I was referred here last year for pain relief. I was suffering big time with arthritis and stiffness!!! I got the CBD edible oil 500mg and man within hours I was feeling so much better!!!

Bought a quartz on titanium Wax Nail for $35. Put a torch to it and with in 2 seconds it cracked. I went back to the store and was not offerered any sort of exchange or refund. I was told that it would be fine to use as is. How does Herb-n-legend expect me to use this when it cannot withstand minimal heat. Very very unsatifisfied as this is a major safety concern and this shop didnt seem to care. Will shop elsewhere in the future.

This is one of the better shops in Houston. The customer service is excellent and they know about the products they sell. I have been here quite a few times and plan on coming back.

Stopped by looking for last minute gift (hookah accessories) with NO knowledge as to what I was looking for nor the terminology. I explained the items I knew my friend wanted to the best of my ability. I bought the special ice tips, a dual hose connection, Shisha and was advised to add COCO charcoal because its hookah 101... needless to say my friend LOVED her hookah goodies bag and the COCO Nara made it super official! Thanks Nick for the hookah crash course and for making my friend a very happy customer.

The store owners and their employees are some of the nicest people Ive met.. Im a hookah gal and they are always so pleasant when I go in for more supplies.. even when Im there 2 days in a row because I forget something.. even when they were experiencing structural issues with the building, they still had high spirits.. if I didnt have to get things done, Id probably find myself hanging out there more often. Lol!

Went in today to make a pretty insignificant and inexpensive purchase. First time in the shop and the selection is great. The staff treated my $5 purchase as important and as welcomed as the person before me that spent $100. Ill be back!

They have great selection AND quality of glass at amazing prices as well as a large variety of papers and wraps. The store is very clean, smells nice, and has a knowledgeable staff ready to help you find what you need as long as you don’t mention anything illegal by name. I’m a fairly new customer to the store but they’ve won my business over from the other local stores I used to frequent, just such a nice overall environment.

Guy named Jessy helped me out. I appreciate the easy going but to the point approach and help. Asked about getting into vaping, being a smoker, he recommended an alternative e cigarette method which is cheaper, and actually satisfies me more. Will certainly come back again.

I buy tobacco by the pound for $36.99 + tax and a carton of tubes for $5 + tax. I shop here regularly and the prices beat other stores that know of. I will be going back. They also sell great incense that I buy from India. Their cigarette prices ok too. I take the 40 METRO bus there. There is parking in the rear also. I suggest you shop there, but obey their rules. They usually give me a lighter with purchase at the beach of the month, if I buy enough. I spend about $112.56 a month there including tax on two bags of tobacco and six boxes of tubes. You can buy the machine that makes the cigarettes for about $8 + tax and it lasts forever.

Very helpful in the selection process and was able to walk away satisfied. Would definitely recommend to others.

I buy tobacco (by the pound $36.99 plus tax) and tubes ($5.30 for 200 100s tubes to make cigarettes in a box plus tax) here. They have a great selection of incense as well. I usually spend $113 total for two pounds of tobacco and four boxes of tubes. There are no cheaper stores to buy tobacco, that are smoke shops, in Houston.

I found this establishment to be on a different level, set apart from others. Though it might not have what every person in the city of Houston is looking for, the staff is knowledgeable, the place is clean, and inviting. I will go back time and time again. This place is way better than Smoke Envy in the heights.

Completely rude and unhelpful customer service. These kinds of underground businesses should be illegal. I asked the attendant what kind of business this was, he was confused and could not answer then was angry that I even asked. Besides being disrespectful, this type of business should be banned.

We went for the first time a few weeks ago and havent needed anything since the last trip but we are just itching to run out of papers or something so we can go again!
