Owners & employees are fine people and have expanded from 1 location to 3. They are patient & knowledgable. There was a communication glitch at my last visit during change of shift. It was easily rectified by second employee.

Came here to get my iPhone X screen fixed. Found out they were an Apple Service provider and fixed my phone with original parts!

If they are good I dont see it. I was there as a customer and the screen for my phone was as well. Another store gets it. Me standing there and coaxed into a 100 dollar deposit for one inbound. The guy at the desk. DOES NOT CARE AT ALL. No calls, no updates and i have to call to get info and they have done their part is all I have got so far. And paying 400 bucks for a screen instead of a new phone is ridiculous. But this is what you get for electronics. Im not done and not impressed at all thus far. Some folks should be allowed to leave reviews. Its like they paid for some of these. Bad customer service up to this point and they leave you no out and totally feel put off by the nonchalant attitude.

Great customer service. They just re-opened with new ownership and great staff. They now carry original Apple parts and have Apple certified technicians. Got my repair done same day without an appointment. Highly recommend.

Do not recommend. I went on a Sunday for water restoration service as my home button stopped working after dropping the phone in water and let dry overnight. Was informed of what they were going to do, including showing me pictures of the water inside. Picked up my phone 2 hrs later and not only was the home button still not working, but they damaged my perfectly working screen. Now when I turn it on, I see blobs of dark areas and grey areas across the back of the entire screen. Then they have the nerve to tell me I can pay to replace the screen and the home button!

Isaac was wonderful, I went in to do a zagg screen replacement and it was only $10. I thought that was awesome instead of waiting for the screen to become available online.

It took longer to get replacement battery & an hour longer to install than initial estimate. However, I do recommend & will use again if my phones have need of glass, battery, or ports. My Port was not charging correctly, they cleaned it w/o pushing me to replace it. Even after I asked if it should be replaced, they said, Dont waste your money, the port was obstructed & we cleaned it. I LOVE & TRUST repair shops that put customers above profit.

I had the worst experience there. I went to fix my phone and they ended up breaking it. They’re unprofessional and rude. I won’t recommend it to anyone.Worst customer service!!!!!Please stay away from this place !!!!I went to your store to repair the recharging port of my cell phone. That was the only problem my cell phone had. When I went to pick it up, you had destroyed the screen, and you told me that it had a broken motherboard, which is a lie, because my cell phone only had problems in the recharging port. Do you think me stupid?

This place is amazing!!!! After I broke my screen on my cell it would not work and I need my phone. After shopping around for a new screen for my note 8, which could cost over $200, I decided to go through my phone insurance and for the low cost of my deductible ($29) they sent me to CPR. When I walked in I was afraid they would turn me away because it was Sunday or because they didnt have my screen in stock but nope Will was so helpful and said my phone would be ready in 1 hour. I came back about 10 minutes til and my phone was ready. I asked Rick about protecting my screen better and he was so well informed and gave me great advice. Thank you Rick and Will for helping me get my phone working again. I will be back for my pen and other services soon.

They got me in the same day I called, had me fixed up in about 45 minutes. I had a conversation with the owner who was very friendly and shows he cares about his customers. Ibwill definitely take my business back here when needed.

This place is AMAZING!!! If you have an old cell phone or a fairly new one and it needs a new battery or a screen or any repair, this is the place for you. They are very knowledgeable, inexpensive, inviting, caring, and helpful. They replaced my son’s phone battery and it works like new. The price was very inexpensive and they cover their work. I will definitely be back. There’s no need to buy a new phone with these guys in town. Thank you guys once again for all your help and kindness.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place cannot fix Nintendo Switches. I dropped off my switch here earlier in May. My screen needed to be repaired and they said they could fix it. I regret handing my switch over to them because it came back in worse condition than when I brought it. They lack communication, every week I would have to call for an update and they would make excuses such as, the part we received was damaged so we ordered another one or we thought the screen was the issue but it turns out the game card reader is broken as well. TWO MONTHS later and my switch is in worse condition, external damage, cannot hold a battery charge, and lastly they just tell me it was unrepairable. Very unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied. Do NOT go here!

