On September 26 in the afternoon I bought an IPhone 8 Plus and an apple watch series 4 with a cover and screen protector for the IPhone8 plus for the total of $873.00. The man from the store gave me a discount I was very excited because it was my birthday I asked him to please help me install everything and the Apple Watch. The iPhone works very well, the man could not install the watch because it did not turn on and he told me you need to charge the watch for two to three hours and I charged it as soon as I got home but it but it never turned on.We called the store to report the problem and and they said that they will replace it, we also asked them to be honest and not waste our time because we live several hours from Houston. I am stressed because I have spoken to the store 😒Well, they say that the apple watch has not yet arrived but that it should of arrived today but turns out it won’t be until tomorrow, it’s been 4 days we’ve been calIing and I hope it’s the last because tomorrow it should be here. I hope this is true and they are being honest and not wasting my time. Give me this birthday gift 🎁 I will not forget 😔

I bought a karaoke machine from this place 11-21-19 Asked the sales person if I could return it if any problems and she said yes took it home opened it up for a birthday party 11-23-19 microphone didn’t work at all store was closed at the time of party so I couldn’t take it back then so I just went to go buy another one somewhere else. Walked into the store 11-25-19 to return it and now there’s a refund policy behind the register where it’s not noticeable 🤨 told the sales person well it’s not on receipt so I didn’t know plus the sales person that I bought it from said it was returnable. Was informed that she was fired because of the issues that’s been happening with her. He gave a new microphone to replace the bad one Because he said the microphone is cheap and doesn’t work sometimes but the issue now is I have two karaoke machines not very happy at this point . I asked for the managers name and salesperson said Jack was his name . I passed up another store and asked if they were the same owner that owned cricket guy said yes told him what happened and now the guy in this store said oh there must be a issue with receipt system . Well that’s not my fault that’s the store fault for not verifying everything was on receipt correctly when printed . My suggestion is to either put a sign where customers can see policy and add refund policy to receipt so people know what they are getting into when buying a speaker that is not good . Also employees need to know their place of employment owners name . This guy said it was momo. So what is it Jack or Momo . Ratings might be good for phone sales but not for anything else . So long story short don’t buy speakers from this place . Waste of money and time . So don’t make my mistake be a mistake you make at this place of business😊 . Gave two stars for at least exchanging microphone . Oh almost forgot to mention other guy said girl who sold me the speaker still works there not fired just off so again lied to !!!!
