We are so pleased with our bathroom remodel. USA Cabinet Store did a fantastic job on our custom cabinets and countertops. Perfection at its best. Every drawer and cabinet aligns up perfectly. Tony was very patient with us picking out materials as well as helping us design cabinets that met our needs. He took all the time needed to get it just right. We never felt rushed. Our calls or texts were always returned well within a reasonable amount of time. We would definitely use USA Cabinets for future projects.

When the water pipes burst after the February freeze, we had to remodel our mid-century modern kitchen. Tony came up with a good design that improved the storage and flow issues without relocating plumbing. We liked the Asia Cabinetry in Walnut which was available within a week and had the mid-century modern look we wanted. Joseph was the project manager and made sure the project proceeded as planned. We only provided our own painters. We were very satisfied with all their installers. When issues arose, Joseph dealt with them quickly and without complaint. There were some add-ons during the renovation, but the project remained largely within budget. It was a pleasure to work with Tony and Joseph and we highly recommend them.

Highly satisfied with my experience, start to finish. Tony dedicated a substantial amount of time developing a truly customized kitchen design. Visualizing different configurations and styles was made possible by impressive software they have. Great conform was achieved in knowing exactly what being developed and how it would look, including the walnut pull-out drawers, which proved to be even more impressive than expected. Installation was also a very smooth and efficient process. Joseph’s attentiveness was much appreciated and he also contributed creative ideas that further enhanced the initial design. We purchased a home and decided to upgrade 30 year old kitchen with new modern style kitchen before moving in. We found exactly what we wanted as far as cabinets and countertop selection at USA Cabinet Store. The cost was very competitive and decided to move forward with design. New design gave us a lot of storage space, functional cabinets and very large counter space. Converting the breakfast area to an extended peninsula /island with beautiful Calacatta quartz countertop was wonderful idea. Tony is absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond on a Saturday morning to find the equipment we needed for a cabinet that our contractor had not ordered. The winter freeze necessitated a complete remodel of my kitchen. I was entirely new to the process of design, reconstruction, etc. USA Cabinets reviews were excellent and based upon this I selected them for my project. Joseph provided excellent design, licensed contractors, and customer service. We did not have any issues with the projec. It was completed on schedule.The cabinets we chose were made in the USA. Walked in here hoping to look for service and possibly get a quote for a new vanity set. Walked in here was only greeted with a “hi.” My mom asked if there was any vanity sets the gentleman said no that they build the cabinets. Which is fine, afterwards no additional information. The lady at the desk didn’t even great us or got up to ask us for more information. If I’m here to spend my money then I need you to want my money. Lazy customer service!

I was remodeling my townhome and was shopping online for cabinets and was surprised to see the great deals and quality one can find by shopping local. HUGE LESSON LEARNT! I bought a wine cooler from Best Buy and was finding it hard to find a cabinet of the same height and online orders were several days out. I just googled for local cabinet stores in Houston and started calling people and surprisingly Joseph talked to me and had exactly what I ws looking for either to order or to pick up same day as a floor model. I got a great discount on it also. I also ended up buying 2 more vanities while remodeling both my bathrooms for a great deal(floor models again). MUST VISIT their showroom and I highly recommend them! Their customer service is also phenomenal.

We worked with Tony to design some cabinets for a recessed wall that wasn’t standard cabinet dimensions. He did a great job designing exactly what I envisioned. We had some hiccups with scheduling / installer not being on time but we worked it out in the end and so happy with the final product. They designed, ordered the cabinets & hardware and installed. The installer was able to take standard sized prefabricated cabinets and cut them to fit our space. We did have to caulk it ourselves as the installer is not a painter, but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall very happy with the final product. Thank you!

I was affected by the 2021 freeze and was force to remodel my bathroom due to significant damage. I called many cabinet and countertop business’ and all were booked for weeks. I eventually came across USA cabinet store and gave them a call and went in to talk to Tony about two bathroom vanity replacements. In our first visit Tony was able to show me a rendering of how the bathroom cabinets and sinks would look based of the measurements I gave. Just to be safe, Tony had his cohort come out to my house the same day to make sure the dimensions were correct. Once we moved forward with the sale, he had crews at my house in about a week. Cabinet installation was top notch, then a few days later the counter top showed up after it was cut to size. I was very impressed with the counter top installation and the overall finished product. I am from Shreveport Louisiana. Here in Houston. these Tony got me out of a bind with my stepdaughter.

My husband and I always wanted a bar and we decided to design one. We took the design to some cabinet stores in Houston but none of them was interested in doing something a little bit out of the box. Then we found Tony at USA Cabinet. He was interested in the project and helped a lot with ideas. The biggest challenge was a floating bar/island. We wanted an island like piece that could be moved around and used as a bar to make drinks or as buffet for dinner parties. Tony found those awesome industrial casters online and the idea worked perfectly. We had some hiccups during the assembly but Joseph and Tony worked hard to solve all the issues. The final result is outstanding. We are very happy with our bar.

I worked with Tony on getting custom cabinets for my kitchen. It was an unusual project since it was for a garage apt / tiny house but they did an amazing job. Tony came out himself and did all the measurements. Even though I had a small budget they worked with me to get quality products. The cabinets made my kitchen look great. We got flooded during Harvey. USA Cabinet store gave us a very nice product. They are not a typical cabinet store. They designed the kitchen for us. We chose Showplace. The cabinets are very high quality, sleek looking. We wanted to have a contemporary looking kitchen and we got it. There were some problems during the process but the manager took care of it very professionally. Overall, we are very happy with our kitchen. Definitely recommend!

We got my kitchen remodeled to USA Cabinet Store Houston. They did a wonderful job and we could not be more pleased with their service. Their designer was perfect. He gave us lots of ideas to improve the efficiency of the design. We can say we increased the storage space in the cabinets by at least %15 since our new cabinets have adjustable shelves that I can arrange our needs. Designer also helped us select the cabinet style. Once we discussed all of the suggestions, their designer provided a 3D floor and elevations to show exactly what the layout would look like. When everything installed, the result looked even more impressive than we have anticipated. Our kitchen looks great today.

We have our master bathroom remodeling in the summer 2019. We did some research and visited a few showroom in Houston area. USA Cabinets was one of our stop and need look no further. Tony Kaplan is our consultant/designer for the project. Overall, the USA cabinets have a very competitive pricing and the designer take the time to explain the product and options thoroughly. During the installation process, our designer was onsite to make sure the workers complete the job properly and meet our expectations. There were some imperfection with our cabinets and the quartz and our designer have the issues fixed within one day.There is one thing that we didn’t give 5 star because of the wait time for the cabinets. USA cabinets need to work with Kith Kitchen cabinets for a better logistics and delivery time. We have to waited for 2 months for the cabinets to be delivered. Kith Kitchen cabinet blamed on the summer heat and their factory have to shut down.

Finding the right person to remodel a bathroom and put in sinks correctly is stressful, having done this before and having the sub-contractors disappear sucked, thankfully Tony said it was okay that they were taking on a quarter-done job and that hed send Joey to take a look at everything and after Joey came out the next day they started the job and finished it in 2 months and we couldnt be more pleased. The next day; I got a response and they said the remaining work will be completed in the week of January 16, 2016.Guess what? they havent done anything to fix and install remaining cabinets and I am still living in the house without Oven, Microwave, vent hood and missing cabinets/drawers/doors.Please see attached photos and decide if this company deserves doing any business with them.
