Great place and the workers are helpful. Prices seem to be reasonable (i.e. quite a bit better than buying at Home Depot or Lowes -- if they even *have* the type of metal product that you are looking for).

Just went on lunch for this first time today. Had an excellent experience. I am just a regular joe, not much experience, not much to spend but salesman was very helpful. Went out to the salvage area and the gentleman cutting everything up was very friendly and helped me get what I need. Didnt care that I was only buying $7 worth of scrap. I will say this will absolutely not be the last time I go. I will shop here as regularly as my wallet allows. I appreciate them serving both commerical accounts and me with my grand total of $20 something dollars. Check them out if you havent been yet.

The furthest guy on the left side of the counter must really hate his job!He really needs a refresher course on customer service!!

A lot of good guys, they are always nice. The scrap yard scale reads about 9% to high so your going to pay a little extra and the yard guys say its $0.30 a lb but its always higher. The yard guys and office dont communicate so they will send you in circles.

Went there to buy some circle stars, 12.95 eastars were extremely expensive and rough cut. Drove to triple s steel found them for 6.95 heavier duty and perfectly formed. Never going there again.

Was told to walk outside for someone to meet me and show me product, employee never came, saw another employee outside and asked, he said he would ask. After a while I went back inside. Employee who sent me outside was on the phone and completely ignored me when I tried to get his attention, second employee was walking around. Just walked off. Not happy abviuosly.

Horriable customer service. I stood at the front desks for 30 min and finally walked out. 1 guy working the front was on the phone the whole time . They should have more than 1 person working the front at 10 am .
