Worst customer service ever!! There are 14 people in line and 1 person on the register. Meanwhile 3 other employees are standing around chit chatting. Why have all of these people waiting to check out and 1 person on the register.Makes absolutely no sense. Will not be returning

First time ever in Zara and I have to say by far that Lupe the manager , Luis, Tonya and Shakhrizoda are the best Sales Team I have encountered in a very long time. Lupe was very welcoming even though it was late in the shift and made sure that I was well taken care of and pointed out all new arrivals and current sales. Tonya help me put my vacation wardrobe together and I know I can be picky. Luis took his Time explaining each items pricing and All and all a wonderful experience!!!! Go see them !!!

The store is great. Really ample with a great selection and well divided for kids, women and men. This is definetely one of the nicest and best stores in the mall.

Tons of employees that walk around chatting, ignoring customers who obviously are looking for assistance. Long waiting time in lines even when its not busy. Slooooooooow. Walmart customer service is more helpful.

Sucks! On two different occasions within a month (on the weekend) only two registers open with plenty of other employees to run registers. No fitting rooms and extremely slow line, no thank you.

The only store in the entire mall that has the dressing rooms still closed!! I had to buy the clothes and walk to the store across from zara to use their dressing rooms! Then come back and return them because they didn’t fit! Such a waste of time and energy. Open the dressing rooms like everyone else, stop being lazy!!!!! Stop blaming covid!!!! Clean them in between customers if y’all are so concerned!!! So many people complaining about this issue when I was there.

I’d rather go to H&M and Forever21 they got same overseas clothes and shoes for cheaper with the better management and exchanging policies, thanks bye.

The whole company is a fraud! You thought the long lines were the worst. nope! you can call corporate or call the store no one will answer and if someone is answering it’s someone who can hardly speak English properly yes I’m talking about overseas agents and even they are clueless.My card has been charged and it’s been three weeks now and the item is still not delivered at the store.

I waited 45 minutes online for a drop off return. They only had one person working at the register and other workers were lingering around the floor. When i talk to manager she did not do anything. This is the worse store i ever been. If you want to wait here for 45 minutes on purchase or return than its all on you to come here! Waste of time. Very inefficient!

It is the worst customer service, I went to change clothes and the cashier who attended me was the worst, very rude, rude, I do not recommend this store at all.

Lines slow, it took me 20 minutes to pay. Still not fitting rooms. I came to return an item and I had to wait all that time and they didnt let me because I lost my receipt. I had the card I paid for but they didnt accepted it

Absolutely amazing we went to 5 stores looking for the perfect turtle neck and found it in Zara. Pricing was a little high though.

No flitting room. So it’s means 70% of customers need return items. Only one cashier for women and men departments and the line is like a snake..

I love Zara! I enjoy shopping at Zara in different cities and in different countries. But the customer service and management style in Willowbrook store is not bringing me back. I tried to return a cotton pant, with original tag on within 30 days, and was declined with the reason it shows sign of worn. I explained this is the last one I got from one of the NYC stores. It was like this when I bought it and the crease can be easily fixed. Its cotton come on! The staff then responded this is not about the wrinkle but about sanitize issue...wth ? We are not talking about the underwear or lipsticks. Every piece of garment in the store could have been tried on for more than once. Simply not professional !!

Hardly any help. The lines are so long and had to wait aside letting people who waited after me to return an item I paid with cash.

Willowbrook is by far the cleanest ZARA I’ve been to in houston. The men’s department is well put together and applause to the young lady who puts the outfits together! 👏🏼 She’s extremely sweet and knows style! Been to memorial and it looks like a thrift store. they have clothes on the floor not to mention extremely rude. I live in sugar land and will rather drive to Willowbrook than to go to any of the other ZARA’s

Very clean and organized. Great selection of clothing, including new styles. The sizes run smaller. If you wear a large get an extra large. If you are size 6 get 8. Quality was really good for my jacket.

