the laptop to keep up, and it fell down).These guys fixed it, and best of all, there is absolutely no indication that it is a repaired laptop (no scuffs, dirt, bent frame, etc.). Thats not easy to do.Going there soon with another laptop!
