Best place to do remote shopping for Indian clothes. I was looking for lehnga/punjabi suits for an upcoming wedding and I dont live anywhere close to Indian clothing stores. I scheduled a WhatsApp video call and got to see all the outfits they had to offer without making me feel rushed. They made alterations (I provided measurements) before shipping it my way - and they fit perfectly. Loved the entire experience. If I could give them 100 stars, I wouldve done it. Awesome customer service throughout the process. Its so easy!

I had to get my baby shower dress done under a week since the original one I ordered from somewhere else was the complete opposite of what I ordered and palkhi fashion helped me and made it happen under a week and did the alterations in two days! Within a few hours it was tailored and ready to be shipped to CA. All communication was over the phone and in timely manner. They are very responsive and ready to help.

While I have no complaints on the dresses Palkhi sells, I have a MAJOR issue with the tailor/seamstress that sits in the back and does all the alterations.We had two blouses to be done. One was a Palkhi blouse that needed alterations and the back was to be cut lower since it was too high. This was for the bride’s engagement. It was important.The other was to be made from fabric that came with my saree. I paid $67 for this tailoring job. I had a simple ask- deep v cut on the front and back on a sleeveless blouse with a simple dori on the back.Neither blouse was done correctly. First trip back, The lady REFUSES that we EVER said we needed the blouses cut low. She never writes the notes down. She argues saying only heroines were a deep front cut that low.The engagement blouse was not at all satisfactory and we couldn’t get the work done even after full payment. She didn’t do the work we asked for (a simple scoop neck back). The saree blouse measurements were off, the deep V was not done, and there was no dori added.Second trip, the saree blouse deep v was done but she didnt add the gold piping she did in the back. REFUSES that I asked her to keep both sides looking the same (either with or without piping). She didnt want to do “double” the work. The dori wasnt added either. She completely botched the blouse and I lost the fabric that came with the saree.Neither she nor Palkhi offered a refund. Palkhi owner said it wasnt in the notes that we asked for these alterations. IT IS NOT MY FAULT WHAT THEY WRITE IN THEIR NOTES ON THEIR END. I was very clear on my expectations. Do your job.$67 for a blouse is ridiculous, but the fact they do not do an honest job is worse.

From where should I start. I have never seen this kind of customer service, amazing people. They personally call you and video chat with you to do custom fit. I always struggle to get best fit but they do their best to help you. I would say that buy blindly from them. You will not regret it. I have bought from other sellers in the USA, once they make a sale, they do not bother about your issues. But not with Palkhi fashion. Highly recommended and great quality.

One of the best indian boutiques in Houston - professional, fashionable and reasonably priced. I got my sangeet lehenga from them. My only issue was with the alteration. I got a larger size so the blouse had to be fitted to me. They tried to alter it three times and still the fitting was off.

I was little surprised by how accommodating they were with the price point and picky color scheme I had in mind. They did the alternations right in front of me and I was in and out less than 30 mins. What I thought I need was just a top until they said that the top I was getting was for a whole different type of outfit. They even alter the things while you are there. We went there to buy a dress for my daughter this Thursday. We had them put a dress on hold so we could shop around and compare. After comparing to other stores and boutiques the quality was very poor at other places for the same price. We were also finding prices were to expensive where quality may be better but they didn’t come close to the designs they have here. I highly recommend Palkhi Fasion. The lady who helped us was very polite, helpful, and held a smile on her face the whole time. The customer service was quick and the staff was very attentive. We needed to add sleeves to my dress and they added the sleeves within 1 hour. We drove from Louisiana so it was nice not to have to drive back to pick up the dress.