Wow! Awesome service and friendly staff. My daughter had what we thought was 1-2 issues with her phone. Turned out to be multiple issues. Staff fully diagnosed, tested and made the repairs at a good price (cheaper than getting a plan replacement phone). Works like a champ and my daughter is happy again! Im a person who is indifferent to customer service. I expect fair and competitive pricing, value, and products, but I dont necessary mind if staff are extremely friendly or to the point. But, I would like to express my kindest sentiments for the service and knowledge I found at CPR. I even witnessed a difficult customer interaction being handled well - professionally but assertively. I found CPR Cell Phone Repair on the internet, called about my ipad battery replacement, the rep confirmed that the battery could be replaced. I took the ipad to them and I was told the battery would be in on Monday and it would take about a day to replaced. I received a call on Tuesday and picked up my ipad. I love a business that stands on their word! I will definitely be back.

My poor phone of 3 years took a tumble off the kitchen island last week. The touch screen was fine, but the glass was definately fractured. I know what youre thinking. Very knowledgeable and professional. My iPhone spent some time submerged in water and they were able to dry it out and clear out any erosion. They couldn’t guarantee anything but it’s been Three days and still works great. I thought I’d be out $800 so the $50 spent to get the diagnostic was well worth it.

Good service on an 1phone 6plus, looked new when they replaced the shattered screen. We paid $70, i am not sure if that is fair since I didnt compare, but the reviews were good and they have an actual storefront, so infect comfortable with quality of service. Nice guys too.

This place is a SCAM! I really wonder what these reviews would say if they did not force people into writing good ones before they give the phone back. First they gave me a completely different price from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. All I needed was a crack in my screen fixed- every.thing. else about my phone worked great. Now I cant even give this review on my phone because it messed up within a week. He looks at your phone and gives some lame excuse for why he cannot offer a warranty because I left my phone on the counter while showering so humidity got to it. Again, phone had NO PROBLEMS except the screen was slightly cracked. When I picked up the phone, he charged me $20 extra than initially offered so I was like whatever, Ill pay and didnt complain- then they scam you into GIVING THEM A GOOD REVIEW RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM so that you can get a $40 screen protector for $5. At the time, my phone worked for about a day. Its been a week and I have to restart my phone 10x a day, I cant type on my keyboard without it glitching, the phone freezes, and that $40 glass treatment completely shrivels up and falls off. Do NOT go here.

Awesome & knowledgeable staff that dont mind helping me with any issues I may have with my smartphone, even if it takes an hour to do a thorough free diagnostic! Ive walked in without an appointment a few times and have each time had my issues addressed to the best of their abilities within a timely manner and at reasonable prices (the free diagnostics are a great price for sure!). There hours are also convenient for me to visit immediately after work in the evening.

Went into this location to have a battery switched from a phone I wasn’t using anymore to a current phone. Before I left the store the two guys were saying both batteries was still good. Left out the store got in my car the battery literally went from 47% to 10 %. Took the phone back in the store to tell them oh now the battery is not any good but you suckers still took my money! I don’t recommend this place to no one! Will never go back again!!

Horrible business to do with this place I came in they told me one price and as he was fixing it he kept trying to change the price and ended up paying 50 more then he said to get my phone back. Got it back and the screen they “fixed” doesn’t even work with only 3 weeks of using it. Better off going to some place legit

Brought 2 devices to be repaired there and I should have learned the first time. The first one was for a charging port, that the phone was completely destroyed and unusable. The second was to have the sim card reader changed out. kept the phone for over 2 weeks with no repairs and excuse after excuse. A few weeks after I went to put my sim card in another phone to pull the contacts off of it only to find it missing. Found that it was in another phone that came from that repair place. Suspended card and called for an explanation. Heard more denials than actual solutions. They can at least change out screens.

I’ve tried plenty of cellphone repair services and this one by far beats them all. Best prices and best customer service. Definitely will be coming back here if any other issues occur with my phone again

Called inquiring about fixing a crack in my cell phone and I believe the gentleman told me $325.00 😒😒 I have a Samsung Galaxy s9 & I figured it was going to be pricy. Ended up calling my cellphone provider to check if I had insurance and it was substantially cheaper by $300.00 to fix.

BEWARE STAY AWAY! I paid $150 to have my screen replaced only to have it malfunction within one day. Their lifetime warranty is a loaded statement because they want me to pay for the parts if their supplier doesnt replace the faulty screen. Would have been better off doing the job myself. Staff is rude customer service is poor.

The CPR guys repaired my phone right on the spot! They originally quoted me a higher price for the fix, but as they started working on it, they realized it wasnt going to be too bad of a fix and charged me a cheaper price. These guys are honest and get the job done!
