Lane equipment is absolutely the best, super friendly staff and on time! We had a party and the Taylor Margarita machine was a major hit! They were very fast at delivery and most important pick up. We have used them for many other things over the past 20 years and are highly recommended!

Houston office-Can you please call us. We have called everyday for two weeks. Check your voicemails. Your call center. Emails. Facebook messages. This is regarding our ice machine.

I have used them several times for repairs. They take care of the problem but their communication is bad. Unfortunately this is the only Taylor approved company in Houston.1) Dont expect to be greeted right away when you drop off and pick up.2) Parts for the repair are slow to be ordered and take a week or longer to arrive if not in stock.3) Repair dept. is not very friendly.

Sometimes theyre nice most times theyre rude. Ive been waiting for a repair for a couple of months now and sometimes I call to check up on things and Im just not on the waiting list anymore. They also have the company under cod but the other stores arent set up that way no matter how many times I explain to them.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE!!!!if you have to deal with Don Williams for getting new parts you are out of luck....
