The staff is very friendly and helpful, they all help you figure out the perfect size. My daughter left happy and she said she will be telling her friends about the shop. Will be returning in the future for more shoes

I recently bought a pair of red air Jordan 11s here and they were actually in really good condition. For a good price which was only 50$ more than what stock x was charging, stock x would have taken weeks to get me my shoe and with sneaker summit I was able to walk right out with them on the spot! In person experience is always better than ordering shoes online and just hoping for the best. However I will say I’m having an absolute blast reading these reviews 🤣🤣 and the way the owner responds to bad reviews has literally made my day. I will be back to shop again for sure, everyone leaving bad reviews needs to do their homework first and be aware of what their doing before they cry about it later and come leave bad reviews because they made a choice they weren’t sure about.

To the owner who obviously needs anger management. Instead of you trying to offend people for there honest ratings, try finding out why it is such a low rating. I have 4 kids that i went into looking for shoes since i had seen good things and came out disappointed in 1st customer service 2nd over prices in used items. I see you constantly mention that your prices are determined by seller. But if you had better staff who could help the only complaint would be price! So for your info i do have a constant job that there is no clocking out of and yes I found better service and prices else where. I came home and cooked dinner for my family as to why i didnt quickly rated your establishment until this morning as i finish cooking breakfast. So again you take offense because you cant take the criticism then your in the wrong business. Anyone else looking at this review take note of this manager/ owner who needs help with venting as she/he constantly offends for true and helpful reviews. Thats why there is this wonderful tool of reviews so people can enter an establishment knowing what they are to expect! God bless you anyways and truly hope you find help for your OBVIOUS frustration! Yes and Shoe Carnival did great for me & every pair of shoes were brand NEW not USED. Also Footlockers had brand NEW Jordans for less than $200 with sales tax! With that said dont expect to EVER see me or any of my peeps step into your soon to be ran down establishment!

Do not shop here I’m telling you it’s a waste of time. They charge $200 over the resell price. You can literally go online and find cheaper prices for every item they definitely overcharge substantially!!! I bought a $250 pair of shoes for $500 at sneaker sink Save your time and don’t waste your money. And they are NO RETURNS they won’t tell you that so I will.

Prices are a bit high but the customer service is awesome and they will do anything for your sneaker needs. I tried on 5 different shoes and no one had a problem helping me, everyone is so generous and talkative, it is quite the experience going to sneaker summit!

Descent selection a bit pricey

The worst experience ever, the workers energy wasn’t great, energy was very dry and rude. No one greeted me once i walked inside the store, so unprofessional on a business level. When they talked to me it was very dry, like they didn’t want to talk. If someone is in your place of business, you should greet them and show them that you’re glad to do business, make them feel great and want to spend money in the store. Guest service was very poor.

They taxed me 250+ on a shoe. Honestly I should have done my research, but I was hoping that the store had integrity to reasonably price their shoe. Or at least let me know.

I only have a few words to say. Ive never been to this store, but I plan to in the future. The shoes might be a little pricey but you get to wear them as soon as you shell out the money you can walk out wearing them! You never know what youre going to get online. ESPECIALLY STOCK X!!! THEY SELL FAKES! DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!! Those tags on the shoes dont mean anything you can buy a bag of those tags on DH GATE for like $12. Anyway I just needed to put that out there. Purchased some new sneakers from here for $320 and found out from stockx they were factory defects and of course they dont do returns or refunds. BS shop at your own risk. You the seller should let customers know what there buying. If its a b-grade sneaker with defects then thats how it needs to be labeled. What you did was false advertising! And absolutely no accountability. Blaming it on nike. You didnt label it correctly. Good luck with this place!

Stopped in while visiting Houston a few weeks back and bought some Gym Red Jordan 1 which where priced just a little higher than online but not enough to keep me from buying. Cool store good selection and I was treated respectfully and customer service was great I will be stopping in again in the future!!

Pretty good store overall. Good selection on sneakers. Just discouraged on the prices for sneakers. Wishing they were competitive with all other resell stores. They have sneakers listed much higher than what other competitors have them online for. Like stadium goods, flight club and the GOAT app. What separates them apart from the rest to put a higher price tag on the same shoes, where I can easily order sneakers from their competitors. Hoping they take note on this and see that people soon will start comparing, like I did.

One of the most well known sneaker consignment shops in Houston youll definitely find a lot of hyped sneakers/streetwear pieces here. Also a spot thats pretty well known by musicians to athletes to even public figures. If youre in the area its for sure a spot to come and check out. The staff there as well are pretty chilled and know what theyre doing especially with legit checks on sneakers/streetwear. Ive gotten scammed on a pair of Yeezys a while ago (Not From Here) and when brought here they were indeed fakes and one of the guys were pretty quick to let me know that they were not authentic. If youre in the area come check them out!

My experience with this store was horrible. Coming into the store during a summer afternoon when there was barely anyone inside, the employees were on their phones acting like they didnt care. I went in with the goal of consigning a shoe for $1000.They first had to get it legit checked. No one in the store knew how to legit check the pair so they they asked me for a receipt which I showed them and they were still skeptical because of a color difference from online picture they pulled up. It turns out the pair they found online was a family and friends pair, and being a sneaker store they should should know this especially since it such a hyped shoe. Finally they say its authentic and the shoe ends of being consigned. I call them every 2 weeks to ask if my shoe is sold and they tell me its still sitting on the shelves with no buyers.Fast forward 5 months later I go into the store on a Saturday to pick up my pair. Again, the employees are on their phones acting like they dont care. But as I walk towards to counter, I notice that my shoe is nowhere in the store. I go to the counter and ask for my shoe back. I would expect that they display my shoe in the store at least since its consigned, but the employee goes to the very back and pulls out my shoe. I ask if there was any interest, and he tells me they never even displayed the shoe because they couldnt verify the authenticity. Like are you serious? I couldnt believe the audacity of these people lying that my shoes were sitting for the past 5 months and telling me no one bought them when they didnt even make an effort at all to sell them. Like how are you going to say you couldnt verify the authenticity, when you told me it was good, with me present in store? And how are you going to lie about my shoes sitting for 5 months when there was no effort even made in selling them? Horrible experience and horrible business.

They do have some pretty neat grailes, but Ive never received great customer service either unless I spend quiet a bit. Tbh, their stuff is way overpriced BUT they may be the only spot in the area to get the godd stuff without paying an arm & leg for shipping and handling. Im positive Sneaker Summit knows this.

These guys are awesome and they have a truly dank selection of shoes and some shoes are even quite a bit below the price a certain shoe would normally sell for. The only thing is some of the toes are marked up almost 300 percent which is kind of gay but its ok because Im not going to buy yeezys from them

They have the biggest selection of retros Jordans and addidas in the downtown area. Two MAJOR downsides to this store is the customer service (people don’t speak or aren’t nice) and the high prices. I would recommend buying online because all shoes here are overpriced!

I think the store is dope with the overall scenery but if your a sz 9.5 or sz 10 dont hold your breath because there is simply nothing for you considered heat. The prices are are if you got the money do it type. They charge higher than the norm on any other resale site. I feel like its a shop to go see, fall in love with a sneaker, AND purchase it on any of the other websites because their price is 9 times out of 10 better. And yes we can argue of the stire overhead but damn. My favorite moment was when I picked up a sz 10 Powder Blue retro 3 with the sticker stating VNDS... they were dirty and the material on top had been cleaned of any hair like texture...safice to say it was priced at $175 ...I sold my worn pair(for 10 mins inside) for $80.....Today i feel like I couldve hotten $275 for mine in this shop.
