Amazing store. I have lived in most major cities in US, but I think Rug Mart is by far the best rug store I have been , looked like the Disney land of rugs. You need to do a little homework of what type or size you are looking for before you come in, that helps. This store values time more than money , straight forward, upfront and very helpful in finding the perfect rugs, quickly. ,Michael was very helpful and I will strongly recommend this store to everyone looking for fine quality Rugs Or Carpet.

Can’t even get a hold of anyone at this store. I called several times and it goes to voicemail mail. I send an email and still no response.

I went with my mom to this store and the shop keeper never let us in. He said, I have to make an appointment to come and see the Rugs. I came to this shop with my old mother and that supper treat quite rudely. No email address given and no phone number given. Horrible customer service.

I was frankly a little leery since this store was unfamiliar to me & I was buying online but thought they had really great prices. I love the rug. Its really beautiful & the service was great, keeping me informed every step of the way. Wouldnt hesitate to buy another rug here.

Come here first if you are looking for a rug for your home! We had started our day at furniture stores that sale rugs with salesman that didnt know their product or their inventory. They just flipped through hundreds of rugs and said tell us when to stop. We were trying find a rug that corrdinated to a paint swatch. After over an hour of flipping I decided to Google rug store in Houston. Rug Mart caught my eye bc it has 20,000 sq ft showroom. When we got to the store Latif assisted us and he was phenomenal! We showed him our paint swatch and he basically flipped right to a rug that corrdinated very well. My grandmother however, wanted something with a little darker tones. Latif flipped over a few more and said here it is. It was perfect! We needed 2 rugs, so he had his helpers get two smaller corrdinating rugs. We werent in there for more than 20 min and we were ready to purchase 2 hand woven rug and what we felt was a very reasonable price. Latif made it so easy! Whether your looking for traditional or modern, he has it and knows about his product and exactly what he has in his store.Thank you Latif, for being so kind and helpful!!!

Rug Mart was recommended by my interior designer after I have been looking for the right rugs for sometime. I was surprised when I walked in. It was a huge place with so many beautiful rugs. The owner was very helpful & quickly guided me to the right rugs to go with my fabrics & paint color. I needed 2 large rugs & a few smaller ones, which I ordered from their custom samples. I was worried that it might be an expensive place but I think the prices were great for kind of selection I got. The delivery guy was very professional & installed the rugs with the pads. I am so glad I found this place & will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Its so nice you would not want to leave

The older gentleman that greeted me was not very helpful. In fact, he actually told me I wouldnt be able to help you with that when I asked him what the largest standard rug size would he have for putting all of our living room furniture on. After rephrasing my questions and asking about sizes, styles, etc. I gave up. It wasnt that he was rude, just very unhelpful, maybe snobby? Not sure. His loss, I will likely spend $30K on livingroom, bedroom, study and entry rugs...somewhere else.

Beautiful showroom and great selections, but be sure to check to product BEFORE final purchase. I purchased three rugs and experienced resistance and push back from the owner, Latif, to resolve the problem when a flaw was found on one of rugs. Latif actually told me, Its your rug now. Needless to say, thats nowhere near providing good customer service and made me feel awful.In the end, all was made right (with the assistance of my interior designer), but when a customer has to fight for whats right, its a red flag, so please beware. Im generally a positive person and believe Latif is better than the rude behavior he displayed to me over my complaint, but what happened is what happened.I would do business with Rug Mart again and Ive recommended Rug Mart to others.

Very rude.. Unpleasant environment! Rugs are cheaply made and very costly!
