The sells representative came to our home measured the areas , made valuable suggestions and did not attempt to sell us anything unsolicited. The job went just as smooth. The installation team were kind, efficient, skillful and timely. My wife and I are very pleased with the product the Tile Center delivered. We would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would!!! I went in for a specific tile and they wouldnt give it to me because someone else owes money for that tile. How is that my fault ? I dont know the person who owes them money and I dont think its fair that they would NOT sell me the tile. Very upset on the way they treated me. This tile place is pretty much a one-stop shop...tile, laminate, carpet, cabinets, granite...a good assortment and very reasonable prices too. Not a huge showroom like I’ve been to while shopping for tile, but not the huge price tag like I’ve seen at those showrooms, especially if they have the tile in stock at the back.

I had some mold problem in my bathroom that I had to repair and get fixed. I wanted to match my tile but unfortunately it was discontinued since it’s been years. I decided to go with my guest bathroom tile which I purchased a few years ago here. I didn’t think they would have it and have the same problem again but (Jay) was able to help me for the second time 🙏🏼 and find the same exact tile to match and in stock🤗. As always they come to my rescue in being able to help me and match my needs perfectly as well as the pricing (gotta love it$$$). They over measured the tile needed for our remodeling project, at the end we had a half pallet of tile left over and they would NOT allow us to return. They assured us this was the amount needed, not once but twice! This was NOT special order tile but tile they stock in-house. now I’m left with MANY boxes of tile they will NOT take back! Buyer beware! Move on to another tile store!!

Weve had to remodel our house due to Harvey flooding, so we had not given any thought to what we wanted. Christal at Tile Center pleasantly supported us through the decision making. I love her way of helping without any high pressure sales pitch. We gave her an idea of the look we wanted, and she offered great suggestions for coordinating colors and materials. She has an amazing knack for visualizing how everything will go together! We could never have done this remodel without her expertise and knowledge.

We had such high hopes, but ultimately, ended up with a shoddy job. We measured before going to Tile Center. We selected our granite and the owner’s son came to measure that afternoon. He called to tell us he did not have enough granite in our selection so we returned Sunday to select a new piece. We loved the new piece and scheduled for install the following Saturday. The installers arrived on time and spent the day cutting. At the very end of the day, they realized there was not enough tile to complete the job. We literally have a huge chunk of countertop with no granite. I wanted to send it all back. The owner’s son acted indifferent. It is a complete fail because I have no idea what to do with the area with no granite. BUYER BEWARE

Large selection of flooring. This was a one stop shop for my home remodel. I purchased my kitchen floors, and everything I needed for a big bathroom remodel. The manager also didnt allow us to purchase from a vendor who he was having delivery issues with. He could have easily taken our money and made us deal with it later, but he did not.
