I had an excellent experience here.I had a cracked screen on my OnePlus phone. The big name franchise store I called first didnt have the parts in stock and wouldnt give me a quote for replacing the screen over the phone. I called New Heights next, they had everything I needed in stock and quoted me the repair price on that same call. Two hours later, I had my newly repaired phone back in my hands looking good as new. Two hours including drive time! This is a family owned business, and they genuinely care about doing a good job. I cant recommend them enough.
This place is great and genuinely are not out to take your money. I needed my home button repaired on my iPad and they showed me how to navigate without going into facility over the telephone free of charge. I am forever grateful for their kindness

Be careful of these people, they steal components from your phone and replace it with cheap generic parts. I went in to replace a cracked screen; after they were done, I picked up my phone and tested it out. The selfie camera was horrible resolution, asked them about it and they offered to replace it. Picked it up a 2nd time, and now my earpiece doesnt work well. Asked them about it again and they changed it out as well. I assumed these were one off coincidences.Now my wife just took her phone in, and after testing it out, her camera is lower resolution and her earpiece sounds muffled. Now, we know this place is stealing from our phones.Stay away from them. If you had repair work done, check EVERY function. Im sure after this post, all repairs will be clean for a couple weeks - be careful with them after that.

My iPad had piece of a charger lodged into it that I couldn’t get out. I brought it to other places who couldn’t fix it. I brought it here and said they would try. They got it out!As has been mentioned, the people who run this place were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Great customer service and fast repairs at a great price. They changed out the screen on my iPhone10 while I waited in the store. I didnt like the way it was functioning, seemed like it was lagging in response. Called and they didnt give me any issues, went in and they swapped it out for a new screen. Phone is working perfectly fine now.

My iPhone 7 Plus camera and ear speaker weren’t working so I can here and the only issue was some cables that weren’t connected. He could’ve easily misled me and faulted on something else but rather he fixed it up within a few minutes gave me advice and did it completely for free. Helpful friendly service.

The staff was nice. Took my phone to replace a part. Agreed to pick up my phone on Monday, instead I waited another day and arrived on Tuesday. When I arrived my phone wasnt ready I had to cancel my next appointment and sit to wait for the part to be delivered. Done. When I got to my next destination I realized he didnt put my lens back on. So now I have to cancel my next day plans to make time to drive back to New Heights Cellular so he could apply my lens to my phone. The WORST part about it there was no offer of recovery!
This place will steal your camera and give you a camera from another phone with low quality, please stay away.

I’ve gotten more than 5 phones fixed with them. They are not only spectacular people, they do great work. Took my moms phone in yesterday and they fixed it right up, she was worried she would have to get a new phone and they saved it. Our business is dependent on our phones. Her phone is like new now. I watched with amazement how quickly he removed the countless tiny screws to remove my smashed screen and reinstall a new one with the same tiny screws. Could not have asked for better service. The prices are also UNBEATABLE in Houston, Texas. When my phone broke, I went to almost every other store in the Houston area. This little shop hidden away on Airline is a real gem!! On my way to the cheese shop, I saw it and stopped it to check it out. The face on my IPhone has shattered 3 months ago while traveling. I gotta say, if you need your phone repair or if you need to remove a blacklisted, this is the store you definitely should check out. I was under my father’s plan. After he passed away, I had to change phone companies. A couple of months later, my previous phone under my dad’s plan got No Service. I found out later, it’s blacklisted, including my father’s phone. Luckily, it’s removable, but I was a bit worried on how I should go about getting it fixed. Fortunately, I found this place. Close to my old neighborhood of all places! So I took a gamble and put my faith into this place...A couple of days later, get my phone activated, and sure enough it’s fixed! I’m writing this review with my fixed phone all thanks to New Heights!!! He’s officially my phone doctor! 10/10!

This is my Second time going to New Heights Cellular and Repair to get my iPhone fixed. Let me start by say this is the absolute best place to get your phone fixed!!!!!! The owners are a married couple who are so friendly and kind. They create a friendly atmosphere which made me feel comfortable leaving my phone with them! They have GREAT customer service and UNBEATABLE PRICES!! I went in to get my sceen fixed and they repaired basically my entire phone. My mom and I love this place, it’s definitely worth going to! Not only did they have the best price in the area, but Isidor and Marta went above and beyond to replace my cracked screen. Unbeknownst to me, my phone was slightly bent, which prevented the new screen from working reliably. when I brought my phone back in the next day, Isidor immediately removed the screen and straightened the phone. When that didnt solve the problem, I brought my phone back the next day, and Isidor worked again to straighten the phone and he even put in another new screen just in case. It shows that Isidor takes pride in his work, so this is the only place Ill be going to in the future for phone repairs.

This place was great they didnt have what I needed right there as no one locally seemed to. He had me wait sent someone out to find it and had me back online in no time.
Replaced screen and LCD only to find both the button and the bottom of the glass was not placed properly. One can see the light from the back and app selection buttons. Would not recommend for Samsung galaxy owners.

Brought in what I thought was a cracked screen. The guy at the counter showed me it was my privacy screen that was cracked and not the actual phone screen. He could have easily taken my phone in the back and just removed the screen and charged me, but was honest instead.
They combined two non-working phones of the same model into a working phone. Very affordable prices with prompt, courteous service.
