It’s safe to say that i’ve had an amazing experience with this company.I’m an older guy and at times I just can’t get behind these new technological things.However the ladies at the office are always ready to help me.Not to mention Mr.Oscar he’s extremely professional and just like the ladies at the office he’s always there to tend to me.

The camera service is good, the prices are also good, but the customer service is very bad. with Mrs. Luna, you have to call 10 times to get something fixed and they do it wrong

Well i will hopefully update this when my situation is resolved.. I moved from my property in texas to NY on September 2017 the time in which I also canceled the account with Eagle ProTech this company continued to generate automatic checks on my behalf up until October 2020 Only I just realized it because it wasn’t showing up on my activity on the Chase app it was not until I went to review the checks that I have made that I see a consistent payment for a company that I no longer use I didn’t even remember them.I am now requesting a full refund from the time that I canceled the account back in September 2017 up until now which is a total of $2260.24. I believe I spoke with the owners daughter who agreed to cancel the account again and to provide a refund of the payments that have been deducted. I hope they honor their word and refund the money that I am owed. I also requested for them to pull up a history to confirm that this alarm system has not been activated or used since September 2017 hope to hear from them soon In order to update this review and provide a better scoring. Thank you Eagle Pro Tech for the prompt action taken regarding my security cameras and the upgrade of my home automation system. I’ve had Eagle Pro Tech services for 5 years. The feeling of security invaluable after a home invasion attempt 6 years ago. My calls for maintenance checks to keep things current have been few, but the dealings with Oscar Mendez have been not only competent, but courteous and very professional. Oscar was not only pleasant but also articulate and patient in explaining the system as well as repairing the fault and explaining what happened. My recent service was June 27th, system was upgraded and new features were added, Oscar was the service technician who made the house call. I was very impressed by the lengths he went to, checking things as requested and the expeditiously of his work. I had previously provided a bad review on this company because of their inattentiveness to make things right. However, I am happy to say that the owner Oscar Mendez has bent over backwards to earn my trust and my patronage once again. Before you call the Big Boys in the security business like ADT, Brinks, etc. give these guys a call, theyll bend over backwards to earn your business too.

Call to ask help with my security apps on phone. Was told by Luna my son and I had already made 2 free services calls for the year and it would cost me $35 for tech to come out and show me how to get the securit cameras on my phone to work. Im an older woman so Im not as tech swavey. They said they would call me and Oscar would walk me through over the phone at no charge. No call from him. Oscar seems to be a wonderful person but not a good business one.The company called and address my issue and corrected problem. They were helpful in resolving my problem. Thanks

Love Oscar, and used to love the office, but now it seems that I have to keep calling the staff back to get any type of response or appointment set. I feel like they should be following up with me not the other way around.

🚨🚨🚨im here to give the best review i can give so u can make your decision because I know how hard it is to find a good company..Ive been with this company for at least 3 or 4 months now and its been working perfect with us i love everything about it.my alarm went off 3 time on accident for opening my front door and the police was already calling me to be sure everything was ok.the 1st time we didnt answere and they were already at my front door .i love how we can see everything on my phone while im away ,i can alarm my home with only a click of a button so its perfect.The reason why i gave 4 stars was because how they made 2 of the holes in my wall like they just stapped it and i ask him why didnt they make a more better cycle hole and he said will it wasnt me it must of been the other worker but it still wasnt fixed .all he said was its ok u wont see it after we put the cap on it.but im ganna know how it looks now that i seen it . i just paid 250k for my home and to see u doing that its like a slap in the face ........other then that the alarm is good and luna the customer service lady is the best she always calls me back with prices or other info so i give her 10 stars 🖒thank u for reading

Wish i can have zero star rating for this company. Rude customer service. Try to charge a lot more for very basic alarm system compare to other companies out there. Automatic renew contract without agreement and no notice send out by mail. Such a very bad alarm company ever.