Worst customer service ever! Danny the manager cant exchange my jacket. He said oh it looks like you used it. Like really? I grab and buy stuff without really looking detail by detail. There was some marking and he cant change it!!! Worst ever customer service! I would never come here again! Worst Danny the manager!

I love this store. The clothing has a modern European cut to it but it is still conservative. I read a lot of the labels and they carry a lot of 100% cotton items! It is classy store. They carry shoes and other items. They have a womens, kids and mens store. OMG the kids store is soooooooo cute, it is located in the womens store. I gave it a four star because I did not see a sales clerk in the store. No one. No one said can I help you?

Great finds

I got a gift from this store. A few Shirts. Unfortunately they got the wrong size. The same way I got them I return them back. One of the shirts had a dirt mark. It was sold that way. The Manager Lupe Mejia looked at it and say it was a stain cause by me and it was worn. I don’t fit in it!! it had the sticker price and the new smell.. She looked at me and said “ sorry” I was so upset I left them the shirt. Horrible experience..

Love love.. the best clothing store of all time.. The manager is PHENOMENAL..and the staff is the best staff out of all Zaras in Texas..and yes I have been to them all. And this Willowbrook location is better than them all.. Customer service is excellent..

Not a fan of this store. Not saying its a terrible store, just way over priced for stuff I personally dont like. Maybe the quality of clothing is worth the price, Im not sure. I will say my daughter was in there for over 30 mins (at least) and not one person offered to help.

I have lovED zara ever since i started buying my own cloths. I have been to all the stores in houston area. It was my first time at this location and had the worst experience everrrr at any clothing store in my life. They literally do not respect their costumer at all. This sales person alone with a couple of others, passed comment while I was in the fitting room trying on cloths and laughed and giggles thinking that its totally fine. When asked her name, she refused to tell me her name! When told the manager about it, she did not even seem interested in it at all. She was very rude and an had attitude. Never coming back to this store ever again. I would rather take my business elsewhere, already where they value their loyal costumers. Totally RACIST! I was sooooo upset! Never been treated this way before!

Love coming to Zara and shopping for my girl. Every time someone asks me where did I get her clothes it’s always from here or from Zara at Galleria. Never have to second guess or return any item from them.

ZARA is supposedly an international company, but they don’t support their product when crossing borders. I purchased several items in Toronto recently. Two of which did not fit or were sold to me damaged. I didn’t realize this until I got back home to Houston. Attempting to rectify the exchange/refund at my local store I was made aware of their international “policy” of not honoring returns or exchanges. Each country is treated like a separate business and after wasting an hour on the phone with the US and Canadian corporate office I realized I was only hitting a brick wall. ZARA’s clothes are only nice because they are cheap and don’t look half bad for a mall store. I guess you do get what you pay for. You’ve proven your loyalty to me,ZARA, so my loyalty to you will be in the form of no longer gracing your showrooms full of cheap knockoffs.

Bought a pant from here. Got torn from the back the first time I wore it. It was after 30 days I wore this so I get no return no exchange no assistance whatsoever. Just wasted my time by making me click pictures of my pant and send them over email. The service I recieved from customer care line was horrible. Never in my worst dream Ill buy anything that says zara on it. Ill even pull my friends out of store if they try and enter one.

I tried to return a piece bought one day ago with original store tag on the dress and receipt. But they refused saying the internal tag is missing and this piece is considered as a worn good. OMG!

Be warned. Without the receipt, they will only exchange for different size or color. Will not give you a store credit, even if you have the credit card bill showing proof of purchase. Will never shop here again. The sweater my husband bought me for Christmas, not only does not fit, it is itchy. I have no desire for it in any size.

Rude, incompetent store associates. I tried returning an intact online order that I just picked up - with tags and the receipt - but the woman had an attitude and insisted it was not on the receipt, turning me away. Thankfully, who I believe was the manager was nearby, and corrected her technical mistake. I politely said thank you and she just made a face as I walked out. If I had to point her out, she had glasses and long curly black hair. The retail industry isn’t for everyone.
