I met the owner, Thomas (if my memory is right), and he is very friendly and accommodate me personally. He served my breakfast as well. The food was great, which is simple Omelette with bacon and potatoes paired with caramel Frappuccino. The ambiance inside and outside is also great!!

Had the avocado toast and partner had the breakfast sandwich! Lots of food for a great price, would’ve liked more seasoning tho! But quiet and comfy, barista was nice and patient! They carry sinful bakery items so that was great as well

My absolute favorite spot.. amazing atmosphere, super awesome, intelligent and kind staff and the food here is to die for.... pretty good wine and beer selection coffee galore and even ice cream affogato and sweet pastries available.. I mean whats not to love.. keep it up guys!!! Liqueur license soon?

Excellent food and ambiance. I ordered the eggs with veggies dish for breakfast and it was full of flavor. My tea was delicious and so was the chocolate muffin I had for dessert. Theres a mix of people working on their laptops and folks just chilling enjoying their cup of tea or coffee. Owners are super nice. Definitely recommend!

Such a great little cafe! They have a wonderful selection of coffee and tea here. Greek style pastries look good as well. Have not tried any of the food items yet. Overall this place is warm and welcoming. Its a nice spot to study, read, or socialize with others. Highly recommend Roast & Brew.

Cute, hip, and modern cafe. Today was my first visit and won’t be my last. I had the iced honey latte and it was great! I didn’t look/ask what beans they are using, but whatever it is, it’s good. I’d be interested in trying the food next time, for sure.

It’s my second time here so definitely way better. Still great lavender coffee but the food got an upgrade definitely enjoyed thé pasty and the avocado toast . Also wifi is strong so great place to work

There are many coffee shops in this area and we decided to check this place out today. Had an ice latte and a hot latte, with a cheese danish and a ham and cheese croissant. Coffee flavor was great and food was tasty. Service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant; decor is full of pictures of sightseeing ads and postcard pictures from all over Europe. It was a real treat to see pictures and mementos of Vespa scooters after having just watched the new Pixar film Luca; all that was a great surprise and we feel like we were fated to come here. Want to come back again!

I love this place! The staff are always friendly and very accommodating. Their food is really good as well as their beverages. My only wish is that they had iced tea! The only iced tea that they have is bottled :-( everything else is great though! Its also a nice place to sit down and get some work done in between munching on a scone or sipping on some hot tea.

A great place for me to get a late night coffee and she had a couple of wines. We didnt eat up the kitchen stays open until midnight. We enjoyed ourselves. The coffee was excellent. We will definitely be back to try the food.

Great service here! Seems like it’s the owners taking your order and I’ve had good experiences every time. They’re sweet and the coffee is good. I wish they had more vegetarian options but at least they offer milk alternatives and this works for me!

We recently discovered Roast & Brew and now it is definitely a favorite. Delicious coffee, smoothies, and food. Friendly service. Cool coffee/bistro vibe. Free wifi so some come here to work. We love this place and its a great addition to the neighborhood.

I can’t drink any coffee besides the coffee I make myself at home. Otherwise, it’s always terrible. But not at Roast & Brew. This was seriously good coffee. Owner was super friendly!

I have to give this place 5 stars. My mom and I dropped in an hour before closing; we are night owls and the late open hours suit me well. Most of all, the staff is the best Ive experienced. The coffee was stand-out and exceeded expectations. Also noteworthy, its a spacious coffeehouse (also has a small menu/bites) and was immaculately clean. 5 stars for the service, coffee and store hours.

First time going there. Very clean, good atmosphere, out of the way as well. I am always looking for coffee shops to work in that are open late, Im much more productive at night. While I do wish it was open until midnight, I wont count that against them. Good coffee, good atmosphere. Will definitely be back again. Maybe get some food next time.

Love that they have so much variety (coffee, wine, beer, and food). Great place to hang out for awhile since they have options on the menu. Everything tasted great, highly recommend the lavender latte if you’re craving something sweet caffeine-wise. My only constructive criticism is (and please mind this is a day after winter storm Uri so 100% I am giving them benefit of the doubt and will return back) to use real/fresh avocados instead of a pre-made spread. It still tasted good though!

Bright, open shop that is a little more than just a coffee house. The beans are good as I tried my standard americano and it did not disappoint. They have a little outdoor seating area to augment their main space. Owners were very interested n our thoughts on the new space and attentive. If I had my way there would b a few comfy options n seating but that’s just me when it comes to my kind of shop. Hope to get back.

Cool vibes. Plenty of tables to chat with friends or study. My favorite spot is sitting on a stool at a wooden bar at the window. The natural light and sleek furniture put me in a good place for cranking work out. The outdoor patio has cute tables and feels cozy with the pergola and vines. The espresso is tasty and the owners are friendly. Highly recommend this place for coffee and hanging out.

Great cafe! They close a bit early so you need to go before 7, but great spot to study, and hangout. My favorite drink is the white mocha, either hot or iced.

The machiato had the perfect kick. Froth, but not too frothy. The breakfast sandwich is delicious. The potato wedges are cooked to just the right amount of crisp. Nice atmosphere, clean restrooms, and friendly, efficient, team.

