I love rack room, but not this time.I made a purchase at another location and tried to return it in this location. I didnt have my receipt, but it was a pair of shoes I had gotten my husband and did not fir him so he ordered something.I did not use and even was still in the original bag. I just was so tired after work and wanted to return it that day. I didnt want my money I just wanted to change it for something else. I hate doing returns for this reason, I have the worst luck trying to return things but, I had gotten a pair of sandals before that I loved so figured I would just exchange them for another pair. Anyway, I understand that it may have been store policy for me to have to go to the original purchase location but the guy could have been a little nicer about it instead of making me feel uncomfortable. Anyway, never buying anything at this location again.

Ordered online for pickup, and the pickup experience was a little inefficient, as store clerk didnt seem to know the procedure very well. Product was great and a good value as got two pairs for 100 dollars with online coupon deal.

Bonnie has horrible customer service. She denies my exchange saying that shoes have been worn. When they had to be put on/worn to find out that they run too big. I could understand if the shoes were actually in poor/damaged condition. They are the closest thing to brand new and I purchased about a week ago. It’s crazy to say I wore a shoe so much in a week that it’s in-exchangeable.Then she insults my intelligence by giving me the number to customer care when I specifically asked for the corporate office number. If you are expecting to be treated like a real customer, please avoid Bonnie because her actions are phony. She will go out her way make to make sure you think twice about shopping at this store.

It was a shoe store what can you say? Decent prices. Fair assortment of shoes. They had a lot of Puma athletic shoes. Looks like they only had the Nike shoes that didnt sell well elsewhere. The Nike shoes were ugly and they didnt seem to have as many as the Pumas.

Its 3 min before 12 ,they see me staying front to door and they dont want open door ,now is 2 min before 12....are you kidding me?...

I come here once a year when I have a birthday discount. Other than that they do not have good sales at all they have their buy one get one free but I dont want to have to buy a regular priced item to get the other 1 free Id rather get a good quality shoe that is extremely reduced. The sweet satisfaction out of getting a deal, not getting suckered into buying more like Im getting a deal

We were unable to find the shoes that we were looking for. The associate viewed the pictures that we had of the shoes and explained why they did not have it and went over to the section and suggested an alternative shoe. Although we were unable to get a pair of shoes there it was so nice of the associate to go above and beyond to help.

My son has wear these boots half day and they have been scraped. The are not made from leader, the quality is very poor. The manager is the worst I have ever met. They refuse to give back our money and don´t talk with the provider. Consequently never buy Highland Creek shoes.Finally the customer service gave me a solution via chat and told the Rack Room Shoes manager to refund me the money.
