I had my tweeters changed out of my custom center console then they left one of the piece hanging off of it. And when I went back they decided it’d be a good idea to just screw it. Sadly I barley noticed it. I’ll make sure not to go back there ever again.

Quick installation of Bluetooth stereo and backup camera

Had went back to get a better amp. That amp and speakers only lasted 2 hours . They wiredMy amp up with 4gauge wiring . It needed 0 . And did not hook up the fuse when they swapped them out causing it to burn up . I spent 1400 on the speaker setup (including the 2 amps) i also got led headlights that dont show at nighttime ($380) they are saying i need to changed out the headlight lens . When i called back about the amp they told me no warranty and wouldnt offer to swap out the amp . I would not reccomend to bring your vehicle here . They will try to sell you cheap parts even if you ask for a specific brand

Went there on my birthday to get only install only with parts that I had brought in. They denied cracking my dash peace as seen in pic. did extra work running wire then hoped in my running truck. Wife got out of truck when he got in took back in there garage and charge me and keep my keys when I asked about the crack. Destroyed my wire hook up for built in amp as seen in pic. Amp not screwed down rattles in dash found one bolt for amp on floor when asked where this goes reply was it was there.A/C was not plugged in and 2 out of six speakers not plugged in for a $120.Over all was very displeased and unhappy with service !Would not recommend for work regarding old and new equipment.my wife was in tears bc of everything that went on. Hard lesson learned never again

Actuall i gave it 1 star by accident. but i have been to this place when comparing prices. the prices were a tad bit high at the time but i was looking for top of the line equipment. i did enjoy speaking with the owner. plus for the company is they were the closest dealer to do the job near my home. and i may do business with them in the future for subs and amps. and note to the owner i never abuse my status as a local guide.

Master Car Stereo did a poor job tinting my windows. Numerous bubbles on all three windows. Driverside window was peeling by the second week. They also decided to leave me the cellophane from a pack of cigarettes and the remains of my old tint in the cab. All this while may main man Omar was supervising.Thanks Master Car Stereo for the 1 Year Warranty on my tint however I will be taking it someplace that takes pride in their work .... This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced I stopped in only to get a headlight fixed when they decided to charge me I asked the guy will it be done in time I have to be to work in two hours he said yes charged my card and made me wait till right before I had to be to work and stated I can bring it back tomorrow and they’ll take care of it when I asked for a refund he told me I’d have to drive almost 15 to 20 mins to their other location to get my money back. Then I return the next day to get the work done and bc they take your keys up front I forgot to get them back but as a everyday procedure I feel they should of remembered to give me my key back so I had to drive all the way back for my key that locks and unlock the car and to top it all off 6 days after being serviced the head light went out and he wanted to charge me another $60 Iv never endure such poor customer service before even his attitude towards me was poor the way he delivered his reasons for why he can’t take a look at it for me .. how hurtful and inconsiderate.. 😔Poor poor poor customer service

I come to you with a heavy heart today I have to give this review after years of having a business relationship I would never thought they would try to pull a fast one on me getting charged for something I received is perfectly okay with me but using the equipment I brought with me and charging my for New stuff that I didnt receive will not work I paid for this lesson but it will not happen again Ill be looking for a new place if anyone have a suggestion let me know. (This is in answer to your comment no you didnt, I just purchased the kit from you 3 weeks before and took it out 3 days after I left the store so it wasnt damage your technician shouldve had the knowledge to tell you that or had the knowledge to tell the difference between the kit I had a the junk you put on my back seat if I hadnt look I wouldve never known the conversation of changing me for what I received is perfectly okay but lieing isnt paying you 30 dollars for something you sold me I have no problem with that your technician shouldnt lied about what was installed because you didnt put anything new everything that was installed I brought with me I have pictures if you like them I had 6 cars done at the other shop and 2 by you I may not spend 6,7,8 thousand dollars but I work hard for what I spend and Im shore some business would appreciate what I do spend my advice to you is notice the product youre saleing and if I wanted to I couldnt try you again because lieing kills the trust and respect for a business and Im also a business owner myself)