First time visit and the food was so tasty! Highly recommend the gyro and the chicken kabob. Their fries are very yummy - seasoned well and not soggy nor too crispy. Wouldve given the rating a 5 if they hadnt forgotten about my food. Somehow my plate didnt make it to the ticket so wasnt made until everyone had already finished eating.

A chill and very accommodating coffee shop with a bigger food menu than you might expect. The food Ive gotten has all been good, and the coffee excellent. The breakfast / pastry options seem a little overpriced, but everything is pretty tasty.

Love this place! We usually walk there every weekend to grab our morning coffee. Parking has gotten a bit tight as it’s gained in popularity- but it’s worth the stop! Great coffee, yummy food, great service.

Came in the other day, had a white mocha and it was one of the best Ive ever had. They have plenty of space to study as well for people that want to drop in to study, and outlets also along with good WIFI. I would definitely recommend this place, its new and has a modern/homey feel to it.TRY THE WHITE MOCHA HOT!

This is probably the chillest and most underrated coffeeshop in Houston. They always have chill music on and very nice ambiance.

This place is excellent! I’ve been many times now and every time it’s consistently delicious coffee and food! So glad to see they’re open for dinner now too! The Greek frappe is one of my favorite choices! The location is very inviting with lots of natural light and a chill atmosphere. There’s seating outside and plenty of parking. I always want to stay and hang out longer than I can! The owners are very attentive and welcoming, and seem intent on making sure everything is perfect each time we come in. Love supporting this small business!

First time visiting here, and I really enjoyed it. Great coffee and hot chocolate. It was a great place to sit back and have some good coffee and great conversation. Also great place if you have to use your laptop, and not be bother with alot of noise. I didnt try any of the food they offer, but I will definitely try some next time. Their hoping to start seeing beer on tap, and wine in the next few weeks so looking forward to that. This will definitely be one of my frequent visited spots in the Heights.

Great place to hang out, study or even have brunch! I first came here to study, they have electric connections about everywhere, coffee is really good! Would come here again.

We have been meaning to try this restaurant, and I’m so glad we finally did! It’s a very convenient location with lots of parking. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We had the cold brew coffee, which was delicious. We also tried the food and really enjoyed it! I’m happy to have this place in the neighborhood and can’t wait to make it a regular stop.

Roast & Brew is a simple, no-frills coffee shop in the Heights. Lots of options on the coffee menu, though I actually just had the regular brew. Nice depth and a bit on the darker/more flavorful side, which I loved. They also gave me a generous refill in a to-go cup for just $1. Unlike some of the spots along this street, theres an adjoining parking lot for easy access. Honestly, I was just excited to see something new pop up that wasnt a house or a bar!

Great lattes and mochas. Good milk alternative options. Amazing service.

Just moved to the area and have been on a self-guided tour of the Heights coffee shops and Roast & Brew rose to the top! The shop itself is very spacious with a super chill vibe and the staff was very friendly. I got a half sweet honey latte and the coffee was robust and delicious. I also got a breakfast sandwich croissant that was made fresh and was very good and filling. Came with a side salad as well, and pricing was reasonable. Will definitely be returning :)

This is a great new coffee shop in the Heights! They have amazing food, coffee and desserts. I havent tried the wine or beer yet, but everything else was awesome. The entire experience was 5-star....from the customer service, the quality of the food/drinks and the atmosphere!! I highly recommend it.

12/17 visit- The space and coffee is great! Although, I do have a couple of neighbors that love the place but isn’t their first option in the neighborhood because it’s warm inside. Turn on the AC, please. Other than that the service is great.(Update) no complaints about the AC after visiting several times since my first visit! Love this spot.

Nice spot in the Heights with easy access from the surrounding communities. Coffee is exceptional. Love the integration of the wine and beer or aspect making it a One-Stop destination for anything youre looking to.

Mixed feelings! Plenty of seating, variety of seating, and an extensive menu which is all great. However, my coffee was burnt (I couldn’t finish my drink), barista wasn’t quite friendly, and the WiFi wasn’t working properly. Not a great experience for working, but looks like it’d be a great spot to meet up with friends to grab grub/drinks.

It was an amazing place for me and my Bossladies. We spent a beautiful evening at the patio with mimosas, saladas, pita breads (my fav part!), humus, avocado toast... everything was yum! The service from the 2 guys was exceptional, thank you gentlemen for hosting us.

We were blown away by this cute coffee shop! We came for their soft opening and were so impressed by the coffee. Lots of options and the coffee is high quality. We didnt try the food but it looked delicious as well. The owners were very friendly and helped us decide what to order. Theres lots of space (both indoor and outdoor) which makes it a great environment to sit and chat or get some work done. We will definitely make Roast & Brew a regular stop.

Such a great and spacious location! On site parking, very trendy and excellent coffee. Pastries, coffee, ice cream and light bites for their soft opening. I was excited to hear they will soon be offering a full menu, wine, beer and mimosas. I cant wait to have brunch here one day. Friendly staff and owners taking all necessary Covid precautions.
