Purchase was made 09/22/17 for some speakers. I opened my hood up just 2 weeks after installation to notice that my car battery was replaced with a generic cheap brand. Never have taken my car anywhere else to get any type of repair done expect here. Owner claims it was several months after but I have a receipt of proof. Lesson learned never coming back here again. Beware, check everything is intact your vehicle before departing this place.

Mike is an AMAZING dude who does incredible work. I got an entire body wrap and demon headlights with halos and all of it came out even better than I imagined. Came to upgrade to LED light, literally in & out in 20 minuets. Very accurate work no missing clips or flaws. 1 year warranty, they used quality end products & leave the boxes in your vehicle for your reference. Told them about some rattles in my sound system, they didn’t hesitate to take time to diagnose & pointed the issue which was due to the poor quality of the AUX cord in my case. Awesome young guys who love & know what they do.

Da Bass is awesome! I totally recommend anyone needing to get any upgraded/work done to their vehicle to come here. The guy who helped me is named Mike. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They work quick and dont play any games. I dropped off my car on a Friday around 11AM and it was done the same day at 4PM.

I took my Subaru WRX in to have a new Pioneer head unit installed and Mike and all of the staff were incredibly helpful in getting it taken care of. They even spent extra time calling Pioneer on my behalf to troubleshoot Android Auto setup with my phone. I recommend Da Bass for great customer service and prices.

Mike and his team are as professional as they are amazing. I went in to get some custom decals put on my 3 day old truck. The factory decals left a lot to be desired. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, after talking to Mike he had some great ideas on how to make it even better and man did he deliver. The job was fantastic and extremely detailed. His prices were fair especially when you take in account the level of work and detail.I highly recommend these guys. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!I did tint window job on my car here, and the job was awful, very unprofessional, the way they cut the pieces is just insane, and also the material looks very cheap for $160 ???there are wayyyy cheaper places with better job. never again

I use to go to another place to get all my work donewhich to be fair to them I will not mention their name but they did OK work but very high pricedThe owner of DBass asked me where I use to go I told him but he did not say anything good or bad about then. Which most places would have bad mouth them to try to get your business dbass did not do that which told me from the start what kind of guy I was dealing with.Now that I found DBass I will be going there fron now on for everythingThe owner took time to show me the right LED bulbs I needed for my after market headlights He did have the led bulbs for the headlights but did not have the led bulbs for the fog lights he told me he could order thethem and would call me later that day when they came in which he did call meHe told me he would wave the insulation fee because of the inconvenience of me having to come back and he kept his word and waved it which I would say is great customer service He was not a pushy sales person He just showed me the item and explained it to me with out ppushing me me to buy itHe let me see the lights once they were installed and they looked greatI thank you for taking the time out to explain everything and for the great customer serviceI left this place feeling good and would go back I would recommend this place to anyone great honest people with great customer service and good prices👍👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is paired up with the Loan Depot. They send you there under the assumption that your getting a basic inspection for the loan. When they closed the garage door, I walked into garage through the inside door and found 3 guys had my dash board out ,and my truck wouldnt start. They gave me some story about a loose wire but it was all lies. I just found the GPS they were illegally installing without my consent. Im a true American and I dont take lightly to my civil rights being violated. They still havent taking any responsiblity for their actions. Texas Penal Code 16.06 clearly outlines the law pertaining to installing GPS without owners consent. In sure they get a kickback from the Loan Depot which should enhance the severity of the crime. I am filing complaints and would ask everyone to take your business to company that is honest and ethical. Not a bunch of thugs out to violate civil rights for a few bucks. On top of everything, they left bare wire on my ignition. Hot wires are insulated for safety purposes. They are a fire hazard.

They changed Los Gatos from my tailgate to my truck and they broke a piece that they put glue on and filled the paint, the tinting is of very poor quality and very expensive
