You have to be very careful dealing with people. Whatever they tell you and what they do is completely different. They promised me they wont come back to take the light after holiday and sure enough they came and took it and now they want me to pay them another fee to come back. It took then 20 days after I paid to come install the lights and they did not even install the tree lights as it was mentioned in the contract . very very dishonest company and people.

Love our lights but had a problem with the glue used to hang lights around windows and doors, it removed paint.Called Matt, we had a long conversation about repairing paint and changing the design with the lights. He offered to fix and repair but we were currently in the process, his guys removed glue and my guys power washed and painted.We have a new arrangement with garland and lights. Love, love, LOVE my lights!!!! Matt convinced me to go LED, even though my experience with LED was blue lighting. He said they were warm, yet bright. So true!! Theyre gorgeous. And my decorated front door swag and wreath over my garage are stunning. Thanks, Bright Lights of Houston!

It was great to work with the talented team at Bright Lights. My fiance and I used Bright Lights for our Christmas lights as well as our outdoor/landscape lighting. I signed my contract and paid almost 3 weeks ago. I was promised my installation would happen before Thanksgiving. It has not. Since I signed the contract, I have not been contacted once (email or phone). I have called into their office 7 times, and have gotten their voicemail 6 of those times. The one time I got someone on the phone, she wasn’t able to answer any of my questions and promised me that Matt, the installer, would call me “first thing tomorrow”. That was on Tuesday, and it is now Friday. I understand Thanksgiving was yesterday, but don’t promise something that won’t actually happen. At this point, I don’t really care that my lights didn’t go up when promised, I’m just extremely upset that I’m being ignored and not getting any communication.

I have to start out by saying I love the lights and original design this company has installed at our house for the past three years. But unfortunately they have been incredibly undependable. The first year was perfect! No complaints whatsoever. The second year however, they did not show up to install our exterior lights until the night of our party (Light in the Heights). My guests were arriving when they showed up to finish our lights. And this was after numerous phone calls to Matt the owner, and Sharon who answers the office phone. Even the installers said if they had known we were having a party they would of made us their first stop! They do not communicate. This year I spoke directly to Matt to schedule all of the installation of the exterior lights we made a plan and appointment time, and it still got mixed up. But at least it got done. Now I am waiting for the Christmas tree to be installed inside. My appointment was for 10:00am and they are still not here at 11:33am. So unless you have lots of patience and time, I’d have to tell you to look elsewhere for your Holiday lighting.

Loved how easy the process was and how amazing our house looks for the holidays! Would recommend them to anyone!

Word of advice these are not honest people beware you will pay top dollar and get the run around for it... another thing customers present and future you do not get the same greenery each year it is left in a carport with tarps for walls that is why it always looks different (not as good as what you paid for)..so in sum beware of who you give trust and money to (a lot I know) because their not always honest and you work hard for you money.
